Hey everynnnnnyaaaaaaannnnnn! Just wanted to let y'all know that I am slowly getting myself back to work after having been sick on and off for the past little whoile, so the commission train should be back on track pretty soon. Some of you got sketches and some of you haven't, I'll be working on finishing off the approved ones and getting sketches out to the remaining people as quickly as possible! Some people were asking so I figured I'd send out a whole heads up to let you all know I'm not dead (yet).

Re: Dishwasher status, my sister convinced me to not replace it because it was a big expensive thing that would mostly be for my mom and my mother... is mean to me. :'( So she was like "save your money! or buy something for yourself! replace your shitty phone! get new GLASSES!!" so I'm gonna try to get new glasses, because I am the blindest cat, and that's something I've been putting off forever now because I never had extra money to throw at 'em. I will deal with the bitchwasher with the help of the greatest force on earth: SPITE

Hey everynyan, so I've been thinkin' of doing a thing for a lil while now, 'bout ~7 months-ish. BASICALLY, our dishwasher blows. Like, super mega blows. It's awful, and if I didn't have the hands of a crusty desert-residing coal miner I would say something like "I'd rather wash these dishes by HAND". But, if I did say that, my mom would be like "do it then" and I'd have to commit, and I'm just not ready for that. What I am ready for, however, is to attempt to replace the damn thing. As a surprise!!

See my mom is the sorta person who would rather draw something out to its absolute final breath than replace it the moment it starts being more effort than it's worth. Which is fine, I respect that, but also it drives me batshit crazy. Our current dishwasher is the following things:

- awful
- disgusting
- almost as old as me (it's 24 fuckin' years old)
- falling apart
- can't really run a full load without needing to rewash
- loud
- like, super loud. it screams with the unadulterated passion of a thousand souls burning in cold fire from the moment it is turned on to the moment it finishes its cycle, and then again when it has to rewash everything it failed to wash the first time
- did i mention awful

My mother has been working her butt off for the past few years to make sure we can all be livin' the most stress free lives we can be livin' and I, a turd, have done Marginally Nothing in comparison outside of buying dinners and lavender scented bath bombs. So I thought hey, why not replace this horrific dying creature in our kitchen with something that will not only make our lives easier, but probably save us 15% or more on our car insurance hydro bill? That's something within the realm of possibility for me! Hell yeah! But I want it to be a surprise!

So my plan is this: Save up some money, then when the snow gtfo's I'm gonna head out to the hardware store down the street and see how likely it is that they could be in and out with an installation before my parents get home from work one day. If that's feasible, great! Plan is in motion. If not, OH WELL, PLAN IS STILL IN MOTION. IT'S TIME TO PUT THE DINOSAUR TO BED.

My goal here is about $800. We don't need an insanely fancy dishwasher, but I wanna get a nice one. If there's any extra leftover I'll like, spend it on tide pods or something, idk.

I ALMOST FUCKIN DIED THIS MORNING

other than that good time so far! I said I'd have y'alls commissions done before the new year but uhhhhh I forgot I said that and then I was dead for the last ~7 days. Will DEFINITELY have them done before the 26th though, I want no obligations hangin' over my head when I fall face first into the monster hunter pit.

This is gonna be a good year!! OR ELSE!!!

Just lettin' y'all commissioners know if I haven't gotten back to you with a "Your thing will be ready before christmas!"-type of email then your commission will likely not be done before Christmas. I definitely prioritized gift-type orders over non-gifts (obviously) and all gift-types will absolutely be done in time. Yay! The rest of you will likely get your pieces before the new year, however, so this is strictly a note re: chrimbo. This also relates only to paid commissions; if you haven't paid yet I haven't started working on your piece at all, and can't start until payment comes in. Sorry! I am holding your spots, though!

So things are going pretty well here and that's RAD I'm pleased to be able to say that, for once, things are not a colossal shitfest *thumbs up emoji* I feel good, I'm working good, everything is good. My mom, sister and I are all plannin a fun lil family trip to Quebec (!) sometime in the summer next year, which is exciting! I gotta put some money away for that, but also, MONSTER HUNTER WORLD RELEASE DATE ANNOUNCED??? JANUARY 26TH?? Gotta get me a PS4 >:'0 Gonna have to hustle some dollars for both of those things, so I might... maybe... open for some commissions... ?? Idk, I'm kinda on the fence about it tbh. Maybe if there's interest? It'd probably only be sketchy stuff with color splashes like these definitely NSFW things [x][x]

My excitement and desperate desire for all things Monster Hunter will probably drive me to do it at some point <__> /cry

In light of recent figuring-outs with regards to what I wanna do with my life, I've swapped focuses a little (a lot). I'm now gonna be focusing on my webcomic, Hellbound Guardian, with all my energy! It's truly what I want to be doing with myself, and I'd never forgive myself if I gave up on the chance to pour myself into it while I was inextricably wrapped in the perfect safety net (LIVING WITH MY PARENTS LOL)

With that said, I hope you'll consider checking out my comic and Patreon! I've completely redone the Patreon to include many more exciting things as rewards, and there's a video now! I worked very hard on it and it stressed me out a lot. #worth

You also may or may not have noticed my commission information has all disappeared. This is because I'll no longer be accepting new commissions. Thank you so, so much to everyone who has commissioned me over the years, you've all been lovely and made my experience as a freelance illustrator as wonderful as it possibly could have been.
