Inktober Is Upon Us Again

June Workload Sorta
Posted 2 years agoIt’s been scarce art-wise this month admittedly.
A lot of factors attribute to this; not the least of which is taking on a more leadership position at my job and getting things organized.
But yes gaming had something to do with it. I officially finished Final Fantasy 6 thus completing the entire Pixel Remaster collection. Now Crash Team Rumble is out and it is every bit as fun and addictive as I had hoped for! XD
The new character Catbat is fun; but Tawna is definitely my main with her oh-so useful hook shot ability.
For now let’s see what my workload is for June though.

What’s Been Happening
Posted 3 years agoThese past two weeks have been quite busy fir me and 
!
I might as well give a breakdown!
- Our bird Penta laid an egg four weeks ago. It hatched last Monday and we welcomed our new bird Lucky. To maintain Lucky’s survival he had to be fed every three hours and had to have the temperature and humidity in his brooder monitored constantly. He’s now 13 days old and growing up very well! <333
- While we looked after Lucky both me and Verona got inflamed throats. She unfortunately had to go to ER where they took good care of her and I had to contend with my own inflammation which turned out to be an infection. So she and I have been recovering after nonstop coughing and hacking! Lots of sleep we’re catching up on.
- I was unexpectedly put on night shift. My body had not adjusted to it so I have been feeling sleepy every single day as well spending a majority of my free time sleeping.
So yes these things really interfere with our artwork. But it’s worth to have our new member if the family Lucky alive and well!!❤️

More Drawings Soon
Posted 3 years agoI been on hiatus after Inktober concluded!
All I wanted to do was play games and cillax!
And it’s really helped me recuperate my creative energy.
Games that chiefly dominated my time were Elden Ring and Pokemon Scarlet/Violet.
And both offer more to keep my day fully occupied!! XD
But yes expect to see more arts soon.
I’m also gonna be open for commissions soon too! ;3

Happy 246th America
Posted 3 years agoMe and my wife will be celebrating our first 4th of July together with festivals, car shows and fireworks!
In spite of it's many ups and downs I still celebrate my country's birthday.
Its about 54 years until America's 300th birthday: AKA The Tricentennial.
I wonder if I'll even be around by then to celebrate it. Maybe that's a lifelong goal of mine. Though I think I'll be far gone physically and mentally by then. :V
Until then I'm watching one of my all-time favorite 4th of July movies....JAWS!

Upcoming Summer and Fall Projects 2022

As I continue to complete commissions I gotta few upcoming ones I thought I’d address now.
SUMMER
- Finish up the Dakimakura project. I have like six models left to draw and render.
- A series of beach party pics featuring a good number of furry girls/waifus on my Waifu Wall

- Although Queen of Summer will not be held this year, there’s still the matter of getting both Ruth Campbell and Lola Henderson as the winners of past Queen of Summers sculpted. I’ll be working on their poses and commissioning
again to make em!!
FALL
- Inktober 2022. I will most likely follow the prompts again this year. Be it traditionally or digitally drawn I will do daily inks throughout October representing my favorite characters and my own creations.
- Doghouse of Horror XI!! The TUFF tradition of the trilogy of TUFF Puppy horror stories continues. I’ve decided on the names for the next series of stories featuring Kitty, Dudley and the rest of the TUFF cast.
* Helluva Bass 2: Paws the Revenge (This time it’s personal.)
* 28 Daisys Later
* Doombo
UP IN THE AIR (Maybe will do….)
- I might do Senftember (Embarrassed Naked Female september prompts) exclusively on Twitter like i did last year.
- A comic story featuring Carmelita Fox, Sarah Brendhart and Muggshot. This can happen any time this year so maybe towards the end after the other projects.
Still not ready for the big Malmsteen story yet XB

The Bad Guys…
Posted 3 years ago….I won’t be seeing it this weekend. :v
Yeah I know! I’m n anthro artist and it has uber waifu Diane Foxington and super husbando Mr Wolf. You think I’d rush out to see it.
It’s like u think I’ve seen Turning Red by now. Well no I haven’t. :v I did not renew my subscription to Disney + and turned to Paramount + and HBO Max instead.
The biggest gripe with that movie is Disney choosing to stream it entirely instead of releasing it in theaters. For the many reasons they did this I did not appreciate the move and would’ve rather saw it in a movie theater.
I’ll have to see it later atta point.
But I did see and like Sonic 2 so I still fulfilled my anthro movie viewing duty this month. ;)
Anyways the reason I’m not seeing The Bad Guys right away is because me n my wife are going to the big island of Hawaii for a sorta family reunion.
We’ll be busy doing other things and going to a movie theater isn’t on the list.
Will see Bad Guys later atta point.

Now the final hurdle is before me to clear: moving into my new home with my wife <3333
Already it’s a vast improvement from the old place!
All we gotta do now is set it up to be home sweet home. Still gotta wait on furniture to arrive though :p
But after all is done and we are settled in I shall resume drawing
Of highest priority are the commissions I still owe. Appreciate everyone’s patience on these given my situation
But yes; hope you all are doing well in the meantime and staying safe out there!

Maintaining the Status Quo Artwise
Posted 3 years agoIn light of everything happening and what will probably happen I am maintaining the status quo here in terms of artwork.
I got commissions to work on and finish; though this is in between some other real life situations I’m dealing with such as moving out of my old apartment and studying for my promotions test.
I have my wife who time n again has been keeping me sane and steady. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
And overall I still have my drive to create as well as my health.
So in spite of all the troublesome things we will continually deal with I’m still maintaining the status quo here.
Though I’m sorry I haven’t been on Discord much to talk XP
I got commissions to work on and finish; though this is in between some other real life situations I’m dealing with such as moving out of my old apartment and studying for my promotions test.

Kao Komeback
Posted 4 years agoSo between the reactions to the Microsoft buyout of Activision, supposed outrage over Minnie’s pants and Baiken’s boobs, and all the other really stupid shit I see in mass abundance on Twitter and YouTube there is some good news.
Crash isn’t the only marsupial with a marvelous graphical comeback under his belt.

Once Arcade classic Kao is coming back. Check out the trailer. They clearly took cues from Crash and Spyro in terms of graphics and gameplay and it looks great.
Gameplay also reminds me a bit of Sly Cooper. Gee…Maybe the original Sly trilogy could use a graphics update of this magnitude too. Just saying….

But I been catching up on stuff too. Namely commissions. I still owe a few ppl commissions and apologize for lateness onna few. Well I prefer they’re done well than wrong. Better done right than now is my motto. :B

Getting Ready for Wedding

I know I still owe a few ppl commissions and I apologize that I haven’t gotten them done yet. Xx i know some of u waiting on sketches too
