Ok so this comic if you hadn't noticed is a rather large project so what I've decided to do is cancel it cuz I'm in the process of literally just writing it into a short novel. It's the only way I can get the story out. Once some of the writing is done I plan to revisit the comic but I want to play with how it's portrayed. The way I was doing it is just not sustainable for me but that's all future stuff.

Commissions are closed likely indefinitely. They cause a ton of anxiety and I'd prefer not to deal with that.

One of these days I'll get off my lazy ass and draw again but in the meantime, Wolico and I will be releasing a new video within the next few days; so if you want to watch me struggle to create art then you should totally check it out on the Chaotic Canvas YouTube channel. Aside from that I'm gonna open my commissions back up for the holidays.

I've also been considering doing more gameplay vids, likely some 7 days to die and "might" stream destiny 2 at some point. Not sure yet but they are on the table as things to do.

Other than that I've just been here chilling out with a wonderful group of new friends. So many great dick related jokes.

A friend and I started a YouTube channel. Yes I know another one. But this should be the second to last one. Oh it's all about drawing challenges and stuff. It was a ton of fun.

I've been undeniably unmotivated to draw for the past few weeks. I'm not sure where it came from but it happens to me from time to time and generally when I come back it's either to a slight boost to my artistic abilities or a massive hurdle for me to overcome as I struggle to put anything on the canvas. I'm not sure what causes it and I certainly don't know how to prevent it. Unfortunately it's something that I've just learned to expect. I have a few solid drawings before I inevitably crash and burn... And boy do I burn. Generally I spend my time either working or watching something on YouTube with cartoons and videogames sort of sprinkled in. It's stuff like this that stops me from persueing art as a career. I'm currently working on a commission, some more crypto stuff, and afterwards I'm hoping to push out more art. I do have ideas. It's just you may not see them in any version of a timely manner. All in all I'm just chugging along doing my best without worrying myself into a panic attack. That last part is pretty hard to pull off.

Hey friends! I know I almost never post journals and I'm going to TRY to work on that.

So lately you may have noticed (If you exist and I'm not just screaming into a void) that my art style has been shifting around a bit. I've been working on not just different styles, but also different ways of executing a piece. This combination is teaching me quite a lot about the creative process and I can't wait too see the things that I manage too create in the future.

I am so tired. No matter what it is either I miss out or something preventative happens whenever I do anything. Please something go my way just once. I mean seriously, sometimes I want to just lay in my bed and cry until I die from dehydration. I don't know. Sorry this just happens to be an excellent outlet.

What the hell man! I don't want to complain but this really irks me. I get I'm not a very impressive artist but seriously when I see artists who seem to have no idea how to draw with hundreds of watchers and I have a measly few it makes me wonder what I'm doing wrong. Should I stop sharing my work with the internet. I don't mean to whine but it can get to me at times. I don't know. just a rant I guess.

I am officially opening commissions. All payments will be through PayPal and prices are pretty flexible. Basically ask for something and I'll give you a price and you can probably haggle it down a bit.

i.e. You ask for a nice digital NSFW with three characters and a full background. You also include specifics about positions, what the characters look like, and a description of the background. I ask for 15$. You manage to talk me down to 8$.

That pretty much how this is going to work. Cheep right?
