Im still alive. Been WAY to long since I updated my journal. I am back to work and completely working my ass off.
BUT
I will be at Megaplex this weekend. If anyone wants to say "Hi" ill be there. Probably floating forever or beating people with my light staff that get to close.

Ive still been around just a lot quieter. Been furloughed since march so like 4 months now? Makes it hard to move international cargo when there is no international flights.
BUT I live. My projects havent really fit the theme of this site lately. From awesome costumes to building an entire workshop.
So even if i look missing from here I'm not. Just say hi and you'll have my attention.

Ive been craving some sexy Khon art but I'm tired of using my own or just made up girlies. So I'm looking for volunteers one of the 2 options below. I havent found the artist yet but i want the girl first to make it easier to commission.
1. Free art. Toss yourself at me with little input. I will find an artist and commission 2 character picture of wild romps and you pay nothing.
2 Halfsies. we select an artist and pay halfs. gives you a say on everything. we can work together picking artist pose and details.
only limitations im stating is she must be your character and female all the way down. no dicks. AND option 2 is only for those I trust and/or know. If you are a rando thats been on FA 2 months im not going to trust you to hold up your end of the bargain.
I dont know when I'll call it but at some point if i have ANY interest Ill pick some one based on the character they submit and the option they pick.

Ive been pretty low key here so far this year. Troubles have kept me quiet. BUT due to some awesome friends and work being kind for once I will be at Megaplex!

Highlights
neltruin Broke every Table Spirit rule causing fear in everyone else. Next year im going to have to get curses.

Medals made for offaim's Smash tournament went over well.
The Georgia Aquarium dolphin show is actually good now. Slightly disappointed I didn't get to see the train wreck that was the Starspinner again.
The Table Spirit was well satisfied with his offerings. Though I may do a poll next year to see who will participate. I brought stuff for those who didn't and had nothing picked out for those that surprised me and did participate.
Drove to and from Atlanta without any incidents. The ship handled nicely though a faulty TPM sensor popped up. Lt Cmdr Benny, First Officer finalflight, and Communications Officer moxari performed their duties flawlessly.
Met a really cute gazelle(maybe?) with a mesh mask on the 10th floor. Complemented her on it and gave her dance times. High five. Then I totally pussed out on actually making conversation. /foreveralone. So if by some chance she reads this or you know her "Hi I'm Khon >^w^<"
Had one not so pleasant moment on the 40th floor. Chewing on ice and pacing back and forth like a cadge tiger got me through it.
Got a saucy kitty body pillow. Much purrs over that.
Yea thats most of it. I had a great time with everyone. Im looking forward to Dat Beach Party.

Posted 9 years agoWell that was fun. Had a great time with all the furrfaces new and old. Got to try new restaurants. More doodles then I normally end up with thanks to tribute to the table spirit.
Speaking of The Malevolent Table Spirit. That was a HUGE success. Piles of naked bunny girls were being tossed at me and I gave out almost all of the blessings I had. Including.
Glass paw etched shot glasses
Inflatable crown to the one true king
Space invaders tie
Hunger games mocking jay pin
Sparkly glitter stick thing
Silicone marvel ice tray
Marvel shoelaces
BB-8 socks
Entire bag of Kisses

Next year will be even grander with the game theme. This year was kind of a trial. But now that I know the MTSs popularity im gonna go all out next time.

Posted 10 years agoso last two nights after work I stopped by Megaplex and wandered around with the awesome moxari and the pack. Socially awkward tiger strikes again! muhaha. Sooo many street passes. Both nights 30/30 pokemon 12/12 smash 10/10 mii plaza. Missed most of the con cause of work but still had fun hanging out at night and finding ways of getting free parking.
Listening to the "who broke up with who" and "who made whos significant other upset" makes me glad I've been single this long. Not saying I dont want something cute to snuggle. Just saying I can see the up side in my situation. Also cats rule and dogs drool.

Posted 10 years agoi never thought... NEVER thought id say these words "i kinda want a prius". Events may be coming together that will require me to retire my beloved Macha (Mazda RX-8) as my daily driver. 60 miles a day for the last 2 years. possibly to be 120 miles a day starting next week. its a bit rough for 17mpg car. so yea im hunting around for an old but fuel efficient car... that is also cheep.
I have been hanging out with the awesome fluffies alot. Finally got to visit the Georgia Aquarium (of Florida) and see all the need things they do (in Florida). a horrifically awesome dolphin show. including the star weaver and the USS QUILTBAG. epic food all around and quote "dicks for days".

(yea just killing time till the FWA fun) what is there to loose? I either have fun finding the patterns in con bots and fake accounts or actually find a real mate. *shrugs*

Result: the bots there LOVE free accounts. they will message you all the time until you give them munniez then the silence and random chat begins.
"but all the accounts have pictures and bios to match them" yea florida girl with snow pics.
mmhmm and they all had exactly 5 pictures. and perfect but ample use of ellipsis. better wise known as "..." 5 different accounts all containing exactly 5 pictures and using "..." CORRECTLY at least once in every message. ".." as well as "...." mean absolutely nothing. but they nailed the 3 dots every time even when some times seemed unneeded.
also they were easily confused asking a question in multiple parts. something like this "my favorite games are___. they get so in depth and are well made. what about you?" one would assume im asking what their favorite game is. but id always get a response like "im good. i think im getting sick though" as if i asked "how are you?"
also bots dont show in searches. some one sends you a message from your home town. "wow awesome" search that town. you wont see them. cause they dont exist.
Bottom line Furry-Mate is full of gay men. if you are looking for one of those go for it. but if you think that smoking foxgirl that just messaged you is real. guess again. not to mention the other 4 foxgirls

i lost interest after that. so the others dont get reviewed. also i had a blow out and had to replace a pair of tiers a few weeks before vacation. i needs all my munniez. If some one makes you pay to see messages its a scam. and they will send you messages so you have some reason to give them money.
yea im out 9 bucks but i had fun talking to the foxie robots and confusing them while watching them defend using a pay site instead of skype or FA to talk.
