Ok so first off, happy extremely late Valentine's Day. Hope you had a nice day whether you felt miserable or not.

I realized that I keep updating journals with the same stuff involving college and how I have been working on art and stuff; truthfully, I'm real sorry about that.

While it is true that I've been doing a lot of traditional artwork as usual, I haven't been able to bring my scanner here with me. Yeah, I could always go to my college and scan my art there but the problem is that it's only an 8.5"x11" scanner and the one I have at home is able to scan up to 11"x17". So that's where the main problem lies. :/

The majority of art I have been working on is mainly for my upcoming comic that I would like to work on. I don't know how long it will take to develop the story and character designs, but I feel it's safe to assume that it'll take a rather long time.

Aaaaand as usual, I still don't have a job. _{It's honestly pretty fucking pathetic that I have to compete against other people for a friggin' mcdonald's job. Fuck you, New York.}That's why I'm in the process of developing illustrations for my commission examples that I will open up for soon in the future, hopefully.

On top of that, I'm building and designing my own website so I can be a professional adult and be able to professionally showcase my professional art whilst professionally displaying my resume for professional reasons.
Also, I'll be using my site for my art stores and to order commissions.

Last but not least:

Yes, because of my crappy job situation, I was heavily contemplating on starting up a Patreon. Unfortunately, I'm still brainstorming ideas on what I should give out to patrons. Why am I telling you this if it's not set in stone yet?
Eh. I don't know.

So, to keep track of my projects, I'll be using these little graphs to visually represent their progresses. They'll be featured in every journal, but with each update, I will post them to Tumblr, Twitter, and Instagram (which is why I keep persisting why y'all should follow me there).

I'll try my best to remember and scan as much traditional art as I can on my college's scanner.

After grueling hours of traveling I've finally made my way back home!
Puerto Rico was beautiful and amazing. I only stayed for four days but I wish we could have stayed at least a week there.

It's strange, while I was there, I felt my mind expand more than normal, and I felt more creative while I was there. Maybe because it's warm and I was very relaxed.
Regardless, now that I'm back I feel refreshed and I'm ready to get back to my artwork again! It makes me happy that I have the umph to work on my stuff again!

So expect pictures of Puerto Rico and more fartwork!

hi guys.

I'm always uploading a picture here and there but like, I've never been consistent in uploading shit at all.

Yeah, I have been working on a lot of artwork, but I promise to upload them once they're finished. Even the shitty digital paintings I've been doing, I'll throw out there. Plus I've been doing concepts for a comic that I really want to start working on now that I have time and I'm not in college. Plus when I'm not doing artwork, I've been working my ass off at my job, been playing video games (mainly League), and I do have an explanation for the horrendous title.

Ever since we got Netflix, I've been addicted to watching Breaking Bad. After 3 days I'm finally on season 3! Also, yay for my first ever Netflixing marathon.

Plus, I'm excited to announce that from March 8-14 I will be taking a small trip to Puerto Rico!! I'm very excited because a. I've never been there, b. I can escape the cold, and c. my life goal is to travel and not just see, but experience the world.

Hello everyone! My, my summer goes by so quickly as it is already July, and almost the 4th as well!
First I graduated from high school then as most are probably vacationing, I am slowly packing my things. Because on July 11 I need to take my driver's license test *sweats*. And shortly thereafter, I will be moving to and living in New York for a while. This is due to personal and family matters, which I wish not to speak of publicly.
But the main reason I am making this journal is because on August 4th, I will start my college classes. They may be online classes but they are a tad pricey (I'm going to Full Sail for the game art program). And as of right now, both my kin and I are unemployed (of course PA is shitty when it comes to jobs) and I am unsure of the situation in NY. I need to start saving up for college and other expenses. In order to cover that I have previously made a journal about my commission status.

I've said this before and I'll say it again: I am open for commissions!

I offer cool stuff like, this, this, even this, and a whole lot more!

Yes the art can only be traditional for now. But if I could get a few slots in, I'd greatly appreciate it. And even if you guys can't afford commissions or don't want any from me, I'd also be much obliged if you guys could spread the word by sharing this journal!

I still haven't uploaded any artwork anywhere due to my laptop dying. And here I am still using a crappy family computer with a crappy copy machine.
I could upload stuff but I have prefer adding watermarks to my works. And since this computer is incapable of downloading programs that allow me to do that.

I'll see how I feel about uploading un watermarked images.

Also my final year of school is about to end, that means obligatory college crap comes. It's another reason why I have been inactive everywhere because looking at applications and scholarships and stuff is time consuming and a nuisance.

My laptop died and I have a friend who can fix it but he's a lazy ass.
And right after I bought so many games from Steam's holiday sale, too.
I could take my traditional work and simply scan it but this family computer is incapable of getting programs I need, like GIMP, Sai, etc.

On top of that I've just been very busy with my final year of school (thank fucking god it's graduation year) and my job (it's only seasonal but still... I need the money).
AAAND I'm being forced to pull some college out of my ass to go to. And I'll only go to school in New York which will require moving and being busy again.

My goal when summer comes is to truly put my all into my art again and focus on my story, Abra Cadaver ©.

Dear god guys, I'm sorry (not really).

Like, damn.

I've been at my busiest this year.

From Mondays to Thursdays, after school, I'm caught up with my chess team (which is really competitive). I've been busy getting my ass kicked (and not contributing anything to the team because I suck at everything I do lsdkjf a;lsdkjf ;asldkjf).

And then I've finally gotten my first job, which is a ski resort by where I live! I work on weekends... and I'm tired as hell when I come home (kids ALL THE KIDS ;A;)

And then Seven Crappy Hours Of Our Lives.... aka school. My grades are shit, all B's, and I'm really trying hard to do well (just so I can get rejection letters from colleges, most likely).

So yeah... Fridays are the only somewhat free days.

And yeah. Less time for art it seems.

Also I've realized that my art is not at all consistent... it's rare that you'll find the same exact content twice in a row.

BUT ON THE BRIGHT SIDE my best friend got me a PS2 for Christmas! <3 The controller port doesn't work though but I'm gonna get the new part soon so it'll be ready to play in no time!
