Posted 14 years agoTo those of you who give a crap. I wanted to take a moment out of my crazy life to let you know whats going on with me and my projects.
Firstly... To those of you who have donated, thank you, seriously. I know i don't say thanks enough, and I might come off ungrateful, but your little bit of spare money keeps me working on this series. Because honestly, lately work has consumed so much of my life I haven't really had much free time to work on any of my side projects.
Next. The comic book we were working on... The story is pretty much done, all I have to do is clean up the drawings..
HOWEVER
I'm not thrilled with the story as a whole, so I am considering just breaking it up into sections and releasing it for free on FA. MAYBE I dunno..

have begun working on a short film with sheen and fatigue. Its coming off hilarious so far, and we are very excited about finishing it. This is something that will be submitted to you tube only but we will announce it here when its done.

Plans to release bedfellows comic (Feedback needed)
Posted 14 years agoI would like to get some feedback from everyone, as I am currently working on the first bedfellows comic book. A lot of you have been requesting I create one, but I have been reluctant to do so due to many variables such as publishing costs, release medium, copyright concerns, and my ability to tell a story.
However we finally have reached a point where its safe to say it is in the works, and its looking pretty damn good!
The book is a 25 page story about sheen and fatigues adventures as they travel to a convention, meet interesting people, and share good whole sum fun family experiences! (hurhur)
There will be casting calls for people who would like their characters to be in the comic, probably sometime in late November early December, so keep an eye on my journal for that. There will be a fair charge to be in the comic based on screen time, and that will pay for the initial release.
Around the time of casting calls I will start taking pre-orders. I'm considering taking pre-orders only, once the book is released I will no longer take orders.
I have the choice of releasing the book in softcover form, or PDF. The problem of course, is I have a minimum order with softcover, and will make the cost for the book go up. Where as PDF I don't feel is as intimate as an actual book. The book will be black and white, but the PDF would be color. How do you feel about all this?
What do you think is a fair price? I was thinking $9.99 for PDF with a discount option, and $13.99 for the book (Still trying to decide if I want to even release a book.)
So what are your thoughts, about all this? Excited? Don't care? Worries? Concerns? I want this to be the best damn thing out there, so your feedback will be helpful for me.

I am responding to other website comments about the comic and myself. Because Im too lazy to sign up for an account anywhere else.
1. Yes, fatigue and I realize that were drawing the same joke over and over. Were working on fixing that. There is a back story about sheen and fatigue, we just haven't expanded on it yet. I can tell you fatigues mom is a slut, and sheen's real name is Robert. BUT DONT TELL ANYONE! :C
2. Yes, I am a little bitch.
3. No, Im not a drama queen. I hate drama. please dont say I am because you dont know me. :(
4. There are too many sources of inspiration to list. But Fatigue has recently gotten me listening to Dylan Moran, and Lewis Black. There is a local comedian here who is brilliant. Ive loved Dave Chappelle sense I was 12 and my parents didn't want me listening to him or rap. For artists, there's WAY to many inspirations to list. And chances are, you have never heard of them. A couple of them are my close friends.
5. Yes, I do have a short fuse, but sheen is an exaggeration of myself, and fatigue is an over exaggeration of himself. (He's super nice :D BFF)

6. I constantly demand donations because It motivates me to work and pays my bills. The sad truth in life nothing is really free, but you dont HAVE to donate. So stop bitching you freeloaders :C

Posted 14 years agoFirstly, I want to thank all of you who donated recently. You guys are awesome. The money donated will go towards producing comics faster and hopefully funnier. There is absolutely no way I would be able to do this work without your support. Working full time and paying bills and such..
Secondly. I am concerned with the amount of hate that has been generating lately towards me. A few of you have noted me links to websites that bash my comic and myself personally saying some pretty harsh things. I'm not sure why this happens, maybe its jealousy. One thing I have been called lately is a popufur, so let me start by immediately apologizing for being popular. I dont want it, I dont need it, and i dont like it. I could care less how "popular" I am. I do however enjoy making comics that make people laugh, cringe, cry, and sometimes even suck a cheerio down their esophagus. I guess its a double edge sword. I want more and more people to love my work, but with that it seems I attract more and more drama. Which sometimes makes it hard to keep quietly working in hole.
Finally. per the "Mixed Signals" Comic...STOP IT! fatigue is NOT in an abusive relationship. He doesn't need to be saved from me, and I dont need anger management. ITS A COMIC FOR GOD SAKES! stop sending us notes you silly stupid people :C...
maybe I could use some anger management...
