So if anyone follows me on twitter, they'd know that I've been sick for the past week and a half... (give or take a few days...)
I've had an Upper Respiratory Infection. Havent been able to breath right and coughing made my body hurt because hardly anything was coming out of my throat and lungs.
It honestly felt like I was dying and one day when i woke up i has barely breathing. Sent me into a panic. >.>
ANYWAY!!!
Hubby got me some congestion and cough meds on pay day and now im feeling much better. It could've been a lot worst... Last year was a nightmare. I was getting sick every other week for 2 weeks at a time and then deal with sick kids... for like 3 months... so if this is all i had to go through then I'll happily take it. Although hubby is getting sick now... >.0 and im keeping an eye on my kiddos. But I'mma get some artsy stuff done in the meantime. i have a few sketches and ill see about uploading those at a later date.
But yeah!!! been a great start to thenew year... >.<

So... Updates... I know I haven't been uploading pictures as much. That doesn't mean that I'm not drawing. I do practice different shading and fur textures. I just don't upload them because I honestly don't really feel the need to. That and my OCD tends to not let me leave art unfinished. So with sketches or practice blobs, I tend to write down everything I used either on paper or in notepad.

I have also been watching youtube "speed" artists and see how other artists do fur, and other textures. Most of them don't really show what brushes they use, but I tend to figure it out on my own. It's been a fun experience so far and i get that sense of acomplishment after I figure it all out. That comes after frustration by the way. LOL.

Alrighty, so I'm in the process of brainstorming Halloween YCH ideas. These Ych's will be a part of my raffles so they will be free.

I have a slight problem... again... with all the trends and new games (and possible commissions >.>) I haven't been able to really think about what to do for Halloween. Witches seem to be the theme and i love witches buuuuuuut i feel like thats been over drawn the past 2 halloweens...

I had a few ideas but still feel like they aren't Halloween-y enough:

First idea was to have a dr. strange (any gender) with hogwarts students
Second idea was to have Iron man/heart and Spiderman/qwen "flying around" with a halloween feel to it?
Third idea was a seance in the woods with a smokey pumpkin ( I'm still playing around this idea)

If any of you have ideas to share that would be greatly appreciated.

OR if you are interested in doing a collab (must be at least at my art level) Write in Bold letters COLLAB and pitch me your idea. If i like the idea and your gallery, ill send a message. However, If I do a collab with someone The slots will have to be auctioned instead of being raffled.

The internet is so slow that i cant hardly look at submissions (on any site i go to)

Its not allowing me to upload anything else either. It took a while just to get an animation up...

So the lewd uploads are gunna have to wait a bit longer until this crappy internet is figured out.

I can submit some art on my DA buuuuuuut its not the lewd stuff everyone wants but its the closest i can get to getting art up... at least on one site... (even though it took 2 hours to upload it....)

I might be able to get some onto FN, and i havent tried E621 yet. So we'll see. A battle of the uploads has begun!!!

So... the drive from NC to ID was hell. Like almost literally. Kids puking and pooping, puppies peeing and pooping, then my car didn’t want to work, and then my daughter screeched the rest of the way... but anyway... we aren’t going to have internet until October... I haven’t even got my “art setup” running yet... haven’t been able to draw because my kids are watching movies on my laptop... and I’ve been playing Zelda to let off some steam.

However, all my watchers will get big opportunities!! I plan on having several raffles as a big apology for being gone for so long... I honestly didn’t expect it to take this long to get everything done... and I’m truly sorry. I want to draw and get all my ideas out and show you guys.

I made it to NC btw. Got here at 3:00 am on Saturday morning. I’ve been exhausted and catching up on sleep. When I can. So... we've been basically living in a small hotel room for the past week...
We were broke, and what money we did have went to food and gas... (to which it didnt last long because feeding 4 people costs more than what we had).

My kids, dogs, and cats are all getting tired of each other and the animals have hit their limit with my kids. My kids got bored of their toys fairly quickly (or all they would fight over toys and id have to take them away...)

So tomorrow me and the kiddos are heading to NC to visit family and friends (long overdue visit). My Biological mom is letting us stay with her until there is a home available for us. (don't even get me started on the housing problem...) My husband will be staying here, in Idaho, to take care of the animals and housing situation.

I honestly dont want to leave him after us being apart for a year... but this is to make sure the kids and animals dont harm each other either out of frustration, annoyance, or boredom. Anyway, my bio-mom doesnt have internet so ill have to rely on my phone data to get updates on everything. I may still be able to work on art, but i can not upload it.

Well, wish us lucky (and pray for my sanity).

My patience are shot. I'm emotionally exhausted. My body is sore. However, we are safe. Our kids made it as difficult as they possibly could but... they ARE toddlers. Having no service didnt help...

We have 3 cats, 2 dogs, 2 kids, and then 2 adults crammed into this hotel and we are all just about sick of each other. Well some of you may already know, but we are moving to Idaho. Movers coming sometime tomorrow. Then the 18th is when we turn in our house keys and hit the road. Moving 2 toddlers, 2 border collies (well one is a mutt), and 3 cats (siamese, maine coon and russian blue). Its stressful but at the same time exciting. ill be driving with my baby girls. My daughter, my dog, and my cat. Plus a few extra stuff.

I will do my best to do some art but for the next 3-4 days. Its not going to be possible. Itd be hard to draw while driving. lol. Not that I've thought about it or anything ... <.< >.> annnnnnywaaaaay, I will not be accepting commissions at this time, because I'd feel bad about making some wait for art and it'd be wrongful of me to to accept and then not work on it for close to a week at least... >.< Just give me... hmm... a week and a half (2 weeks at most, just to be safe.) to get settled in the new area.

Ok, well... I'd love to hear ya'll's thoughts and whatnot. :) I'm trying to stay more active on here, than i have been in the past year... This year has basically been hell... but once i get this... whatever is wrong with me fixed, I'll be right as rain! Lol. Also trying to stay positive. ;)

So beginning of may a lot of you know (and probably remember) that i was very sick. Started out with my son, then me and then later my daughter. we all started off with the flu... then it was bronchitis... Well i had a mild ear infection (ER doctors words BTW) so they gave me really strong cough syrup, steriods, and amoxicillin. i finished off the steriods. and i was starting to feel better and then i just ended up forgetting about the meds (although by the time i remembered to take them it was the end of the day and i just shrugged it off)

But hey!! i wasnt coughing anymore, i felt good... but then my throat starting feeling weird... it wasnt sore but it hurt to swallow (no jokes please, this is serious!!) Then i started having head aches... so i called the ER and told them what was wrong because i really didnt feel like going again and they said it's a middle ear infection. Keep taking the meds... well im out of them, so i go to the urgent care, since this isnt really an emergency (fyi my primary care doc is bullshit... 45 mins away, never answer phones, and schedule appointments that are 2-4 weeks away...).

Anyway, im explaining to the receptionist why im there and the doc walks by and sort of drops into the convo. I explained to her what was going on right there at the window and she said "yeah, youre going to be in pain for the next 2-4 weeks. I'm not going to give you antibiotics. You middle ear infection is caused by allergies. Take Claritin or Zyertec with ibuprofen, but if you want me to see you I'll still see you but I am just going to repeat what i just said." I still wanted her to look at my ears and from the outside my ears are fine and no sign of infection. its just on the other side of the ear drum...

Like waaaaay down in there near my throat.. Sometimes it feels worst... and sometimes it feels better. I want to go back and demand antibiotics, but i know urgent care wont do it... but idk if this is an "big" enough emergency to go to the ER... either way i need antibiotics, because im in a lot of pain and cant hardly eat because it hurts... i just want this to stop... idk how this happened... or why its happening... but i just want to feel normal again and enjoy my summer... as well as being completely better so i can drive to our next base area... (not saying where until after we move... again...)

Also ear drops are not going to work because those are only for the outer ear (the outside of the ear drum) pain meds dont solve the problem, they just help me bare the pain... and allergy meds have helped my eyes and nose but not my ears... (going ahead and saying that now) I know this isnt art related but i just needed to vent...
