Posted 7 years agoAlright. Hello once again from the drawing-desk of the dragon;
I know there's been a lot of people asking me where my commissions are and why postings are few and far-between, mainly in the form of huge art-dumps.
To put it bluntly, I know I've been fucking up, and am trying to quickly speed through my commission list so I no longer feel or show that I'm a fuckup.
More or less, over the past year what with certain RL scares coming up and a few moving situations, I'd bitten off more than what I could chew, commissionwise. And, as a result, I know there's a price to pay. Whether it be in the form of burnout after long work strings, or people repeatedly asking where any work is.
And I want to tell you all that I'm doing my best and working on things, as that's the truth. But with each and every comment I get regarding statuses, it pretty much makes me realize HOW I've been fucking up. Though.. again.. I'm trying my best to alleviate that this year. With a Trello commission list that I'm doing my best to keep updated, among other tasks.
Hell.. even a lot of my personal game time has been pushed by the wayside to make way for doing work on the art people come to expect and want from me. The art that I would love to supply more of, if it weren't for mental blockage on some days, and my wanting to plow through my list so I can start anew, and come to enjoy the artistic process again.
I would love to learn more, but right now, work comes first.
I don't enjoy trying to fudge up excuses, nor am I trying to. I'll only say that I know I've fucked up, and I'm doing my best to do better.

Anthrocon was excellent! I apologize I've not been too talkative on that, but things have slowly been getting busier around here, in terms of both commissions and potential moving situations out of a Studio apartment I've been inhabiting for the past month with my friend / best fucking roommate;

I am actively preparing assets for not only a potential art-booth at this year's Megaplex, but also a site I hope to have live / up before the end of this year, mainly for showcasing artistic portfolios / Battletech campaigning and miniature painting / Convention pictures and videos / etc.
Though with all of my funds from trying to get said busy situation taken care of, I've been working hard-as-hell post-Anthrocon to get some content for this and my alt (Spazman) down. Both in stuff I'm trying to do creatively on a sort of upwards-inspiration drive, and in commissions. MOSTLY this latter thing, as my commission list on both accounts is and has been declining rapidly.
WHICH is where my memory starts to get a bit hazy.
I'm opening commission again, officially. Though for simplicity's sake, I'm limiting this to one or two-person fullcolor pictures, with or without background. No comicpage commissions will be allowed at this time.

Posted 8 years agoSeriously. From start to finish. Probably my favorite convention outing so far outside of MFM and AC so far, even despite its size.
Got some excellent arts for myself and a friend from
EWS (The awesome Eric Schwartz) and 
gNAW (Ninja-Artist Extraordinaire.), and met a few more during my time in the Artist's Alley section there.
Did a little karaoke, tried to not suck. Apparently I didn't suck, so that's good.
On the way home now, just typing this out in the middle of a bus terminal.
If anyone else went, how'd y'all enjoy it?

Oh yeah. I'm picking work back up tomorrow. I needed at least a little means to help out with an upcoming move, and this certainly helped in the financial and the motivational aspects. I actually feel refreshed.

Posted 8 years agoI might need to ping the old-fashioned way and hope peeps read this; I’m opening up commissions again for a short time. Saving up for a pertty big move in the very-near future, and need all the resources I can get in order to make this sort of thing work. Accepting pretty much everything in the way of content, aside from the usual ‘gross’ stuff that peeps won’t do. (Mind, this doesn’t include anything I keep on my alt account (Spazman on FA). If possible, shoot a message my way or ping me here if interested. Thanks.

This list has been a burden on my back for the past year, especially after getting help with moving situations and getting help with Crohn's-related trouble.
I do thank the lot of you for your extended patience.. When I have this list done, I might need to look into doing just a set number of comms and moving on after that list is completed..
..Idunno. Life stresses, work stresses, and health stuff has my mind in a jumble. Just trying to figure out how to get through it all.

I'm doing
PantyGremlin as massive favor while taking care of my own work, and I'm providing simple colored-sketching work up to fullcolor on works he produces as a significant discount; Any pieces he sketches / lines will be completely colored by me at less than the original fullcolor price -- lowering it to $45 for fullcolor for the time being, to help out with billing situations.
Take in mind; I'm still continuing my own work on this account and will continue to post work daily. No need for alarm.
If interested, please contact either myself or Grem over the Note System. If needed, contact info for Skype / Discord / Etc. Will be given.
