Hello Everyone! Just wanted to let my commissioners know that commissions will be slowing down for 2-4 weeks. I have acquired a seasonal job that is full time hours an hour and some time away from my home so I am sure that I will not have a lot of time to work on commissions during those days. They will not completely stop since I do have weekends to work on larger projects and small projects or parts of large projects when I get home.

Just letting you all know!



Currently working on dual large projects (carving head, and finishing naga tail). Small projects will be continued after my seasonal job so they can be ready before June.

:D Hello everyone! I am open for quotes for head commissions! I would like to get atleast 2 or 3 people for heads. The heads are expected to be completed early 2016 (depending on complexity of markings and such).

; u; I am alright! Thank you~ Thankfully the hurricane was parted when it hit the Mexican Mountain range. We got a lot of rain and winds though (I was worried for my chicken coop but thankfully we tied it to all the trees and they are doing fine. The coop yard is just a little crooked now...). There was also flooding in areas where the roads were low but I wasn't out and about then. Got home just in time.

; 1; However there are a lot of people that got the FULL brunt of the Hurricane. I looked through some news sites and some say there are no deaths reported but you never know. There are those that did lose homes and power. I pray they are well and safe. Buying Policy on Custom Orders

PLEASE DO RESEARCH on my artwork before commissioning me. I will not do suits like "insert fursuit maker here." Though I am happy to try new things like making it more toony or more monster within my own style.

Please also be aware I own cats and dogs. I cannot guarantee they wont come in contact with anything at least once.

Fursuit Parts (head,tails, half masks and paws) Custom orders

Payment:
**Premades need to be paid in full. Payment plans for premades can be discussed**

Payments in full or parts need to be made through paypal, squareup invoicing, or money orders.
*Do not be afraid to discuss payment plans on large builds.
*A 30% nonrefundable down payment needs to be made to order supplies and reserve your spot.
*Items will not be shipped until the item is paid in full (including shipping).
*Shipping is not included in the final quotes. Shipping will be calculated after the project has been completed. Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs.
*international shipping: Customers are advised to know their countries customs and fees.

Quotes:
*A reference sheet is needed for a quote.
*Quote is good for the initial design of the part being made.
*Customer will need a NEW QUOTE if they redesign their character.
*Please disclose a deadline if you have one.
*Please also disclose if it is a rush order.

*Sometimes I jump around when I feel like it to work on multiple projects.
*I update my queue list so please look at it to see where your project is at.

Cancellations
**Premades are non refundable once purchased. Please be aware of all measurements before purchase.**

* The deposit is non refundable.
* If the customer decides to cancel their order at the beginning stages of the commission any payment beyond the deposit will be refunded. If there is no deposit any funds not used to purchase materials will be refunded.
* If a customer cancels their order the project will be reused, destroyed, or sold. Deposit will be lost.
* A customer cannot cancel their order once the part is is 75%-100% paid for OR the part is completed.
* (This has never happened but its put here just in case) I reserve the right to cancel orders at any time (If the need arises that I cannot complete the commission). Refunds will be discussed based on completion and the reason of cancel. If I need to cancel before I even get to your commission then full payment will be refunded via paypal.

Warranty:
**Premades are covered under warranty**

*There is a 90 day warranty on parts if it is my fault (Popped seams ect). Warranty does not cover the mishandling of products (extreme conditions, rough play, poor storage, ect.).
*Warranty is voided if someone other than Silent Weaver Arts fixes it or if the part changes ownership.
*Customer must pay shipping to get the part to Silent Weaver Arts. Silent Weaver Arts will then pay the shipping after fixing it to send it back to the customer.


Process:
* Designs cannot be changed after the deposit has been given, supplies ordered, or work started.
*IF you are attempting to change it then a new quote will be given and the difference in deposits plus a fee must be paid.
*Rush orders can be requested at an extra fee.
* All items must be paid in full a month before your deadline if previous deadline is discussed.
*Deadline dates cannot be guaranteed for short time frames unless it is physically possible to do it/ rush order fee is paid.
*Deadline dates cannot be guaranteed unless all payments are fully made.
*Deadline dates cannot be guaranteed for large projects in a small time frame.
*All projects will be modeled,photographed, and shared on social media accounts and promotional material that are run by Silent Weaver Arts.
*If you wish to keep a project secret until the debut please disclose through a note.
