R.I.P. Robert Guillaume
Guillaume was an American stage and television actor, known for his role as Benson on the TV-series Soap and the spin-off Benson, voicing the mandrill Rafiki in The Lion King and as Isaac Jaffe on Sports Night. In a career that spanned more than 50 years he worked extensively on stage (including a Tony Award nomination), television (including winning two Emmy Awards), and film.
He was 89 years old.

I am watching so many accounts that have been either abandoned, disabled, banned, etc. So to minimize those numbers, I am going through the whole list of almost 3000 accounts and unwatching any disabled, banned, deceased, or inactive accounts (3 or more years of no posting). I don't mean any disrespect or want to hurt anyone's feelings. I just want to tidy things up. No sense in watching accounts that won't ever post anything.

So I missed it by a few days but August 31st was my 10th anniversary of being here on FA. I joined FA only month after finding out about furries, so it's also my 10th anniversary of becoming a furry. It has been a long road with lots of ups and downs, and I have made (and lost) lots of friends. Sometimes I hate the fandom and want to leave but I can't. It's been a part of my life for so long that it's become the norm. The majority of my friends are furries, my mate is a furry...I just couldn't leave it behind without leaving them behind as well and I refuse to do that. So here I am, still a furry. I know I don't post as often as I used to. Truth is, I just don't draw or create things as much as I used to. I will start art or projects and then not finish them. Or if I do finish things, I don't like them enough to post them. The fandom is changing, and not really in a good way. If you aren't the best at something you get ignored or even bashed. I am not the best artist, suit-maker, etc. So I feel like, why bother?
Anyways, enough of that. I want to thank everyone who has watched me these past 10 years. I hope you have enjoyed what I have posted and will continue to watch me!

I have just been very busy. I'm sorry to anyone waiting on art from me. (Trades/Requests). I "SHOULD" have some down time in June. I hope to get all caught up then. Again, I am so sorry to everyone.

Sorry for disappearing off the face of the Earth. Things have been pretty crazy in my life. Besides having a super busy month, I have been suffering from some pretty bad depression. My uncle passed away on March 31st and his funeral was April 13th. That's not the only reason why I have been depressed but it's a big factor I think. Also I am just way over stressed, I need to learn to stop taking on projects when I already have so much on my plate.

Anyways, I just want to let everyone know that I am still alive. And to my penpals (if you read this) I haven't forgotten about writing back. I just rarely have time to do anything I want to do anymore.

Oh....and tomorrow is my birthday. *shrugs* I'll be 27.

We have lost another member of the fandom recently. I can't say that I have ever met him, or talked to him. But it is always sad to hear about someone passing.

Death unfortunately is about to hit much closer to home for me though. My great uncle probably only has a few days left. The doctors said about 2 weeks...and that was last week. He is dying of cancer.

What this does though, is makes me think about my own death. I don't have many people that talk to me, draw me things, or just share memories with me. But I wonder, when I die, how many people will suddenly show up and say "Oh, I knew Sheba! She was my best friend, blah blah blah." how many people will post journals here on FA, or Facebook, etc talking about their memories of me? Why must people wait until someone is dead to do these things? I want people to show me that they care and think about me while I am alive. Not once I am dead. Then it is too late, and quite honestly just seems like a way for others to get sympathy. I could have never really talked to someone, but once I am gone, I am suddenly their best friend and they are so heartbroken and want people to feel sorry for them. Don't do that when I die. There are seriously very few people who I have probably impacted in my life.

Now, with that said, if you want to be my friend, if you want to draw me things, tell me how you feel about me, or share memories with me, TELL ME! Don't wait until I am gone and post shouts on my page saying that you wish you could have known me better. TAKE THE TIME TO GET TO KNOW ME WHILE I AM ALIVE! I love making friends. I love making an impact on people's lives. But unfortunately I am way too socially awkward and shy to be the first to approach someone. So please...don't wait until I am gone to decide that I am worthy of being remembered...

I have been letting my life go lately and honestly I am getting sick of it. I have never felt beautiful, but I feel less beautiful than I ever have. So I am going to try to start exercising. I can't really fix the way I eat, because I am poor and have to eat what I can find or what is given to me. Trust me...if I could eat healthy I would. I love fruits, veggies, etc. But beggars can't be choosers. So to combat what I eat, I will start exercising more. I have gotten really heavy...probably the heaviest I have ever been (even when I was pregnant). I can't stand to look at myself and don't know how my mate can even stand to see me naked... I have no energy and if I have stuff to do that requires physical labor, I wear out easily and start hurting in my chest. I spend the majority of my time on my computer, playing ps4, or sleeping. I hate it.
So with that, I am going to start making a schedule to live by. I really hope to stick with it and get my life on track and get healthy and happy.
I will be posting my "work" schedule later on once I figure out everything. Also a new commission price guide (once it's done >.> ) so be on the lookout for some changes. <3 You all.

At the beginning of the new year I like to clean out my gallery. I don't delete anything, but move everything to my scraps. I just like to start the year fresh.

I just can't even begin to express how sad I am right now... When I heard about her heart attack I was terrified...but then she was stablized and I thought doing better. The news that just broke not too long ago is a bit shocking. I can't believe our princess is gone.

Sure I like receiving cards each year, but I want to get them because I mean enough to people for them to send them to me...not because I signed up for them. "A strange noise fills the air, seeming to come from all directions at once. You look around, trying to figure out what and where the sound is coming from. Suddenly a light shines from behind a cloud, at first it is dim but as you watch it begins to get brighter. Just as you reach up to shield your eyes from the light a large flying ship breaks through the cloud. It's like nothing you've seen before, but yet somewhat familiar. It almost looks like a chubby airplane, but much larger. With a surprised gasp, you stumble backwards, tripping over a rock and falling onto your back. The ship just seems to float above you. You begin to panic, wondering what could this strange ship be, and what will happen to you? The ship then starts to slowly fly away, heading towards an empty field, presumably to land. You roll onto your stomach to watch the ship, too afraid to get up and run. The ship slowly starts to sink to the ground, 3 sets of wheels extend as it gets closer to the ground. Within a couple of minutes the ship has fully landed, however there is no sign of who...or what might be inside. Slowly you start to move to get up, staying crouched behind bushes trying to stay hidden"

I am having a rough time right now. I don't feel like I belong anywhere...been thinking bad thoughts more often...I hate thinking that way. But I don't feel like anyone would miss me if I were gone. I barely talk to anyone anymore...so it's not like it'd make a difference if I was gone.
I am going though so much stress...I need to relax, but I feel guilty if I relax.
I have no income, commissions aren't selling.
I almost wonder if people are talking behind my back again. Telling people not to commission me or something. Or is my art just that bad?

I have been burned too many times, and just recently burned again. So from now on I am no longer doing art trades. Sorry, but if anyone wants any art from me you either have to pay for it, or wait until I offer free stuff (which I probably won't be doing for awhile).
