Sorry I've been inactive lately. I started a new job in May and while I don't work many hours, it's pretty physical work and so I get pretty tired. Plus all last week I was also working my brother's hours. I also had (still have but not as bad) a really bad sunburn (2nd degree) so I couldn't hardly sleep. I felt like a zombie all last week. Today is my mate  varaleo's birthday! I may not be able to buy you nice things but I love you so very much <3 you mean so much to me and I never want to lose you!

Ok, anyone who knows me knows that I suffer from depression and anxiety. I have panic attacks but not as often as I used to. (I was pretty much house ridden for 6 months a few years ago because of panic attacks). I have been doing pretty good except for a few episodes. But now my mom has been causing me to have panic attacks again. She has always been a religious person and thought the world was coming to an end, but lately she's been a bit more crazy about it. She knows that this kind of talk makes me scared to death and have panic attacks but she won't stop. Until I end up blowing up at her and then she gets mad at me and starts blaming it all on me. I am sitting here right now with a pile of used Kleenex beside me, shaking and crying. I've even thrown up a couple times. I am scared...I don't want to lose my mom but if she doesn't stop this I may have to stop talking to her for my own health...

Today is my bday. I just got home from the ER. Apparently I have an upper respiratory infection :( sadly this means that I may not make it to Wild Nights :/

Ok so I haven't wrote a journal since December 17th o.0 I figured it is about time to do an update lol!
First of all, Merry Christmas (Happy Holidays) and Happy New Year since I missed posting about those.
Second, if you all remember the journal that has been up on my page for over a month now, my mate is doing a lot better. His stitches, staples, and lacerations have all healed up. Now just his avulsion fractures in his ankle just need to finish healing and he'll be fully healed physically.
Next big thing is commissions. They are currently closed until I finish the ones I already have. Trust me guys, I haven't forgotten about you! I promise! I have just had a lot of other things going on that kinda took priority (making sure my mate behaved while healing was a big one lol). But now that he is doing a lot better I can hopefully put my time and energy towards finishing art :)
Which brings me to my last thing. I have a facebook page for Stub-Tail Studios (I've had it for awhile but am just starting to use it more often).  varaleo was robbed today and when he tried to stop the guy he was beaten. He tried to get up and run away but the robber picked up a cinder block and threw it, hitting Varaleo in the head and splitting his scalp. He also sprained his ankle and has several lacerations to his face and body. He is currently in the hospital being patched up. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers.

First off, no Sheba is not going anywhere. She is me and I am her. That's how it's always been and always will be. I have just..."discovered" a new side of myself. Those who believe in past lives or are therian/otherkin might understand.
Anyways, after some soul searching and some interesting dreams I now have a dragon side. To make things easier I'm going to call her a female. I don't care much for "hir" or "shi" pronouns, they're just not for me.

Anyways, her name is Saylahra (pronounced say-lah-rah). Or Saylah for short. While I do not plan on putting Sheba on the back burner, I do hope to get more art of Saylah in the future. I'll be posting a ref of her as soon as I finish it.
