I'm gonna take some requests to get myself warmed back up in preparation of taking commissions again. As such, I'm gonna take a few requests! Lemme know if you'd be interested, I'll get you first come first serve. We can negotiate the terms of the request, but try to keep it simple. One character limit per request. Sorry for disappearing for a while, real life got kinda hectic. Moving kinda turned my whole life upside down and got in the way of art and things for a while, unfortunately, but, now that things are (kinda) settled, I'm getting back into the swing of things!
So sorry for not uploading here for a while and dropping off the face of the earth; if I missed anyone's messages, I'm horribly sorry. Things were just absolutely nuts for a time. Feel free to send me another message!

Posted 9 years agoThis is the journal that will be referenced from here on out! This is the first draft of this and will be edited over time, but for now, this is what stands.
TERMS OF SERVICE
KEEP IN MIND: I HOLD THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE. I WILL NOT DRAW ADULT CONTENT FOR ANY PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18. PLEASE RESPECT THIS.
REFERRALS & DISCOUNTS
**PLEASE READ!!**
If you are a customer who has purchased a commission from me in the past, you can potentially become what I will call a Referrer, meaning that you have the ability to access discounts! If you refer me to a friend, or someone else who buys a commission from me, and confirms that you referred them to me, the referrer will receive a 25% discount! Referees do not receive discounts unless they, in turn, refer someone. You cannot receive a discount if you are twice removed from the referral (for example, john refers mary. john will receive a discount. mary refers thomas. mary will receive a discount, but not john, because john is twice removed from the scenario.)
You can refer as many people as you like! As long as they purchase something from me (any price point, even chibis and icons count!) you will receive a 25% discount for EVERY referral!
PAYMENT
I take payment upfront, and do not start work until payment is received. I only use PayPal. USD only, please.
First come first serve. I work off a queue. You may hold your slot in my queue for up to three weeks. If someone else pays before you do, they will move up in the queue and I will start work on yours as soon as payment is sent.
REFUNDS
I will only issue refunds during the sketch stage of the drawing process. This means that if I have sent you the cleaned up WIP sketch, and you have given me your okay to continue along and finish it, I will not issue you a refund; instead, I will continue working to make whatever fixes are necessary to make sure you are happy with the product.
I only transfer money from my PayPal and into my bank account after I know you're completely satisfied with what you have purchased. This way, in the event of having to issue a refund, you won't have to wait to get your money back. In other words: I don't actually get paid until I've made sure you have gotten what you are looking for.
If for whatever reason, I feel as though I will not be able to complete the project to your liking, specifications, or to the best of my ability, I will issue you a full refund.
EDITING
I will perform as many edits as necessary if I have mistaken a direction or a detail, or I have made a mistake in anatomy, appearance, etc. Edits that require me to add something additional that was not previously discussed will more than likely result in a fee. Keep in mind that complexity and time are determining factors in how much a commission costs.
I will politely decline to send a .PSD, .SAI or any other file type containing the layers of the work. You will receive a .PNG file.
My signature is not to be removed.
RIGHTS AND PERMISSIONS
I retain the right to use commissioned works in any sort of portfolio or gallery displaying my work, however, you still retain the rights to your characters and other intellectual property, and will be credited as such, especially with adoptables.
Commissioners are NOT permitted to sell prints, or claim credit of, my artwork. If you use my artwork to promote yourself in some way, you MUST credit me.
Commissioners are permitted, and encouraged to submit my works to their galleries, granted they acknowledge that full credit for the image belongs to myself and provide a link back to the image in my gallery and/or my user page.
I may re-use some sketches rejected by commissioners/canceled by myself for future use, after some heavy editing so they no longer feature your intellectual property.
ADOPTABLES
Once you purchase an adoptable from me, that design is now wholly yours and I do not own any part of it. I reserve the right to use the piece as an example of my work, but, I do not claim to own the design. It is fully your intellectual property and as such, I cannot do anything with that character or design. I will NEVER resell a design after it is sold. Your adoptable will be 100% unique and will never be resold to anyone else.
I ask that you please keep my signature in tact on the reference picture for said adoptable, just so others know where you adopted from. I really appreciate any assistance in advertising, as I am not a well known artist. If you choose to remove my signature, I cannot stop you, and I will not hassle you about it, but please try to be considerate.
You reserve the right to modify your adoptable in any way after you purchase it. You may alter its species, name, sex, gender, color palette; whatever you desire. It is YOUR property. You do not have to ask me if you are allowed to alter it. You do not need to contact me about the design after the purchase is made. Once you pay me for the design, and I accept payment, I revoke all rights for said character and transfer them to you.
GENERAL RULES FOR WHAT I WILL AND WILL NOT DRAW
I try to be as open and understanding as I can possibly be; there are very few things that make me uncomfortable, and very few things that I will turn down, but let it be known that there are, indeed, a few of these that you should be aware of. I will never, ever, mock you for something you enjoy and would like to see represented; instead, I will simply tell you that it is something that I cannot do and if I can, will try to direct you to someone who can.
I WILL NOT DRAW:
Anything political (I'm sorry; I'm vehement about usually maintaining an outwardly neutral position; though I have my own opinions, I try to keep them out of my work.)
Anything hateful, attacking or scathing toward any individuals, groups, concepts, or anything otherwise will be politely declined!

RULES FOR ART-TRADES
I will accept ANYTHING in return for one of my drawings, as long as I am accepting and participating in a trade. I appreciate all forms of art and thus, I will not discriminate if you would like a drawing from me, but do not draw, yourself. I will accept a short story, a short piece of music, or anything you enjoy creating or think is an equivalent to what I have drawn for you; I will not complain if you put time and effort into something to give to me, as it is only fair!
PRICING FOR COMMISSIONS
Obviously, depending on what you want, the price will differ. I'm trying to keep them as low as I can, while not short-changing myself. I am out of work, because I am physically and mentally disabled. I cannot keep up with conventional jobs; I have tried, and I have failed. - Detail shots or additional angles will gladly be discussed and depending on how many/what size they are, will incur an extra charge of a minimum of $5 US each. Small detail shots will be an extra $5, extra full body angles will be an extra $10 apiece.
- One character per reference, please!If you have any questions or would like to try to work something out, please do not be afraid to contact me! I am a very understanding person and am willing to be flexible with my pricing. I cannot drop my prices below a certain point consistently. For those of you who are interested in getting the word out, and helping me get some more business, I decided that you guys should get some rewards. I know that not everyone can afford to buy commissions, but I do know that everyone has the capacity of spreading the word, and helping me out by advertising. If you are interested in doing so (by posting a journal, telling some friends who are looking for some affordable commissions and so on,) you will earn some rewards! I figure I should thank everyone who wants to help in whatever ways they can.
If you decide to help me out by referring me to a friend, or doing some advertising, you will gain the following benefits upon showing me a proof of having done so:
- 15% discount on your next commission ("your" as in the one who referred/advertised)
- Up to three priority reserved slots in my queue
- Be the first to get news about raffles, giveaways and so on

Unfortunately, I must limit these benefits to those who refer customers who make a purchase. I really appreciate all the effort expended, and I appreciate everyone who shows interest in my work, even if they cannot afford to buy anything, but all at the same time, these things do not pay the rent. You will receive a "voucher" of sorts whenever I see proof of your referral, which will come in the form of the customer you referred.
If you are referred by someone, please let me know who referred you so I can record who they are. These benefits DO NOT EXPIRE, meaning you can hold on to that 15% discount until the end of time. It's not too big of a deal, as I've still got a bit of money saved up from the holidays and my last job and stuff, and I'm still job hunting. I thank everyone who commissioned me and helped me out with their business and services, every little bit of help mattered! All of your money is going toward rent, food, bills and so on to keep me going. No frivolous spending here. :)

Posted 12 years agoFinally over whatever illness overtook me for close to a week, there. Because I'm feeling so much better (mostly due to actually being well again, and the healthier diet my roommate and I are taking part in,) I'm raring and ready to open commissions again! Slots are going to be pretty much unlimited, as I need your guys' help to continue being able to live on my own! As I said before, I got laid off from my Walmart job, and although I've started applying again, I've gotten absolutely no calls back. That being said, I'll be taking anything you would like to see, ranging from my YCH sample images, or whatever your mind can come up with!

wow, that came out of nowhere. I was so sick yesterday that I stayed awake for, I think, a grand total of maybe 7 hours? I also slept for 14 hours almost straight last evening clear up until about 2 pm this afternoon.
I feel significantly better after all of that sleep, but I'm nowhere near healthy, yet. I've still got the cold shakes, body pains, sore throat and all that jazz. For the first thing I've eaten in 24 hours besides a bunch of popcicles and a tiny bowl of fruit cocktail, I tried some wonton wraps and sriracha. So far, it has alleviated my sore throat, stuffy nose and stomach ache... now, if only the wonder if spicy chili sauce could cure my tiredness, headache and delirium.
It's the closest to a magical healing potion I'll ever get, I guess *shrugs*
Anyway, hang tight. Uploads are going to be slow for the next few days until I don't have to sleep for well over half the day.

My former co-workers, and even myself, were pretty sure that I was going to be kept, considering the beyond sore condition my store was in (especially considering they had just fired someone in my department, and my department manager is on vacation... so they're three people down at the moment,) but I was told just this morning that I was going to be let go. I probably should've been upset, maybe cried, but I couldn't bring myself to that. It was a very liberating feeling, and now I can dedicate a little time to my creations before I have to find another job.

Anyway, I've never tried themed commissions before, so I figured it would be worth a shot. I've been drawing lots of Pokemon lately, and I thought I'd like to see if anyone would want some Pokemon-centric work. I'm willing to do anything within my normal guidelines (found here: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/4599436/ ) this includes gijinkas, hybridized Pokemon, or anything else relevant you can think of!

I only have the 2 GB plan, so I was rendered completely unable to use Skype, watch videos of any length, and check most websites that aren't the barest of bones, mostly text-pages...) I've finally got a connection of my own. It's a bit pricey, but it's fast as hell, so I'm cool with it. B)
Double good news is, I should be up and able to do commissions here super soon! My computer gets used as the sort of "living room computer" so my roommate and I can watch shows like MST3K and Pokemon (why, yes, we are indeed adults,) but this kinda takes priority. If anyone is interested, let me know. I did finally end up getting a job (did I post about that? I legitimately can't remember anymore,) but extra income is always appreciated, and spent wisely, going toward living expenses. The only "luxury item" I intend on buying any time soon is a new headset so my buddies and I can start up the YouTube channel we've been planning on for months.

Right now, we are desperately seeking out employment. Usually, I am in opposition to the idea of working in food service, but my opinion may have to change, here.

Terms of Service for Trades and Commissions
Posted 12 years agoThis is the journal that will be referenced from here on out! This is the first draft of this and will be edited over time, but for now, this is what stands.
TERMS OF SERVICE
KEEP IN MIND: I HOLD THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE. I WILL NOT DRAW ADULT CONTENT FOR ANY PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18. PLEASE RESPECT THIS.
REFERRALS & DISCOUNTS
**PLEASE READ!!**
If you are a customer who has purchased a commission from me in the past, you can potentially become what I will call a Referrer, meaning that you have the ability to access discounts! If you refer me to a friend, or someone else who buys a commission from me, and confirms that you referred them to me, the referrer will receive a 25% discount! Referees do not receive discounts unless they, in turn, refer someone. You cannot receive a discount if you are twice removed from the referral (for example, john refers mary. john will receive a discount. mary refers thomas. mary will receive a discount, but not john, because john is twice removed from the scenario.)
You can refer as many people as you like! As long as they purchase something from me (any price point, even chibis and icons count!) you will receive a 25% discount for EVERY referral!
PAYMENT
I take payment upfront, and do not start work until payment is received. I only use PayPal. USD only, please.
First come first serve. I work off a queue. You may hold your slot in my queue for up to three weeks. If someone else pays before you do, they will move up in the queue and I will start work on yours as soon as payment is sent.
REFUNDS
I will only issue refunds during the sketch stage of the drawing process. This means that if I have sent you the cleaned up WIP sketch, and you have given me your okay to continue along and finish it, I will not issue you a refund; instead, I will continue working to make whatever fixes are necessary to make sure you are happy with the product.
I only transfer money from my PayPal and into my bank account after I know you're completely satisfied with what you have purchased. This way, in the event of having to issue a refund, you won't have to wait to get your money back. In other words: I don't actually get paid until I've made sure you have gotten what you are looking for.
If for whatever reason, I feel as though I will not be able to complete the project to your liking, specifications, or to the best of my ability, I will issue you a full refund.
EDITING
I will perform as many edits as necessary if I have mistaken a direction or a detail, or I have made a mistake in anatomy, appearance, etc. Edits that require me to add something additional that was not previously discussed will more than likely result in a fee. Keep in mind that complexity and time are determining factors in how much a commission costs.
I will politely decline to send a .PSD, .SAI or any other file type containing the layers of the work. You will receive a .PNG file.
My signature is not to be removed.
RIGHTS AND PERMISSIONS
I retain the right to use commissioned works in any sort of portfolio or gallery displaying my work, however, you still retain the rights to your characters and other intellectual property, and will be credited as such, especially with adoptables.
Commissioners are NOT permitted to sell prints, or claim credit of, my artwork. If you use my artwork to promote yourself in some way, you MUST credit me.
Commissioners are permitted, and encouraged to submit my works to their galleries, granted they acknowledge that full credit for the image belongs to myself and provide a link back to the image in my gallery and/or my user page.
I may re-use some sketches rejected by commissioners/canceled by myself for future use, after some heavy editing so they no longer feature your intellectual property.
ADOPTABLES
Once you purchase an adoptable from me, that design is now wholly yours and I do not own any part of it. I reserve the right to use the piece as an example of my work, but, I do not claim to own the design. It is fully your intellectual property and as such, I cannot do anything with that character or design. I will NEVER resell a design after it is sold. Your adoptable will be 100% unique and will never be resold to anyone else.
I ask that you please keep my signature in tact on the reference picture for said adoptable, just so others know where you adopted from. I really appreciate any assistance in advertising, as I am not a well known artist. If you choose to remove my signature, I cannot stop you, and I will not hassle you about it, but please try to be considerate.
You reserve the right to modify your adoptable in any way after you purchase it. You may alter its species, name, sex, gender, color palette; whatever you desire. It is YOUR property. You do not have to ask me if you are allowed to alter it. You do not need to contact me about the design after the purchase is made. Once you pay me for the design, and I accept payment, I revoke all rights for said character and transfer them to you.
GENERAL RULES FOR WHAT I WILL AND WILL NOT DRAW
I try to be as open and understanding as I can possibly be; there are very few things that make me uncomfortable, and very few things that I will turn down, but let it be known that there are, indeed, a few of these that you should be aware of. I will never, ever, mock you for something you enjoy and would like to see represented; instead, I will simply tell you that it is something that I cannot do and if I can, will try to direct you to someone who can.
I WILL NOT DRAW:
Anything political (I'm sorry; I'm vehement about usually maintaining an outwardly neutral position; though I have my own opinions, I try to keep them out of my work.)
Anything hateful, attacking or scathing toward any individuals, groups, concepts, or anything otherwise will be politely declined!

RULES FOR ART-TRADES
I will accept ANYTHING in return for one of my drawings, as long as I am accepting and participating in a trade. I appreciate all forms of art and thus, I will not discriminate if you would like a drawing from me, but do not draw, yourself. I will accept a short story, a short piece of music, or anything you enjoy creating or think is an equivalent to what I have drawn for you; I will not complain if you put time and effort into something to give to me, as it is only fair!
PRICING FOR COMMISSIONS
Obviously, depending on what you want, the price will differ. I'm trying to keep them as low as I can, while not short-changing myself. I am out of work, because I am physically and mentally disabled. I cannot keep up with conventional jobs; I have tried, and I have failed. I'm not employed or in school at the moment, and I've been on a good roll with drawing regularly, so I'm wondering if I should open myself to draw for other people instead of just myself and my rp buddy. I'll be extremely available to complete these until about July, so ... should I?
