236 lbs!! Three weeks ago, I weighed 242. So, I'm well on my way to making my goal of 200. Trainer's goal is 190, but we'll see how fit I get. And then I can build muscle and be all sexy coon.

*steps off scale, sits on ground and plays with tail*

YAY, TAIL! soft. *kind of nuzzle tail tip* SOMEONE NUZZLE MY TAIL! i can't reach.

Working on drawing ref sheets for two new characters I have:

* Hunter - Shiro's werewolf/coon older brother.

* Jason - a boxing rottie based on my actual boxing trainer.

And I've lost five pounds. Yay!

I've got fighting on the brain. And not necessarily RP fighting. That's all well and good, but it's the upcoming fight training to turn me into a chiseled boxer that's running around my coonie brain. Mostly because I can't have cookies or carbs for six months, but also because of the potential for a fight in eight months.

*sits and plays with tail*

Okay, fine.

Boxing trainer showed me last night that when I really put my mind to it--which actually involves not thinking about something--I can move in real-time faster pace and actually get off some nice, crisp, solid punches and offensive work and footwork.

*grumble* showing coonie he can fight *grumble*

I still don't know how I feel about actually fighting competitively in a few months (half-a-year), but I still wanna pursue that possibility. Yay! Fighter coonie. :3

I've cut all carbs from my diet. Trying to get me down to 200 by January, and 180/190 by March-April. He wants me fighting in a local amateur's thing sometime in early Summer 2013 at light heavyweight or at heavyweight. Have I mentioned the heavyweights scare me? I mean, he fights as a light heavyweight and he walks around as a heavyweight. My trainer is built like a thick rottie intimidating boxer-dude (but he does remind me of a rottie), and his punches hurt when he's not even throwing at his full capacity. So, what about during stuff?

Well, that is what my training is for. And, you know, being sexy coonie.

Also, I bought a new jockstrap. No one gets to see. :P

In other news, I spent 7 hours in the ER yesterday due to being sick in the lungs. So, I can't actually fight and that upsets me.

I saw a coon in the park. It popped open a trash can, climbed in and found a giant cookie. It was so cute.

Currently working on sketching out details for my new comic, "Blake, Q.A." about a QA Test Engineer working for Ascension Medical. But, another idea came to me yesterday, and I think I want to explore it as well. I'm thinking I'm going to drop some ideas for a furry-themed comic about a group of Convention Operations people at a Doctor Who and Anime convention.

Both things I do in real life, so it's easy to draw stories from them.

I learned to throw elbows over the weekend. Fun fun. Just like Linkin launching that elbow into Anubis' muzzle.

I realize that Shiro needs a new ref sheet, so I'm working on that. Combining Shiro's shiny ball pose with one of him playing with his removal robotic arm and his tail. He's still got the same coloring, but his robotics are upgraded, so there's that.

And when I get around to having his fursuit version commissioned, it might be a good idea to have an updated ref sheet.

So, yeah, got it into my head that I'm going to draw a rematch between Anubis and Linkin. I don't know who won last time since it was just that one drawing of whatever round they were in with Linkin getting a left jab between Anubis' guard.

This time around, however, I'm drawing a freeze-frame of action from each round. If we're going for a title fight--Light Heavyweight Ultimate Fighting Furs--that's five rounds of random action. A bit of Linkin beating on Anubis, a bit of Anubis beating on Linkin, maybe a bit of ground fighting, and then we decide on a winner.

Well, I can't really decide on a winner, so I may just leave that up to you. So, vote here, I guess and spread it around. I'm pretty sure Link's gonna win, but ultimately, it's my decision whether I use the votes or not. I don't mind seeing Anubis go down.

So, who's it gonna be? Linkin "Dobie" Monroe or Anubis?

I resume fight training on Friday/Saturday. Actually, full-on, boxing fight training. I'm not competing or even fighting, but I told my trainer to essentially pretend that I am and give me the same level of training. I want to learn to fight properly, so I think I've just opened the opportunity for him to break me.

You guys, he's so damned excited. I think it's the money, though.

It's scary how excited he is. But, maybe, that'll mean that I'll hit my goal of 200 lbs by Feb 2013. And that I'll be able to knock out some homophobic idiot. If it comes to that. Either way, shooting for sexy coon, and I gave him permission to push me towards whatever route that is to make sexy fighter coon.

Now, I just need robotics.

I've decided that I would love to have a BF that's a sharkie. Especially if they're a big buff sweet innocent sexy sharkie man.

I just wanna snuggle up with a sharkie.

In other news, if I promised you a sketch of any sort (since I have no paid commissions), it's not happening. I just don't feel like drawing what I'm told to do. I just want to draw what I want to draw, and if that somehow manifests into your characters, so be it. But no amount of whining, begging, or questioning is going to force me to draw anything. Hell, I'm so busy I can't even get around to drawing my webcomic.

So, I'm not saying you won't get your drawing. I'm just saying I don't know when it's going to happen. It just kind of has to be organic. But, a lot of my drawing motivation comes out of RPs. It's why I draw Shiro and Bruce, why Anubis has fights, and where most of my webcomic ideas are hashed out.

I've lost four pounds and I've gained a bit of muscle. Still trying to drop the tummy so I can A) fit into Anubis again and not make him look dorky and B) fit into my kick-ass sexy business suit. And possible C) be a sexy fighter man.

Anywho, after I drop the poundage, I'm thinking about finding a commissioner to make the furry portion of Shiro's suit. And then there's finding someone to make the robotics. Not sure how I want to have the robotics made, but I know they'll have to be done and fitted in a way that doesn't make it look like an attachment to a fursuit. It's gonna be a tough and tall order, but I'm willing to shell out the money necessary.

I just need to drop down to about 200 lbs, and I'll be happy. And, you know, be all sexy.

And then, I need a furry con to debut Anubis. Don't know when it'll be, since I also have to add a bit of visibility to Anubis' head and that might involve sending it back to .
