I have a new character i will be uploading soon i hope you all will like her. i will be posting a detailed background in the description of the post along with her ref sheet later tomorrow. fair warning its a bit tragic of a character

speaking of the artist. they are one of the best artists i have ever had the pleasure of working with. she was very communicative through the entire process which really helped flesh this new character out. it really feels like she was able to pull this character straight from my imagination and onto the canvas. she kept me informed and her imputs really helped me develop the character far more that i likely would have on my own.

i ask that you take a look at her gallery and if you like her work give her a watch.

the first is a wendigo type character who i have worked up a detailed desciption for

the second is a cute short stacked winged kobold. to be clear she has a reference sheet that has already been comissioned but the artist has proceeded to become uncomunicative with me after i paid them when they showed me a sketch.

don't know if its intentional or not but 2 months without so much as a minor update only to be told there is no update, and addtional requests for update with no reaponse at all a month later when several attempts at contact have been made... well it does not bode well.

thats just a round about way of saying there will be something to work off for the kobold

before you ask no i will not state who the artist is since i have no idea why the comunication has stopped simply that it has.

so please don't ask

i am looking for artist who are consistent comunicators and can work within and provide a dead line if you know an artist like that who does ref sheets please let me know.

All the lovely snacks should go swimming frequently and in the nude. We sharks need full bellies of naked cuties because clothes ruin the flavor.

so i said in my last journal i Had plans for a something special for when i reached 1000 watchers and i do. its just going to have to wait. for two reasons.

1. its going to be a raffle of art with Sil'fer free for the raffle winner i will foot the bill on this but. i want it to be a raffle based off of comments posted on the the 1000 watcher art i have commissioned to be completed by Yakirr.

at the current time Yakirr is indisposed with pre-existing comms and other things and can't work on that particular art yet. when it will be done i don't know. so i will have to consider a different means of creating and running the raffle.

2. second is I currently don't have the funds to pay for a comm right this moment. long and short of it is life likes to throw you to the ground sometimes and then keep kicking ya while your down. i am sure i will bounce back, kick life in the stones / beef flaps , and tell it to take its god damn lemons back and give me the damn limes i asked for. but till then i can't afford to do what i planned.

that being said i am going to try and upload some more lore about sil'fer's universe and how vore works in the world she and her crew resides in.

if anyone has any ideas of how to run the raffle i am willing to hear suggestions

hey all its hart to believe i am so close to 1000 watchers its an exciting number to achieve wouldn't have been able to get anywhere near it without the help of all the great artists i have purchased art from

i do have something special planned as well as a piece of art paid for and working with the artist to get a special piece done.

you may have noticed a lack of art being uploaded by me thats cus i am trying to hold off till the 1000 watcher art piece is done.

once it is there will be several uploads to get to that number and then i will post the 1000 watcher piece i am really excited for it and i hope you all are too.

After avoiding it for from the start of the pandemic the virus was finally able to catch me.

i blame my roommate he never takes getting sick seriously and therefore doesn't mask up when he is sick. he also refuses to admit he might have had it. but he's the only sick person i have been near in the last few months.....so through the scientific method of process of elimination. i have been able to determine he is an asshole. and likely the source of my getting sick.

needless to say i am livid with him and his laksidaical attitude to a virus that has killed so many people. but hes not gonna change and its not my place to make him. but i will be giving him shit for the remainder of his time in my house....so for the foreseeable future.

it seems so far to be a mild case of the virus and i am hoping it stays that way. taking some prescribed meds to mitigate the symptoms but i can't work for a while cus of it. provided that i am not knocked on my ass at least i can get some gaming in.

So. Recently and more often as my account gets more watchers I have been getting messages about Sil'fer Looking like a certain popular shark. some have been going so far as to say I have ripped off her look in some instances.

Most of you likely know who I am talking about. but if not I am not gonna name names.

I want to be clear in saying that until I was compared to their Character i didn't even know that they existed. i don't keep tabs on the shark Sona community at all. so much so when asked about several Popular sharks by another shark sona community member i only knew of really one popular shark prior to creating my Sona Sil'fer

so any likeness to which people think i and this other persons Sona have is pure happenstance.

I would prefer that you not make such associations but if you must please don't go out of your way to tell me I already know and your just gonna get me to ignore you or at worst block you.

but i will say that I for one personally think its a little rude to say we are the same when there are many many differences when compared and to make such a statement really doesn't give credit where is it due in the realm of originality to either my character or theirs

but the bigger issue is that their character partakes in acts I personally don't condone and I am sure the same can be said about them in reflection of my own represented acts in my artwork but, no one is perfect and i am not trying to kink shame.

but no one wants to be associated to things that they don't want to have representing them.

so again please i ask that you not make those comparisons. or at the very least stop making them to me. I am tired of hearing it and the accusations that sometimes come with the comparison.

so i just posted three pictures that are a bit of a series and i want to stress that if you like the pictures and are not already a watcher of the artist i listed in the pictures that you really should go give them a look see.

i don't normally post my ych or commissioned pieces till about a week after the artist does as i feel the artist should get all the initial attention that they rightly deserve for their artwork.

this is a special case as it has been about half a month since the art was finished and i wanted to show people so i asked the artist if it was fine to post this before them and they were fine with it.

but i again i can't stress enough that people really should go check out the artist if they haven't yet.  SergeantYakirr has a great art style and they are always doing a bunch of comment claim YCHs that make it easy to get great art from a great artist.
