Hey everyone! I wanted to make a brief update about this past weekend.

I know I said to many people that I'd be in the Artist's Alley everyday, but my partner and I didn't end up going to the con on Sunday. This is because of the bomb threat that happened. Artist's Alley would've been opening up around 2 pm and that's when I would've been leaving.

I'm sorry for anyone that was looking for me! You are always welcome to reach out to me if you're interested in badge art.

With IndyFurCon on the horizon, I figured I'd give a bit of an update.

Megaplex was an amazing con for me and I'm super grateful for all the support. I am super backed up with badges, but I have other ideas to keep the NSFW art coming.

Though my commissions are closed for the foreseeable future (unless you manage to catch me at a con), I do plan to do a monthly bundle featuring different characters from media. This bundle will include: a NSFW sketch sheet, a pin-up illustration, and a porn illustration. That's 3 pieces of art for 1 character! As of right now, all 3 pieces will be online for free, but eventually the NSFW sketch sheet and porn illustration will be locked behind my patreon paywall. They will be released eventually, but not for at least a year after they're available to patrons. There are additional edits and versions that will not be released outside of patreon.

I'm currently working on the NSFW Princess Luna bundle (it will be entirely free), but I'm interested in characters that may be popular in the future. Eventually this is something that'll be available for patrons only, but as of this journal, you can request characters for me to draw!

Life has been hell. I haven't been able to work because I'm waiting on nibs for my tablet. They arrive monday. Also I'm moving out of my apartment.

Hey y'all, this might be sort of a long update, but I wanted to explain what's been going on in my life the past few years. This isn't a post to try and gain sympathy or anything, I just want to illustrate why I've been so hard to contact recently.

A week ago I lost my cousin. She was my oldest cousin and I looked up to her a lot. Her death was a huge shock to my entire family and I've been struggling to find some normalcy in my life.
This is after a month of being sick on and off.
I am not a strong person, so I get sick often. I am meeting with a specialist later this month and hopefully can get over the chronic fatigue I've had for years. I'm sick of wasting my days sleeping for 16 hours. I'm working to pay my rent and open up my business, but the past couple years have been horrible. I've been just now getting over my battle with alcohol addiction that I've had since 2019. I have a very addictive personality, so I've now moved onto coping with an addiction to weed. It's not as bad for my body (physically speaking), but it is much worse for my mental health. Everyday I feel so horrible I can barely manage to get out of bed.

I have a lot of other problems I could talk about too, but I don't want to make this post too long. I was able to deal with everything well enough till my cousin died.

I suppose the passing of my cousin has really just made me having no shame in posting about my troubles. I am still so stunned and horrified. I can't imagine a life without her in it. I have literally never existed in a world she hasn't been in and now I'm supposed to cope with this new reality? It's like all my struggles over the past few years came crashing down around me, so I might as well be honest about my problems.

I understand my art can be slow to produce, but trust me when I say I never forget about commissions. I have unfinished coms from Anthrocon 2018 that still haunt me, but I have absolutely no way of contacting those people. It makes me feel awful, since my goal is never to ghost people. I know as a commissioner, it is frustrating to not see an artist working on your project.

I guess what I'm saying is please be patient with me. I have been struggling ever since I graduated college. I desperately want to be better, and I am trying hard to do that. I've been through years of psychotherapy and am going to support groups. It is a very slow process, but I am trying. Thank you for understanding, and best wishes to everyone.

So with cons starting up again, I want to let everyone know that I probably won't be doing artist's alley anymore. If I do, it'll be for illustrations and not badges.

I just wanted to make this journal stating that if you purchased a badge from me at FurSquared 2020 or MFF 2019, PLEASE message me! I haven't shipped out any of those badges yet and I need to figure out who I owe one to.

I'm surprised by how much love that big booty Lapis sketch got! NSFW fanart is some of my favorite art to draw, but unfortunately, I don't really have time to draw it. Now that I'm nearing the end of commissions, however, I have time to do more art like that!

So my semester is almost over, so I plan to hit the ground running with my MCFC commission work next week! I also plan to pursue some personal projects and do more painting studies/traditional work over the summer. I'm talking like drawing still-lifes and stuff. Real boring shit, but I want to be a better painter.
Commissions are probably going to open up in mid-May, but I'm going to be very picky with commission work this time around. I'm doing more freelance work (concept art), so I'll be too busy to do a lot of fandom work.

This is a post I never wanted to make :( I was always proud to consider myself a quick artist, but the rate I’m putting out these MFF commissions is heartbreaking. I hate having to make my commissioners wait months for work — I always feel terrible about it. I wanted to have them all sent out before New Years, but sadly that didn’t happen. This was mostly due to the fact that I didn’t have a computer for half of December. My new goal was to have them all done by the end of January, but sadly that seems like it isn’t going to happen either. I feel terrible squandering the trust of my clients like this. I know how scary it can be to give someone your money at a con and not hear from them for months. I never want to be that person, but lately it seems like that universe is against me... or at least my computer.
I made this update to let everyone know my computer is malfunctioning again. It has been since Monday and it’s terrifying. I have called people and I am probably going to need to bring it in soon (again).

My Computer is in perfect working order now! :D I am hoping to be able to produce a ton of awesome artwork now. In particular, I want to be able to finish the NSFW commissions before my next semester starts. I don't want to frighten my non-furry room mates with all the butt holes I've been commissioned to draw! Just a simple update! My medication situation has been chaotic these past few weeks, which is why I've produced so little art lately.

So I’m writing from my phone which is a huge pain, but I need to let everyone (especially my MFF commissioners) that my computer is in the shop! It has been since last Wednesday, and it turns out the graphics card is damaged! SO this is my first journal, despite being on here since February. Time flies, amirite? Anyway, I am going to upload some older art. So get ready for some art spam!

More importantly, I want to let everyone know I'm saving for GDC, a huge gaming conference that is held in San Francisco every spring. As a game student, this is a huge opportunity for me to make some professional connections. Of course, it isn't free, even though some of it is being covered by my school. That's why I've been pushing my commissions so much. I need roughly $900 but Spring, and I'm determined to earn every bit of it. So if you do commission me, know that 99.9% of it will be going towards GDC (the 0.01% is for food). I've also added more affordable options to my commission list, for people who still want my art, but can't afford my other products.

Finally, I'm adding badge listings to my etsy. I'm curious to see how they do :)
