TOS....(WIP)
General | Posted 7 years agoWHAT TO EXPECT FROM ME, THE CUSTOMER.
These are things that I keep in mind and will do for every artist, and will uphold to no matter what.
1) ARTISTS FREEDOM: No matter what I specify in the request or description, the artist has FULL PERMISSION to alter something or various themes as long as they feel that it is something that would be more fun for them to draw. I will not be upset in the even this happens.
2) EVALUATION FOR BUSINESS: I will be evaluating you on various aspects. Your art style, ease of communication, promise of improvement, etc. Trust me, I keep a little checklist on my desktop of artists I'd recommend and for what, and how to communicate with them. Chances are, you're on this list. This account is not my main art storage location.

I apologize to those who really liked him, but I had to let him go, he was a part of my past, a past filled with some dark memories. And I feel that it is time for me to move on from those. I trust Fraya with Jayce, and we've spoke at length on whatever changes she may do to him. And I am fine with it. So please do not badger her over Jayce. I have faith Jayce is going to a good person. ^,..,^

Little peak into the making of another character.
General | Posted 9 years agoJayce Elazarius, a dragon who's lived for quite some time, who's seen and experienced things from various lands; had found himself in a predicament like none other before. As he walked across the swampish lands of the south eastern portion of the island he had come across, he found himself shivering in the marsh as he heard voices he had- at one point- thought he'd never hear again. His golden eyes dull as the cold seemed to set in, deep into his bones. A feeling he was unfamiliar with-the cold. His breath short, jagged, labored and weak, he rolled the eyes around to take in the fading scenery... how had he come to be like this? How had he fallen to something of such insignificance...? His vision began to cloud as he let out a defying hiss. No... Not yet... Please. He pleaded with whatever higher being there might be. He didn't expect an answer as his eyes closed, a single tear rolling down his jaw from his cheek...
Care to help out?
General | Posted 9 years agoI'm helping a friend make his first true sona, however he wishes to be a buck. If you find any Bucks for sale, let me know. Or maybe you know an artist open for commission who'd happily do it, I'd be more than happy to commission.

Well, it's when I find a character I really like and decide to randomly draw it as best as I can, if I butcher your character, I apologize. Though keep in mind I do tend to try the best I can in keeping as much detail of the character as I can.
"But my character is copywritten!!! You cannot draw them without my permission!!!"
Well, stop being a little pansy, shut your suck and politely ask that I remove it from my portfolio, I'll gladly remove it then.
"Why my character though?"
Uh... certain attributes attracted my eye, seemed to me your character would give me some practice in something I feel I lack skill in.
"AAAAARRRRGGHGHGKDURIEDJLSEKFUEJLEJ, COPYWRITE KJSDFKJFGKFSDJKHSD LAWYERS!!!"
Bruh, chill... do some damned studying of the laws before you get all antsy about threatening a lawsuit, I know what I am allowed to do, and I can and will categorize the art as "Fan Art" if need be, You don't see Pixar getting butt-hurt over your Nightfury sona now do you?
"What'd I deserve to get you to do this?"
You had a great enough imagination to create something that caught my eye, I'd really appreciate it if you supplied some feedback on a flaw you see. Please be constructive though.
