So a friend of mine.. Seems to be having really bad anger issues... And im really worryed about him..

Not gonna say who out of respect.. But every time i talk he gets angry over small things.. And he just told me he pulled a gun out of anger on someone.. And it dont bug me due to the fact im a crazy country boy. But it worrys me that his own anger scares him..

I usta feel that way so i relate so well to it.. But i really wanna help him get past his anger? I took therapy and Krav maga courses to fix my anger.. Im debating to take him to krav one day.. They don't teach any thing dangerous till you have been in it 6 months to 2 years.. So he wont learn any thing that could hurt someone.. It helped me learn to control my self so much
