Have you ever drawn art for me??
General | Posted 10 years agoIf so, could you direct me to the piece you did and tell me if its okay to repost it or not?
Im making an account so i can stick up art that other people have done for me, with credit of course. I like lookng at stuff other people have done for me and i thought it might be a good way of giving more credit since i don't show gift art/ commissions anywhere.

How-To:
You will be given a topic/theme/character.
We will figure out a time that suits both players to stream.
Stream times will be announced beforehand.
Players will have an 1 and a half hours to draw a piece based on the topic.
Drawings must be the same dimensions and must be completed from scratch DURING THE STREAM only!
When both drawings are completed they will be uploaded together in a single submission to both players galleries along with a strawpoll so viewers can vote!
The player with the most votes will continue on and will call for another challenger!
IMPORTANT: This is just for fun! There are no prizes for winning and no losses for losing, even if you lose you still have a nice piece you've spent some time on :) This might be a nice way to break past some art block!

ALSO if you want to suggest a topic please do! anything except OCs please! characters from video games/movies etc are fine but situations/objects are interesting too!

General | Posted 10 years agoi was thinking what if this was a thing, theres a theme/character and the artists get like 2 hours? to draw something live (livestreamed) maybe on a multistream, and people can watch them do it. THEN when they're done they submit the two together side by side and people can vote, whoever gets the most combined votes (counted in comments in both submissions and then added) will be the champ and keeps going, then someone challenges the champ or the champ invites someone to another draw off. And maybe the loser can request a rematch later on.

Is converting to Cintiq worth it?

I've saved up some money and i might be able to afford one soon if i choose to, I've had my current Intuos 4 for maybe 4ish years?
Just wondering if theres anyone out there who did get one and has any pros/cons. OR if anyone bought a different brand to wacom but still has the display which lets you draw straight on.

For 20 bucks you can nab yourself an a5 envelope filled with drawings of mine of the furry variation! Each envelope will have several sheets of drawings from my imagination and possibly of my own characters. Treat the envelopes as a kind of mystery Goodie bag of art which might hold any medium (watercolor, ink, fineliner, pencil etc.)
All drawings will be on a5 which is slightly bigger than a postcard. I expect each envelope to hold 4 to 5 sheets. Also a thank you note from me!
