Hi all, just another reminder that I'll be vending at Texas Furry Fiesta this weekend! I don't have my own table so I'm not on the dealer listing/map, and just want to make sure folks know where to find me! I'll be at booth D6 (see map in my recent uploads), which is Rukis' table, who is kindly sharing a bit of space with me.

I'll have a condensed display from my usual, but will still have the same stock of merch with me, and will be taking pencil and ink commissions! Hope to see some of you there! :)

Just a little update on my seating placement for the con that I uploaded the other day, they changed the table numbers so I am now 35! The placement of the table in the room remains the same, I think the new map is just rotated.

So, I feel like I probably have to say this because I've been telling people "soon"... for a very long time. Basically I am still unsure when I will be able to officially open for new commissions to the public. Between convention take home badges, sometimes preorders for those same cons, the art shows I make art for, my Patreon rewards, art for conventions I'm GoH at, stuff for publications, and in general commissions I've already promised, there's really not much time left for newer orders. Not to mention that comic I keep meaning to start (haaaaa).

My queue is never long, people get their art in a timely manner once paid. I do not want to keep a waiting list because I find that stressful and in my experience, by the time I get to the people further down the line they have already spent that money elsewhere (which is totally fine, I don't blame them!). A super huge chunk of my year is just eaten up by convention prep and going to conventions. I very much have the best of intentions when I tell people an approximation of when I might be open again and I WANT to make stuff for you guys, but my guesstimates are way, WAY off. I thought I might be free this time of year, but I am busy as hell and have a con coming up next month (Fur-eh! in Edmonton), commissions I'm working on and then it will already be time to make Anthrocon art show art in between my usual obligations. Art shows have been getting smaller and sales declining but I still want to continue doing them in some capacity because it's almost exclusively my only time to be my own art director, experiment and in general do whatever I please.

So anyway, the teel deer of it is I am SO SORRY my guesstimates about commission openings suck, I am sorry I said to several people that I might be open in the spring, I am still closed, but will try to make time for new work as best as I can. And try to make time for that comic, good lawdy! A stupid amount of my day often gets spent taking care of so many aspects of the business that unfortunately just aren't sitting here and making new art. XD

Everything is detailed in the link, but basically I'm offering WIPs, larger sized files, pieces I don't normally post to FA (but upload frequency here won't change, in fact it might increase as I get more opportunity to make the stuff I want to be making!), a monthly sketch and badge raffle, monthly prints mailed to your door, Patreon exclusive commission opportunities and more! There will be some adult content, but I will try to balance it out as best as I can.

Just to be clear, this will in no way affect the art I post here for free, so please don't come complaining to me about Patreon and how much you hate the idea. Patreon is just a way for me to get some extra funding to have more financial freedom to do the things I've wanted to do and couldn't justify the time for before, like make comics, in return for a wide variety of perks. I hope there's something in there for everyone, and if you can't afford pledging, that's absolutely OK, I will still post just as much art as I ever have for you to enjoy for absolutely free! Where do the exclusive pieces in one of the tiers come from? I've never posted ALL my work online, there are always some colored pieces and a LOT of sketches that go on my art CDs, so patrons will get to enjoy some of those!

And yes, seriously, comic, it's coming. I'm having trouble carving out time for it in between the ongoing process of making ends meet, and this will definitely help.

My old printer recently broke and I've decided it was time to buy a high quality wide format Epson printer! The prints are coming out gorgeous, just as good as the absolute best prints I've ever gotten from pro print shops, and these are the types of prints that will last for years and years!

I'm preparing for my next con (Fur-eh! in Edmonton at the beginning of next month, which I'll be GoH at!) and printed some extra prints and cut some extra mats. I set up a Storenvy to easily offer some up online to any of you who don't attend cons at all or not often and would like to get some art from me!

I've stocked just a few of each for now, and there are only 6 designs (plus my art CD) as these are the extras I've made for now. I will for sure print and mat up some more and restock the current ones if needed when I come back from the con. I'll put up some non-matted prints as well, which can be printed bigger (although the very big sizes at 16" long will still be limited edition and will mostly be available in art shows), and I'll be able to take specific requests for images at that point too.
