Thanks to Bob's parents, he has the admission covered for Megaplex... I'm still $30 short of admission, and I have yet to get my pell grant refund money returned to me... Then I have to worry about rooming, and gas..

But with school on my back, I don't have much time to do anything other than homework, study, and classes. I can do a few sketches in class but that's all I really have time for until the weekends..

Basically I need $30 by July 1st, to pre-reg and save $5.. and then hope that I'll have some kind of rooming money later. Or else that'd kinda suck, to be able to go to the con but not have a room to sleep in or hold my stuff in...

I guess I'm opening commissions again because I don't have much choice otherwise right now. I might do that Red Rover picture now, if people are still interested in it. Pay up front to secure a slot, $10, and once I have at least 3 people secured I'll start on the sketching phases

I made the deans list in college for having a GPA of 3.5 or above, and I've been working nonstop since last fall on classes. I really want to go to Megaplex as a "reward" to myself, as a break. It just wouldn't be fair if I can't go this year. x_x My birthday is also on the 16th, and I don't think anyone around will be giving me money this year as a gift since everyone around me is tight on cash.

Please, spread the word or something if you can't join in. Me and Bobkitty are looking for a room, hell we don't even care if it's floorspace or not- anything that we can afford would be helpful. Kilion we need to get in touch again, if you read this poke me!

How would you like to be placed in a picture with other cubs playing this old fun childhood game that schools all blocked?

The idea is simple. Two lines of cubs facing each other, one line has more than the other. Everyone is holding hands tightly, creating a wall with their arms.

One person on the opposing team calls out "Red rover red rover, send (Sila) right over!" and whoever is called (Sila in this case) is sent running forward to try and break through the other team's barrier of arms.

It'd look something like this, but full detail characters and a few more characters. (I'm thinking 5 on the winning side, 2 on the losing, and one in the middle running towards the 5).

That'd be 8 people, plus me, making 9. I could add one adult in there for "supervision" sake. c:

Got my laptop back, $100 down the drain... If I want to go to megaplex, which I do, then I'm going to have to get this paid back and continue saving more.

Tomorrow I have a presentation in my american literature class. The anxiety associated with presentations is unbearable, and I've got two people (Bobkitty and a rl friend) coming in to sit in the classroom while I present- to try and relieve some of the pressure.

I'm still open for commissions, I really need to get some money coming in. I'm running out of gas money for Bob's car, and he's hoping to land a job at McDonalds tomorrow during 'Hiring day'.

I've got to ink and color a picture for Near.
I have to sketch out something for Loopy.
and I have to ask Sammy for half the money up front so I can start on her commission.

Right now I have a headache and I'm snapping at people, my mom is being a jerk and walked out on us, so I'm going to go in my room and pass out for a bit. ._.

After that I'll probably work on my research paper for Autism, for my psychology class... and then I'll work on the two commissions I owe.

Yeah, some of you know how much trouble I've had with this computer and the cord/ dc jack. Well, problems are back up again, this time I have no choice but to go down to the computer store and get them to fix it again. Looks like I probably won't be able to go to elliots or megaplex or any furmeets or anything... This'll probably be like $100. *sigh*

Hoping I can back up sht when I get home, then go get it fixed... I just wish I had another computer. -sigh-

Amongst all the drama, I'm split in decision.

While I couldn't care less about the actual drama between the two/three/whatever people involved, the only thing I'm concerned about is my privacy being forgotten.

I completely do NOT agree with administrators or moderators of any sort having full blown access to Notes of all users.

Notes are just like PMs- Private Messages. That's it, private. Between the sender and receiver, that's all.
Letting the administrator have full access to these messages sets up a huge security risk for all users involved, and a breech of privacy. Many addresses and personal information was leaked around lulz.net and probably other *chan related sites.

This is unacceptable.

Now, what does that mean for me?

Well, first off, I will NOT be accepting any notes from anyone anymore. If you wish to contact me, send me an email or comment on one of my pictures/journals/my userpage asking for said email, or for a way to contact me.

Commissions will be done off-site, from here on out. I'll post my art to here, but I won't make the 'transaction' so to speak on site. I don't have trust in 'Neer or anyone to hold our privacy and security at top priority like it should be.

On the blanket :3

I currently have $120 saved! My goal is 140, plus 30 for my tablet pen, = 170.
I still have 10 dollars to deposit in my bank (doing that tomorrow) along with an 11 dollars in my bank as is.
That brings me to a total of $141 :D

I only need about 30 left, which is just 10 commissions at $3 each.

After errands tomorrow, I'll be streaming until night time doing sketches. I'll have 10 $3 sketch slots open, which you can claim by commenting here and tomorrow during the stream I'll start your pic when you send the $3. :3

Please help me guys, I've been given a lot of help as is from some very generous friends, but I have no job or any other way of making money other than art! I rely on you guys to get this. I know just how big of a help it'll be, and I'm really looking forward to it.

(heads up, many thanks to those who helped me previously when my computer and stuff started hating me. I'm getting it all worked out now thanks to mom and friends who pitched in, although my computer cord is loose it IS functional still as long as I keep it still. The tablet pen is on backorder, but I've got the money for it finally. :) Headset isn't needed- Bobkitty is here to stay, so Skype voice calls are very infrequent now. :D )

I'm in need of a weighted blanket.

I recently discovered that I have what's called Sensory Processing Disorder, (read my submission 'A day in my skin' for more information) and it's recommended that I get a weighted blanket to help calm me down during overloading situations. It will also help calm my nervous system down to where I can function at a relatively normal level without getting overloaded and having a meltdown.

Having a weighted blanket should also be able to help give me a good night's sleep, which is something I have been missing out on for a long time. At night, it provides enough weight and pressure to help calm me down and get me to be able to relax and rest.

I've been wanting one for a little while, did my research, asked around, and did some price shopping. I've found the best place to get one, and I found the one that I want.

Problem? It's about $130. *sigh* That's including shipping though.

As it is, I've got about 85 dollars. The blanket alone is 95, then 15 for shipping, 15 for rush charge (So I don't have to wait 2 months for it to come in), and then a bit more for tax. Big thanks to those who have helped so far, you know who you are. <3

To try and come up with the rest of the money for this, I'm going to be doing commissions. Sketches, without the shading, will be $3. Shading will be $6 since it takes twice the amount of time and effort.

They'll be drawn in my sketchbook, scanned in, optimized a bit in photoshop so they aren't blurry, and posted. I can send the original if you want, but that'd require me folding the paper up - Which isn't ideal when pencil shading is involved.

Please, lend me a hand here. I've lent my life to helping others, never expecting anything in return. I've never taken care of myself the way that I need to, and so I'm finally taking a step in the right direction.

I guess that's something I'll never understand.

What's so important about it? You eat turkey and stuff. So what? I've never had family, I don't know the importance of spending time with them. I never will probably cuz I probably won't ever have a "family". The only "family" I have is up in canada or connecticut, I don't even know, and they don't even speak english or know who I am.

What's so important about it? I'd much rather just spend the day hanging with friends like any normal day rather than eating until my stomach hurts and then sleeping afterwards.

And then black friday. I've always been poor so I've never cared or paid attention to it. I've always heard you have to be incredibly lucky to even get in on the sales because the lines are so long.

So what's so upsetting about not being able to do either/both? I'd just be thankful I have a roof over my head and clothes on my body, and that I'm spending the supposed holiday (though I don't even see it as much of a holiday) with someone I care about.

Sigh. Wish I could understand.

I've very nearly hit it, if not for Bobkitty being here I'd probably be in tears right now.
Everything in this world costs money when you can't afford it...

My laptop is back in the shop (again) for repairs for the same problem (again). So I'm stuck with this crappy desktop that can barely run firefox and xchat at the same time.

I can't do any art because 1) I don't have a tablet pen anymore, nor the usb cord for said tablet.
and 2) I don't have any art program that can run on here.

So I tried to do the best I could to make myself happy and keep occupied, and that's listen to music.

WELL now I can't even do that, because my headset just broke again. ._. Now only the left ear works...and the entire thing is not only falling apart , but is held together by duct tape and super glue. D:

I hate asking for help, for anything. On top of this all I'm also trying to figure out some medical insurance stuff, because I need to get evaluated for dysgraphia, dyspraxia and sensory processing disorder. :/

Can anyone help, at all? :/ I hate asking for help but I'm SOL right now with everything... I can't make money if I don't draw, but I can't draw if I don't have a tablet pen and USB cord to draw with. The pen is about 30 dollars alone, the cord is about 5 on newegg. The headset is about 20 at walmart. >.<

I'll do a doodle headshot and scan it in whenever I get my laptop back, if anyone can help... I hate asking for money of all things, but some things can't be avoided. I don't have a job, so it's not like i can bring home a paycheck. :/

Last week was pretty fun. Spent it at Bobkitty's parents/grandma's house with him while he worked for some extra money. Waking up next to him every morning was <3 This weekend was a blast, but sadly all things have to come to a (temporary) end. :/ We went camping with my lil buddy for his cub scouts, 10 yr old friend who i've known since he was in diapers. Came home and spent the rest of the weekend together, but he had to go home :/ Hoping to get him down here for good before halloween. <3

Next week though, this current week that's starting now...is going to be very stressful and big. :/

Lots of work for school, and me being ADHD and procrastinator like hell means that it's going to be rough. I'm going to do my best to pass with a B at least. I don't have class again until about January after this, so I'll have a nice little break to start saving money for.

I'm getting into traditional art again, after having done digital for a while. Got bored of digital, fighting with technology, being restricted to a computer, etc. I like being able to go out and just draw on a pad of paper sometimes.

To all who have waiting commissions, I left my pen somewhere at bobkitty's house I think. I dunno where it's at, so I can't quite draw digitally. If you'd like i can sketch it out traditionally still, but I'm unable to properly color/ink it without resorting to my touch pad. just note me if you want me to draw it traditionally. :3
