Bad news: I don't think I'll be going to many anime conventions again anytime soon, it really wasn't much fun and I was left with a more lonely and upset feeling more than anything else, I did find some good art and got a couple of prints but that was really it.

This morning I registered 2 new accounts for myself Ladyhatter and LaughingStarWorkshop, They have nothing on them as of yet, but I'll be working on it tonight! Also SimplyMadd finnally has a permanent home on FA and our first suit is almost completely done!!
Things are looking up in that area!

Also my computer is being moved and the craft area will be gaining more room, so easier access to all available workspace and such!

Ok it's a little early to be looking at Oklacon but, I found out something awesome!!

The western inn Watonga (which is only 11mins from the convention) is a wonderful alternative for furries like me who are a little low on funds

1 bed rooms are about 48$ a night
2 bed rooms are about 55$ a night

The staff on the phone was very nice and got me registered quickly, though they do require a credit card to reserve, they allow you to pay by any other means when you get there and you can change your reservation at any time up to 2 days before without a penalty.

So thought I would share!! I already have a room that I will be sharing with and if anyone wants to stay with us, contact me and we'll see what we can do. We do prefer females, for obvious reasons, but all applications are welcome. You will be expected to pay at least one night, if not a little extra depending on occupants.

Room Rules
1. No sex in room (this is basic, I'm not against sex, I just want to be able to come in and relax in the room at any time)
2. Keep your things together (when we leave I want to make sure we have everything)
3. Try your best to have fun!! (it's what we're here for right?)

Thats right gang after 5 canceled flights and innumberable delays I'm still in Dallas Ft. Worth, begging myself for a reason not to cry till my eyes fall out....not only am i stuck here alone dealing with post con depression I'm also being shuffled from one end of the place to the other and having to deal with attendents who laugh when you ask for compensation for the 12 or so hours you've been stuck here....at about 2:00 I will have been here for about 24 hours....with no end in sight.....

A wonderfully ty ending to a con that certainly could have gone better.....

So mabye one day I will get home, but for now....looks like I'll be sitting here till I die of bordom.

PS. Did I mention I have several pieces of damagable art in my bags, I finished my book and my CD player died, last night.....

I dunno if it's the tons of testosterone I've been hanging out with all con, or the odd advances from a friend who happened to break up with his girl at con....but oddly enough..

I've been leaning away from boys and more towards girls....

Time: 3:30am

So I'm here, sitting in the same spot i've been in most of the day thinking over what I'm working towards in my life. To be honest, I see nothing wrong with it, I'm close to getting my associates degree in arts and I'm switching my major in the fall to psycology with a minor in fine arts (2-d media). I've started up a strict exercise schedule, so I can be stronger and more able to move come AC and any other coming time in my life. I haven't gotten a job yet in this silly town, but I'm working on it and there's nothing that can stop me from moving forward.
I shouldn't have anything to worry about right?

And yet....there it is, the nagging sensation that I'm missing something, something important. A world that I've only tasted once.....

After the separation from one of my dearest friends I've finally been able to process the separation and we're talking again as if nothing happened, and I'm so thankfull for that.
