I've been sick for the past like week nothing huge sore throat stuffy nose. everyone else had it and i always get sick last so no biggy

Cyn has 3 large stomachs and about 15meters of intestines. They have no real heart or set of lungs. They instead 'breath' by absorbing gases though the set of small spheres above their ears and shoulders. A blood like fluid is pumped though their body with the aid of the intestines. A large part of the intestines wrap around something much like a bladder, which fills full of blood. The blood is then pushed though the body by the intestines expanding when full, or contracting with empty. Cyn has to either over eat or starve themselves for this to happen.
No blood in the body is ever reused. After being pumped though the body once, they sweat it out like all other waste. New blood fills the bladder within the hour. Blood needs to be pumped though only a few times a day.
Cyn also has a fear/stress response that entails puking out up to a meter of intestine
Cyn is like this because they were born on part of the Topia rich in food. Cyn was born and raised to eat.

It is common for Biospects to be born with holes in their bodies, and as common for them to be carved out into shapes. Despite the large heart shaped hole in Cyn's throat, they can eat just fine thanks to a Network Implant, a very tiny devise used to patch major holes without filling them in. It is simply two teleport rings, one clamped on the entrance, and one the exit.

So it seemed to be set in the 1920s, roughly. There was a couple, a well put together female and a cartoony, portly male. They were clearly well off.
They had this altar like set up made of desks of different heights in their basement full of candles and flowers. A small ornate lock was embedded in the front of the smallest table in the front, above on the all was a set of swords and in the center table was an older looking type writer.

Now that typewriter was like a fax machine. they were common place in ricer house holds. It pretty much just worked on magic, someone would type out something for you on their end and it would type out on it's own on theirs.

Now like, the dream itself had the couple get a note on the type writer more or less saying that the male needed to go off to work out a problem with some property he owned in another place. So he did. He would be gone for a few weeks.

A few days later the female was hosting a party to help dull how much she missed him, and there was a scream from the basement. Everyone rushed down and found the altar coated in blood, the note still in the typewriter but now it had a small addition to it;

Blood. Unlock us. Save him.

Which implied her needing to cut herself and give her blood to be able to use the swords on the wall to go save her loverfrom this batshit elder god HP love craft bullshit.
