Dear friends, I'm sorry for being absent. I can't even say I have a proper excuse. The WoW expansion launched this past Monday and I've been balls deep into it. I Have been working as well, just no finished goods yet. SOON.

(since I rarely talk about it, I love WoW and have been playing for almost 14 years FOR THE ALLIANCE)

Clinical anxiety, anyone?

SSRI-Induced insomnia is a bitch. At this point, I’ve tried trazodone, Klonopin, and temazepam all in the span of a month without success. Each one fucks with my head for a few days, I haven’t slept more than ~4 hours a night since April and it’s wrecking me and triggering my chronic pain disorder. At this point I legit don’t know if the insomnia or the mental illness is worse.

Last night was my first night of Lunesta, and it did nothing but make me exhausted all day today after sleeping for 3.5 hours. Supposedly I can go up to 3x the dose after a while though so I’ll give it some time but goddamn. If I can’t get some sleep soon, I’m going to have to go off the meds. Which blows because I REALLY like Cymbalta. It just doesn’t let me fucking sleep.

TLDR; productivity remains in the toilet because sleep deprivation and I fully understand why they use this as torture \o/ But expect a calendar update tonight and note responses.

Just took a big step and got my California sellers permit. I'm going to enter the lottery for an artist alley table at Further Confusion, a furry convention taking place in Northern California this coming January.

I have no idea how many people I'll be up against, but there aren't that many slots and its a random lotto for each day. So it seems my chances of getting in are pretty slim... BUT I told myself that I would try to apply, and I'm doing it! It's been my dream to peddle my wares at a convention for like 15 years so I'm really nervous and excited. I never imagined it would be a furry convention, but life takes you in strange places and I won't complain about this one.

You guys have given me the courage to go for it! If I get in, I hope to meet any of you who might be going! *quietly simmers traditional media adopts and prints and sketchbooks on the back burner while cooking up calender fills*

Sorry I vanished for a couple of days. I got a fibro flare from con and it knocked me on my ass for day and a half. hoping to get everything out that i owe note/response wise tonight.

My flight got delayed for nearly 6 hours yesterday so I didn’t get home till super late =_= exhausted and at work right now but when I get home I’m going to try and respond to all outstanding notes and comments.

I can say that I saw a lot of great art and got super inspired, so I’m ready to lay (hehe) into these eggs for their August hatchlings.

Thanks for your patience folks, my internet access has been spotty and I exist in a state of perpetual aching exhaustion, but I’m having hella fun. Been getting lots of art books and inspiration to improve. It was two years ago at SDCC when I got my Cintiq, which changes my life/art forever, so this is always a good place for me.

Speaking of cons, I don’t think I’ve mentioned it before, but I’ll be entering the artist alley lottery draw for Further Confusion in Northern California next January. I should know by late August/September if I’ll be there. I’ve never vendored at a con before but it’s alwaya something I’ve wanted to do. I’ll keep you posted~

Guys I’m super psyched about the reception to the egg calendar because there are all kinds of great combos I can’t wait to get started on! I won’t be able to update the egg calendar or post digital art in my absence, but I’ll try to keep a running list if the open numbers in the description. The August egg calendar is officially DONE! A full preview of all available eggs is up on Patreon now. There are 4 eggs that will be patron-exclusive until September 1st. The calendar will go live tomorrow at around noon PST.

Right now I'll be working up sketch references for what else will be available on the calendar, but I think one of these guys is going back to the drawing board, so the primary offerings are going to be eggers, lightlost, and random anthro/feral/humanoids. I hope that's enough u.u

I'm working on a few special Wyverns which should drop tonight-- both are unique lineart with special armor/accessories and would make fine flock-leaders. One will be auctioned, and the other will be a FREE raffle ^^

Second, I'm stil working on the egger comic YCH, which should appear tomorrow or Sunday. There will be one slot for the egger (can be a current egger or semi-custom) and one slot for the "victim." If only one slot gets bought, I'll fill the other as needed.

Third, I realized there is literally 0 egger smut in my gallery, so I'm working on a really filthy milking/egging piece. I'll be a bit before it's done as I am prepping to leave for SDCC, but there's a sketch of that up right now on Patreon for interested parties~

Hey people, just a heads up that I’m still lurking and working, but a bit sparse. A few of my health issues are acting up in tandem and the last couple days have been a little rough. Might stream tonight to get back into the swing of things.

Going to my zeep's graduation up in Seattle, and will be away for a few days. She's getting her masters degree. I'm so proud <3 She is my special person and we don't get to meet often.

I'll have phone access to respond to comments, but I won't be able to art until my return.

So I'm working on a few things right now between commissions and personal art. One is drafting some new original species (humanoid cyborg robot parasitoids, anyone?). The second is more dragons like this fellow here. The third might be a protogen base/designs. The fourth may or may not be a multi-page dub-con egger comic with a YCH "protagonist" and two very eager brothers.

I had always intended to only feature original designs and species in my gallery, but I do love those little robofloofs. I'm on the fence about that.

Is there any of those that you guys would particularly like to see? Any species niches you aren't seeing filled in the community at large? Sound off if you've got an opinion!

(I'm also low-key considering starting up a Patreon... so if anyone would consider signing up for such a thing, do let me know. I've got hecka rewards planned.)
