I'm in a bit of a rough spot, i've been doing what I can to catch up on owed commissions while searching for a job, and currently custom stuff just takes up too much time currently but I still need to make money for my bills and yet another move. Thankfully this move is a small one, but still costs money.

Another delay in commissions and more updates.
General | Posted 7 years agoI wanted to make a journal to bring a few things to view.
I have quite a queue right now, and because of my negligence I haven't been putting them into my trello.
I mainly have a piece of paper on my desk with a queue that I've been keeping track of most things on.
My mental health has been all over the place for the past 5 months and because of such I have been
forgetful and I am terribly sorry.
I have been taking a little longer to get my commissions and YCHs done, but
I still do get a little bit of work done every day. Please, I would really appreciate if y'all stayed patient with me.
I'm going to be doing my best to get most if not all owed work done before the end of the year (besides fursuit work).
I really need to take a break from art as soon as I can because if i'm going to be honest, it's getting really hard to do
much of anything these days.
It's been hard getting up or going to sleep, I haven't been eating, I haven't been playing videogames nor talking to people as often as I normally do. It's been getting incredibly hard to find inspiration to draw or to pick up my pen to do owed commissions, or even enjoying the holidays
even though it's my first holiday season back with my family for the first time in 8 years. I've been struggling and doing
what I can to fight my brain but it's just so hard.
I have decided that come January, I'm going to spend the month off from working. I really need to work on my mental and physical
health to help improve my general wellness. If I am unable to get some commissions done before the 31st, I ask that y'all be patient for me to resume commissions come February. During January if I get bored, I may do some just to get them done, or I may release one or two single slot, 24 hour completion YCHs just so I can save up to finally get this divorce filed or pay my phone bill.
There will be a few changes to how I will be doing things with my art come 2019, I will rarely be taking custom commissions. Every now and then I will open up a few commission slots, but no more than 4 at a time until further notice.
I really hope you understand that I need to do this to help myself get better and in the long run be able to provide good service like I was able to a few years ago.
Please, just be patient a little longer.

Finally got most of my stuff moved to wisconsin, so i'll be uploading a lot of art I haven't gotten around
to uploading! Lots of good stuff coming up so stay tuned!
Also, we're gonna be having a fun little event where we design my boyfriend a fursona.
He's not a furry, but he's willing to have one be designed for him for my own bullshit reasons xD
Here's the thing though, i'll be drawing his lineart and he'll be coloring it in (maybe with a little guidance from me).
The reason this is kinda neat is the fact he's colorblind so i'm certain his sona will be interesting!
I was thinking maybe a hyena because they're the memelords of the fandom and he's quite a shitposter. (We broke up.)
Anywho, on top of me uploading art i havent posted, i've got QUITE a commission queue started up that i've gotta get done do get ready
for some daily posting from me!
I'm also gonna do what I can to get more social in my own little community, so please be free to join my discord

Delay in commissions due to BIG life changes
General | Posted 7 years agoHey guys i'm seriously sorry that I haven't been posting often, life has been getting insanely crazy for myself,
My husband and I are getting a divorce and i'm moving back up to wisconsin. I know this is
insanely sudden since all I do here is post art, do commissions and stream, but the reason why I had decided this
is because I had gone on a week long vacation up in Chicago for Anime Central and while I was up there
I had seen my family in wisconsin and found out about how frail my grandparents have gotten
so i'll be moving back to my home state: Wisconsin after 8 long years of being away.
I will not be able to get my computer until early july, so come around mid july when I have all
of my stuff unpacked I will be able to resume my commissions.
As always, thank you so much for supporting me!

Life update! Halloween sale~
General | Posted 8 years agoI'm so sorry I don't regularly make journals, but i'm happy to say since my last journal that things have gotten much better!
It's been taking awhile and i'm still not completely healed but i'd like to introduce you to the newest member of our family, Freyja!

She's half lab, half german shepherd, both of her parents are AKC certified! We've had her for the past four months and she does very well with the family. Freyja has helped me tremendously with my healing, although she's a total daddy's girl she is so sweet, a goofball, total cuddle bug and loves meeting new people and is okay with other dogs and cats.
The loss of my boys is still something I have trouble with, every day I think about them.
But beyond dogs, i've got a temporary position at Spirit halloween and i'm close to getting my first car and i'm looking into one of my dream jobs where I can be myself, only problem is actually being able to sneak my way into the company. Finally starting to pay off some of this debt but we're still not out of the water yet.
In terms of art, my commissions are open and i'm currently doing a halloween sale where anything spooky/halloween/gore themed commissions and characters are discounted! http://www.furaffinity.net/view/24998555/

Fundraiser for another dog (Rest in peace my boys)

I've been completely distraught since the loss of them and i've had multiple people telling me that they think I need another dog in my life.
Yes, we may be living with my mother's dogs, but it's the fact I do not have a bond with them and they are not MY dogs.
Most days, I don't leave my room, I haven't been eating much, and all I do is sleep.
Alex was my emotional service dog to help me with my anxiety, without him; without both my boys I feel lost.
Hell, yesterday we were having pizza and I realized I didn't feel right and As I finished my pizza, i started to cry because i noticed they weren't there begging for the crust that I always gave them (It was their favorite.)
I know a few of you had helped me out with fundraising to get some ferrets awhile ago, but sadly the owners sold them to somebody else just before we had called. I don't expect y'all to help me, as it seems all I ever do is sit here like "I need money for this reason, i need money for that reason, i'm moving, ohey i'm moving again." Life's been extremely difficult, and now being back home in AZ finally without my boys, it almost feels unbearable.
But, let's try to get down to the business of the fundraiser. I'm taking donations, and doing pay what you want commissions in stream. So if you'd like some cheap or discounted art, keep your eyes peeled. I'm looking to raise anywhere from $50-$500 to cover adoption/rehoming, shots and a spay/neuter.

I bump this because I finally made enough money for my hotel room, bus ticket, and con ticket,
but now I need to make food and an emergency fund just in case anything goes wrong.
I'd like to try and make at least $100-$150 today and it would be a great help!

Hey guys, i'm sorry for spamming you all the time with my YCHs and commission ideas, commissions
have been pretty slow and i've been trying to post literally everywhere. I'm getting self doubts about
my art, i've been loweing my prices, doing a bunch of special deals and still, not many commissions.
I'm trying to make $200 to $500 by the end of the month, turn around time for art can be anywhere
from a few hours to about 2 weeks.

Fursuit pricing and why they are priced the way they are!
General | Posted 10 years agoHello! As you guys have noticed, i've started getting into fursuit making.
My heads start at $250 to $300, and my partials suits go from $400 and up.
3/4th suits are $600 and fullsuits start at $800.
Now you see, I make all of my stuff by hand, i dont use DVC unless I need to for horns and stuff of the sort but if you wanted something more realistic or semi-realistic, the price would go up because of shipping for the items, and the items themselves.
If you wanted a head based on DVC, Prices start at $300 because of the cost of materials.
Now, these prices arent going to stay. They're going to be going up bit by bit as we make more suits and gain more experience, so it's best to grab our cheap prices now! ^^
