Requests on the daily for improvement. (Open Season)
Posted 8 years agoThere's no better day to start than today... so let's start today.
I am requesting that you request things from me, but per usual manner there shall be some rules:
*-There shall be one picked per day. If the idea is liked enough I may ask that you save it for another day. Or I may choose to do it on my free time of my own volition.
*-There will be approximately 3 types of labels for this, Open Season, First Come, and (the third is yet undecided).
**- Open Season - I'll pick out of whomever leaves the proper materials, does not matter who is first. I shall pick. There shall be a high chance that I tell you to save your idea later if you happen to leave a good one.
**- First Come - First serve. Whoever gets there firs will be the first to get it. Depending on who leaves their ideas, I may tell you to save your idea for later. If you happen to not the first, "all's fair in love and war."
**- Hording Horde - an amalgamation of (min. 2) ideas to plop together on one canvas. A potentially weekly/biweekly thing I'll do for ideas that I happen to like but weren't picked, and that I specifically state to be saved for later.
*1- First rule: get your references ready, of what the character is, what you want to happen to them and try not to be the most vague with the idea. (I will ask for clarity if you are not clear enough, if I happen to ask for more clarity via notes after the first comment, please provide more picture references).

*3- Third rule: The only comments that will be accepted are the ones that are in the valid journal entry. DO NOT spam the shoutbox with ideas, only in journal entries. I'll do my best... but most likely it'll be a sketch.

Posted 11 years agoHello. I call myself Kale. Hopefully you'd like to address me as such. I'm an artist. However, I've been slacking in far too many ways. To be blunt, I've been lazy, distracted, and have been putting things off for far too long instead of getting to and beating things like I've been told to do practically my whole life. I've been getting better, bit by bit, but I want to get way better.
And there's no way I can improve without action.
Hopefully this day serves as a ground zero for me.

A reminder of my moral, never to inhale anything else, other than air always (or in other words, a reminder to despise smoking and most anything to do with it.)

I'm one to rarely stress but there's a time that's coming upon me and I'm not exactly prepared and everyone's telling me to get prepared then I procrastinate then I stress and procrastinate to try and relieve stress which just brings about a vicious cycle in which I either need to cut out stress or procrastination (preferably the latter, but the former as well needs to be sliced and diced.)

Heavy backpacks and necktiethingss don't help either the weight is just bearing down upon me and it's just me tearing myself down. I gotta stop wrecking myself.

My computer is currently out of order.
So there's two things that can happen as of now:
1. Until my computer is fixed and back in my possession, uploads will be paused until then, or
2. I can take ans edit pictures with my phone and when my computer is fixed, I can reupload the files in all their scanned glory.
As I'm a people pleaser, I'll let you guys choose.
