I’ve recently started drawing on my own, so I’m gonna start posting some of my better stuff here! Hope ya’ll like it, and don’t be afraid to give some constructive criticism!

Been feeling really down lately. I recently had a falling-out with a friend. He used to be nice, but he became obsessed with being popular. To be honest, I’ve never been very good at making friends, or even basic socializing. It’s gotten to the point that I’ve begun to resent other humans. And since the furry fandom is all about socializing, it’s made me wonder if I made a mistake joining.

Also, I’ve been really hating myself lately. I still don’t have a driver’s license, and I rarely ever have any money to spend on myself. Also, yesterday, I was at a study abroad “Welcome Back” party, and I met some people that went to Japan for the summer. Listening to them made me insanely jealous, and reminded me that I’m in a major (French) that I don’t even like that much. (Well, I guess that’s not entirely true. I still like French, but it’s still only my second-favorite compared to Japanese.) It also reminded me that I’m probably never going to visit Japan either. Or accomplish any of my other goals.

So yeah, I’m beginning to arrive at the conclusion that, despite my online persona, I’m just a worthless waste of oxygen that would be better off dead. What should I do?

Today is July 20th, 2019. On this day in 1969, astronauts Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin became the first humans to set foot on the moon, using a space shuttle and landing craft. For the first time in history, we proved that even the heavens above were not beyond our reach. I wonder, will we soon be seeing the first furry in space? :D

By the way, something has been on my mind lately. When I look through my gallery, I feel like I have too much porn/naughty stuff as opposed to SFW stuff. On the other hand, NSFW stuff is what catches attention these days. XD So I thought I’d ask you guys: Should I start getting more SFW art, or do you guys want more NSFW stuff?

She passed away peacefully early this morning, from an intestinal infection. I’m pretty sad that I wasn’t there for her, but I feel like she would want me to be happy. So, I’m going to keep moving forward despite the hardships.

The New Independent Fundamental Baptists are a group of so-called “Christians” who, like the Westboro Baptists, believe that gay people are the cause of all that is wrong with the world and that every bad thing that happens is God “punishing” us for, ya know, treating them like human beings. Unlike the Westboro Baptists, however, the NIFB has called for the complete genocide of LGBT people, saying that they should be “stoned”.

Naturally, this group must be stopped at all costs. Please spread the word about this “church” and it’s vile rhetoric, so that more people will be aware of them. We cannot sit idly by and let these wastes of carbon complete their nefarious tasks!

So, I landed in Paris early yesterday morning, and after some confusion with train tickets, barely managed to catch my train to Dijon. I then arrived at my (crappy) dorm to discover that there’s no AC. So I guess I’ll be sleeping in underwear for a while~

Anyway, today I went to my first class and took a placement test, which I’ll ind out the results for tomorrow. I went out exploring the town and saw some neat stuff, and did lots of shopping for necessities. Still need a fan and a Wifi router, lol.

So yeah, there’s been some ups and downs, but overall things are going great so far. Despite what I’ve heard, the people here in France are actually pretty friendly. I think everything’s going to go great. :3

Thanks for all the advice in response to my previous journal, I really appreciate it! Oh and speaking of studying abroad, I wanted to try to get some art to announce this but... this June, I’ll actually be studying abroad in Dijon, France for 2 months! It’s sure to be an exciting experience! Thing is though, I’d like to have some furry friends there before I go, so they can help me get settled in. I’d appreciate any help on that end!

Oh and in other news, I’ve reached 600 watchers! Yay! :D

I’m beginning to wonder if majoring in French is a wise decision. Also, I’ve been hearing lots of stories about people being trapped by their student debt, and not even being able to get good job with a college degree. Maybe I should emigrate once I’m done with school? But to where? But... I also don’t want to give up my friends and family here. I’m really not sure what to do. Any ideas?

Also I’ve been stressed out about finals. Any ideas here?

I’ve been working pretty hard at school lately, but I always feel like I could be doing better, which stresses me out. I’ve also been pretty depressed lately, but I’m seeing a counselor about it. God, finals week is gonna suck hard. DX

He was an inspiration to a great many furries, always remaining positive even while battling ALS, and donating his time and resources towards both the fandom and the battle against ALS, even donating his body to scientific research. Well, aside from a few technical difficulties, the stream went well, I guess. Thing is, not many people showed up. So what’s the problem, exactly? Am I just not that popular, or am I doing something wrong?
