Everybody needs friends. Even villains. And when you watch someone take away your best friend....who wouldn't want to see them suffer?

Sometimes there is a reason why a villain fights a hero. Sometimes that reason isn't what you expect. And every once and a while that reason can drive a villain to go from pulling simple pranks to one of the most powerful villains....all in the sake of revenge.

My name is Rose. I'm a real badass gunman in space. But the smell of gunpowder in the morning isn't all that I'm into. This derelict I picked because everyone said it was extremely haunted. Which it is, but that's the way I like things. No one enters my little sanctuary because they're too afraid of the dead. That and when they hear about my abilities, there's no way they want to get near me. I'm just any assassin, I'm the goddamned best. I once even killed a target from a galaxy. I am the master of the temporal assassin arts.

But then I had a visitor. Not entirely sure if she's a ghost or not. I entered my garden one day and she was there. And from there....my life changed.



Rose Garden.

The men who knocked on my door the next day were odd ones. Bald, dressed in matching black tux, black trench coats and black fedoras. Each wore black sunglasses and they seemed to be clones or identical twins. "Mr. Larson, we understand you came in contact with a certain woman." said the first.

"A very strange woman. In fact, the one pictured here," the second said before showing me a photo of the four of us together. Odd. It was like the one I took yesterday, but that one only had three of us in it, Jane's presence seemingly gone. But, I had never posted that photo.

"How do you have that?" I asked.

"How isn't important. That woman you met is very dangerous and we need to know her whereabouts." Said the first.

These two men in black made me uneasy. So uneasy, I decided it best not to be completely truthful to them. "I don't know who you're talking about. That's obviously a doctored photo," I commented showing them the original picture on my phone.

"Are you sure that's your answer, Mr. Larson?" pressed the second.

"Leave him alone, Roshinda," Jane said as she stepped from the bathroom. I have no idea how she got in there, as I was the only person in my apartment all day.

"That is..." started #1.

"...Not my name," finished #2.

Jane spit something in a language I didn't understand. "If I didn't let some weird spirit mess with them, you think i'm going to let you? And Time travel is illegal. I should report you."

The two stared at her really creepily for a moment before speaking again. "You must come with us. Or we cannot guaranty their safety."

The redhead scoffed. "You think I can't take you? You have no idea who I am or what I am capable of."

The two men rushed towards her, but she quickly grabbed onto their coats and the three of them vanished in a surge of energy and white light. Perhaps our encounter with Jane was by chance. But who and whatever she was...we were all in a whole new world of trouble.

So, because Cityscape 3 is now a split narration book, I decided to flesh out Amanda and her friends in the new book by just throwing "School", High School", and "College: a Test of Infidelity" into Cityscape 3. This, of course, requires a bit of re-writing to all of them to put them solely in Amanda's POV. And I will be posting the new versions here. Because...why not. Also, Laura and Talla's death scene has...kind of changed. It's much shorter and too short to post, really.

Their deaths, though, are now a much bigger part of the universe because it is through their deaths that Amanda really becomes Ultima. For it isn't just because she can pick and choose her powers. The title of Ultima actually refers to something else entirely.

The Eden Civil War was devastating. It left Eden weak and vulnerable. And that is when the humans returned. And they tried their damnedest to wipe us out, not understanding the delicateness of our world. So, their bombs came and turned our cities to ash, blacked out the sun once again and proceeded to hunt down survivors while they rebuilt cities in their own image.

What they did not know, however, is that in wiping out every one alive, they unleashed incredible amounts of magic into the atmosphere. Along with radiation from the nukes, this proceeded to change Eden. And it was with those changes that this planet got a new name: Yomi.


Little did we know that our biggest threat was not each other. But what was created by the Genocide.

I've thought about continuing Cityscape after the Civil War arch, and I now know I will. The first 15 books will be merely the 1st Series. The second series will be called Reclamation and will feature a post-apocalyptic version of Eden after the humans return to ravish a weakened planet. But, as the dust settles survivors begin to rise and amongst them is one who has the blood of the Gods and Keepers and greatest heroes running through her veins. Laura Aleksandra Zarubin. She sat in a dim room with only a single, pale yellow light source directly above her. A makeshift bag of various materials that seemed almost to go with her thick leather and cloth clothing. They had captured her while she slumbered as she was seemingly unarmed and now, it was hard to tell with the hood if she was awake or not. There was an odd caution as the door to the room she was in opened and a scent of human flesh hit her nose. "What is your name?" demanded a masculine voice that was answered with silence. "What were you doing in the Noble District?" Still no answer.

Her captor brought a hand across the side of her face. That was the last bit of information she needed. He wasn't all that strong. And he was all alone with her in a small room. No cameras. Not even any guards outside the room. "You will learn to cooperate or…"

Without a moment's hesitation, the woman in the chair swung an unusually large hand from where it was supposed to be handcuffed behind the chair and slammed it into the man's neck as she stood. "Or what? You'll hit me again?" she growled, her voice a little deeper than his. "You don't even know who I am and you think you can take me?" With this she slammed him hard against the wall, nearly knocking him out.

Around her other wrist was what remained of the handcuffs. They jangled as she brought her free hand up to the bag on her head. Removing it, she revealed a hood that further hid her form. "Would you really like to know who I am? Or do you want me to leave you here stupid to wallow in your pissed pants?"

Her grasp on his neck wasn't too strong, so he could answer her question. "Who...what are you?"

An unseen smile crossed her lips. "Ah. Finally a human with some brains," she said, a light Russian accent becoming audible. Tossing the bag to the side, her free hand came up to her hood and pulled it back to reveal a very scarred silver and black wolf face. Her fur color, though, was hard to determine entirely. Her right eye seemed be a little milky and a different color compared her left. The color of each eye was nearly impossible to make sure of. But, it was easy to see her red hair brought back in a ponytail and her clean, sharp, white teeth in her smile. She lacked a left ear, a scar crossed her good eye but not her bad one. Her good ear had notches taken from it. Faintly, just barely visible is a long scar across her neck. Even only her face was visible, the man could easily tell she had seen much much combat and had obviously come away at least alive if not the victor. "My name is Laura Aleksandra Zarubin. Descendant of Night Wind, Hydrophobia, Thermite, Snow Stone and Ultima. I have the blood of all three of the Magic families running in my veins as well as the Gods of Eden. You burned my friends and my family to the ground around me and yet I remained unscathed. You may call me Zirnitra. I am the most powerful Keeper ever to walk this planet. And do you know what my Resonance is?"

Fear had begun the fill the man's eyes as soon as he saw her face. Hearing her name nearly made him literally piss himself and he could barely muster up the strength to shake his head. "It is everything," To demonstrate her power, the handcuff on her right wrist melted away, the hinges of the door fell off and the door itself shot through the room taking out the chair and the walls began to crumble away as if afraid of this wolf. "But I will not kill you, human. No. I will leave you alive. Give your boss a message: your silly pathetic reign of Eden is over. The Reclamation has started. And the Dragon Goddess is it's leader."

With that, Laura dropped the man and replaced her robe before simply walking out of the building, the walls crumbling away around her. Halfway down the hall, the rocks suddenly stopped crumbling and just as suddenly as the chaos around him began, it was over. As he crawled to the destroyed doorway, he looked down the hall to see more men running towards him in only to pause halfway to gawk at the destruction. Laura had vanished into the thin air.

Due to it's new formula of a joint story between Amanda and Laura, Cityscape 3 is getting a new title. Officially, it will be now known as Night Water. This is a reference to Laura being Night Wind and Amanda's semi-pre-Ultima persona of Hydrophobia.

Amanda, being a very powerful Witch, her magical abilities surfaced before her superpowers and part of her magic abilities is a Resonance with water. A result of this is a mainly passive hydrophobic nature to her body. She never learned to swim because she never had to as, with just a passive abilities, she can walk across water.

Saipia is probably my most unique character in that she's barely a anti-hero underneath everything. She's proud, arrogant, racist. Yeah, she doesn't really like humans. And I'm not entirely sure she'd be a chaotic good character. I would say, Laura is chaotic good, but Saipia is more...chaotic neutral or lawful evil than anything. So...Laura and Saipia would never get along. They would fight constantly, and they might work together, but they wouldn't enjoy it.

Maybe I will write a little crossover fight. I know who would win, and it's probably not who you'd think.

Woo! So, I can officially confirm the Cityscape 3 I had on this site will not be anywhere close to the final product. 1. Since I've moved the proposal up a book, Cityscape 2 is probably going to end with the wedding instead of waiting until the third book. That means the entire introduction to 3 will be gone and I will probably replace it with something else.

Also, Sasha is no longer even on the planet long enough for her death to start a war. I know what will start a war now and it is a much better reason, I think. Oh, and Laura won't be the one to start it.

It will technically be told by three characters. The new introduction will probably focus on Aleksandra, the Keeper of Keepers. But, the first half of the book will introduce the humans to Eden and tell of a good 15 years of relative peace between the humans and Edenites.

But, evil takes time. And in those years, Laura's memory begins to weaken as her Alzheimer's starts to eat away at her, so, a 16-year-old Amanda Graives will take over the storytelling as she, William and Xavier just begin to discover their powers. And how the war gets started....In the end...Ultima will be born.

This should provide a nice transition between Cityscape 3 and Cityscape 4. And it gives me another chance to write Amanda. I've probably developed her and Xavier the most but she only has one book. Seems...unfair.

Also, I might cut out a book and throw Mother Wolf in with the 3rd War Trilogy that would be Mother Wolf, Five Stones and then jump straight into Against Giants. So...the Generations Trilogy sense each book will literally be a new generation.

Last night I posted a new story that had Laura, Talla, Whitney, Cindy and Eric in a round table talk about their worst injuries. I have decided, that each of the stories presented will get their own much more detailed stories. There were a few details left out 'cause...they would be in a Round Table discussion.

So, eventually you'll have:

So, Cityscape's launch has been delayed until July 22nd. And next month, I'm gonna build a site to get ready. This will be a digital launch for now, but, perhaps, I can do limited ten printed book runs or so. Also, I might be starting a Kickstarter for it, but we'll see.

Sometimes, those of us who realize there's a monster in us waiting to be unleashed let it out in our pages. This is why I have the Naughty Dog series on my alternate page. I have fun characters who don't have any qualms about killing. They can be as brutal and diabolical as they want. It really can be fun after being so restricted.

But...how far is too far? How brutal can I be? Well, with Naughty Dogs...there are no limits. I mean, that was pointed out in the first episode when one of the ladies kills a kid. And now there is Tomiko, someone who is going to be causing the rest of the Naughty Dogs to pretty much ask this very question.

So, usually, if I have something dark, I just throw it in there. But, then...I came up with Agenda. I will probably be posting it here. Despite the turns it's going to take. So, think of this as a warning. Agenda will end up bring pretty fucking dark. And not in the ways you think. You probably think they're gonna get killed 'cause they're gay. But, actually, that's not true. I'm not gonna give anything away, but...yeah.

Also, I realize I have a thing with the whole "the masses vs. the few." thing. Like in Just Heroes ideas, in one of them I have a hero going away to help her dying mother, only to return to a city in chaos and the people pissed. *Spoilers* in the end, she's going to go "fuck you guys. You're how many people? And I'm 1 person. And my mom was dying. You are all perfectly capable of stopping this chaos by yourself, yet you chose to do nothing and then yell at me? No. Fuck you, I'm out."

But, I don't know. It's a fun idea to play with.

For most kids, when they reach 18, they are excited to finally be an adult and go do adult things. For Lyra Sacque, however it was a different story. At 18 she vanished off the face of the earth. She had plenty of friends, a loving family, siblings. But, on a road trip with a group of her friends, she gave her crush a kiss before entering bathroom and never being seen again. Within days the media said she was abducted.

Eventually, her existence was erased. No birth certificate, no fingerprints, no awards, pictures....nothing. Lyra was gone and only lingering memories floated around.

The truth, however is Lyra was recruited into a super top secret female special forces team. Of which, she is the only survivor, enduring intense and brutal training. After ten years, though, she was discharged on the tail end of the don't ask don't tell policy. However, she officially didn't exist, so she had to leave the military a completely different person.

A different person will the highest level of clearance possible, incredible hand-to-hand combat skills and an ability with guns and bows unmatched anywhere. In the military she was known by one word: Marksman.

Now, she is with the Great Alliance. Soon the universe will know how she got her nickname.

Everything was going fine until hell swept over. Some dipshit got elected President and suddenly hate became the new norm. He was a real strict religious type. He didn't make hate crimes legal, but he did strongly encourage people beating the shit out of anyone from say...the LGBT community or anyone who wasn't the same skin color or didn't speak American English. How he got elected, no one really knows. But he nearly had missiles raining down on our heads, but then wars broke out. It was as if he controlled hate itself.

And then the Contracts happened. handfuls of us chosen to stop the corrupted leaders in our cities. Here, in Spokane, there was 4 of us. Me, Margaret Jones, Amira Smith, Ron Kingston, Marlow Thomson. But...we weren't just any heroes. I'm a lesbian and married with two adopted kids. Amira is a transexual with three kids from before her surgery. Kingston is gay and Marlow is bisexual. We are the LGBT community. And let me tell you, we don't get along all that well. I think Kingston is full of himself. Marlow is...the bad egotistical where he can do no wrong and everyone should suck is dick including me and my wife. And Amira...eh, she's alright. Quiet, though. Seems terrified of this whole thing.

To make matters worse, my wife HATES mutants after her family was killed by them. Yeah. So, me becoming a mutant wasn't a walk in the cake. It took me six months and lots of crime fighting and a stumbling upon to see her after I got my powers. She took it weller than expected....better, than...

Many people are curious as to what our agenda is. Well, ours is saving the world. Protecting our families. I mean, I just want to raise my kids and be greeted by my wife's beautiful face every morning. But the world's agenda...this world, with hateful roots poisoning the land....oooooooohhhh boy. It has one fucked up agenda. But we got this.

An RPG that blends the concepts of Science Fiction and Fantasy. There are dragons, griffins, werewolves, vampires, unicorns....but there are also aliens and space ships. (Yes, there are dragons who fly space ships.) Does your adventure take you to Earth? Or perhaps you have to deal with the Nomads on Mars? Maybe you fly on a trip through the stars.

But, there's more. You can be a dragon space ship captain. You can be a griffin scientist. Or, maybe you just want to play human tourist. The classes and races available are pretty broad.

Once you've got your group, you can take on one of the many dangerous creatures in the universe like the Fangs of Darkness or the dimension hopping unicorns. Or you can take on more earthbound missions like a string of cargo thieves or make up your own. Whichever, there are a few organizations you can run with. Perhaps, you want peace for the universe and work are a member of one of the many Great Alliance peace keeping organizations. Or maybe you're not a member of the Great Alliance, and instead run with one of the other...less savory groups. Or with no one at all.

Where you start will determine who your Mission Commander is. For earthbound missions, you will be assigned Lonetta Mara, a 300 foot blind dragon. Everywhere else, the Great Alliance President herself, Mary will be your MC. I would suggest staying on their good sides. Just remember, your missions will be given to you by the Great Alliance, so try to behave.

Amanda, Angelia, Xavier and Rachel are going to get more stories. (I love writing Amanda.) Unfortunately, most, if not all, will be on my adult page  DariaProductions

They will be in a roundtable format where they're all in a group exchanging stories from their first year on college where they discovered a lot about themselves and each other and had a lot of sexual fun.


There might be one or two that make their way over here, like perhaps the story of them all getting relationship counseling might be tame enough to make it onto here, but don't expect a lot. How does one learn magic, you ask? Well, by going to school, of course. It was the Keepers who taught the first, and they still have their lessons, but now they have expanded. Witches and Wizards of old teach the newer members of the Three Families all about their extraordinary powers. Them and the other wizards and witches on Eden. Laura the Clear specializes in non-magic combat. Defending yourself against magic without using magic yourself. That is the start. Then comes Amanda the Dark who teaches Wand Training, a requirement for every member of the Three Families.

Talla the Dragonslayer teaches stealth magic and how to counter it

Angelia the Healer is head of healing magic, of course.

And there are many others.

And how does one get to all these classes? Why...through the Secret Doors, of course.

A highly trained female assassin having to hide out as an amish. In the process, she falls in love with another woman who is really amish and now she must protect her from the amish and herself and her new friends from those who would want to kill her.


This idea seems really fun to me.

For Kimberly Raize, life as the only person with superpowers in her city was great. And what a power. She is known as Forgettable, possessing the power to make people entirely forget she was there. She also has invisibility super strength and speed, phasing and a little bit of mind control, so, she is the ultimate stealthy person. And she used these powers...well...to commit crimes. Crime that should make her public enemy #1 which, technically she is, but no one knows who she is and she doesn't even have to wear a mask.

But, when a group of super villains enters the city and starts to kill it's citizens, this Forgettable villain will have to switch gears and become a superhero. And these new villains won't remember what hit them.

Ensign Elizabeth Hirama fresh from the academy is assigned to a flagship science vessel, apparently, handpicked by the famous Captain Clara Larson. However, she was eager not to leave her girlfriend for months on end, so they got married and Liza's new wife joined her. It is life onboard a starship as just an Ensign. Things really only get complicated when she learns her captain had a crush on her and that her girlfriend is the daughter of a notorious pirate captain who can be a bit overprotective and who isn't all that thrilled with the idea of his daughter being a lesbian.

I fear this maybe end up being too much like Life in Mars, but this wouldn't be in any set universe and feature human characters for the most part. I will probably write an episode tomorrow or something and see how it is.

Hey followers! Merry Christmas! Hope you're having a at least an alright day. I'm having fun doing a long stream. It won't technically be a 24 hour stream. (I'm currently on a break now.) but...you know...Anyway What did you get? I got candy and a mug and a really awesome hand knitted scarf.

I think I will be doing one and hopefully it's out before Christmas. The scene will be set during a book I've not really gotten to yet, but a scene I wanted to write down because it is funny. It will be Susan visiting having family over for Christmas and introducing them to her fiancee, a coyote, which goes over not so well with some members of her family. Expect lots of strong language.
