i stopped drawing/taking commissions at the end of the summer of 2021 because everything in my life suddenly changed.
my family and i will never be the same and we are still fighting to this day for some stability and normalcy
i refuse to go into details as i try and keep this weight isolated, at home.
that being said, i want my old life back. i want to draw again. i miss it.
its been months since ive truly taken the time to make something but its still hard to find the motivation to even doodle something for myself.
i have a couple of older drawings that i would still like to post but i don't want to give you guys the wrong impression, I'm not fully open for commissions yet.
i will try and take things slow to start and work my way back to where i was before everything changed.
i cant promise that everything will be the same.
but i will try for something familiar

The estimated completion time for regular commissions is anywhere between 30-90days for people with a PAID slot. Anyone on stand-by will be waiting longer but will not be required to send payment until a pre-paid slot opens up.
Commissioners have upwards to 48hrs max to send payment. If the commissioner does not pay within that time, they will be removed from the queue and their slot will be given to the following commissioner.
PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A COMMISSION IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PAY FOR IT WHEN REQUESTED.
●Payments are done through Paypal and are in USD. There are NO REFUNDS unless the workload has not been started yet. Otherwise, refunds may take 2-3 weeks.

Been working on my commissions pretty steadily and am now starting to think of what kind of work i should offer next!
I usually do YCHs or just some kind of commission offer with the occasional attempt of adopts BUT i want to know what you all would be interested in more~
Any specifics are always helpful too! Or just tell me what you like seeing out of my work, what things catch your eye or what you'd like to see more from me.
I love creating for other people so i'd love some feedback on what you all think! :)

[Dear Commissioner] Was sick, getting better...
Posted 6 years agoMany online dont know (and thats ok) but i am VERY good at catching colds/flu and i just so happen to work at a tourist-heavy workplace so im around it all the time.
I recently got very sick and was bedridden for about 5 days. Unable to work, unable to draw, unable to do anything besides sleep, eat, drink water and puke.
I'm now on an antibiotic and a steroid to help me function closer to normal but im still some days away from completely rid of it all. However, i am doing WAY better than i was.
I'm just taking the time to tell you guys all this because me getting sick this hard always pushes my commissions back. Any energy im able to gain from the pills before im 100% ok, is going towards my main income which is my day job. I feel i produce terrible work when im sick anyways so i rather not risk putting all that energy towards an outcome that i or the commissioner may not be happy with.
I'll probably continue my commission work again within the next week or 2 but please give me time to just rest up.

If you follow me on twitter, you might have already heard about me opening my commission slots early for the new years. But to the ones who may not know, I normally would try and open my new years commissions at the end of December or the beginning of January. Unfortunately, last week I got very sick and missed an entire weeks worth of work at my regular job. In attempts to make up for it, I'd like to open my commissions early.
These commissions will be started after the holiday season meaning that they wont be worked on until the end of Decmeber or the beginning of Januauary 2020.
I'll have 3 slots available to start and if the workload is light, I will most likely open more.
As always, commission slots are first come first serve and its 1 commission slot per person. (Just to keep things fair)

Minor Car Accident...
Posted 6 years agoYes. I was in an uber and was unfortunately involved in rear-end accident on the freeway. (we were rear-ended)
It was my first bad crash that was something more than a tap so i was pretty shaken up about it.
All is fine and good but i think i did get some whiplash from it cause my neck and head ache. I considered going to the ER for it but honestly, i didn't think it was that big of a problem to warrant a hefty bill.
So no ER for me, just home. Sucked cause i had work today and ended up having to call out because my family didn't want me to be at work if my head was actually worse than i thought.
I still have a headache and the back of my neck aches but im all together fine!
Not gonna do any work for the remainder of the week and just kinda chill. I'll still be replying to notes and everything though!

Summer Plans
Posted 6 years agoHello! Just wanted to give you all a quick life and art update~
My current job is allowing me to learn a new area which means that i will be going through some more training this summer! With this new area, they promised me MANY hours to come.
I've very excited for this opportunity as it will widen my knowledge for the workplace and just maybe, it will help me climb those ranks faster!
My training doesn't start until a couple of weeks from now but when it does, I will have less time to work on commissions.
That being said, i will not be taking any more regular commissions this summer.
The only paid art that i plan to do will be YCHs and possibly character reference sheets.
I would also like to get back into the habit of making full character designs for sale! I had a lot of fun with those and my usual YCHs so I think overall it will still be a very fun (and hot) summer!
Please dont take this as a "NO MORE COMMISSIONS EVER AGAIN" kind of post. I'm just pausing that type of paid work for the summer.
I don't know where i'll be (work wise) come fall, but i do plan on reopening regular commissions at some point.
(( For the lovely people who are currently waiting for work from me, please have no fear!
I dont suspect this work change to have any impact on my current commissioned work. If i run into a delay for any reason, i will contact you privately!

Paypal Business account?? Help??

I wanted to start using this site called Payhip to sell my bases on but it required a paypal business account however, i have a personal account.
Never really thought to change out of the personal account cause it worked regardless of what it was called but now i have to if i want to use this site.
Took me a minute but i signed up for the business account and right away I started to run into issues...
I do not own a business, therefore, I do not have a legal business name nor a business website. For the name, I just put my own legal name as suggested to me. But now im having the problem of finishing my account setup because it wants me to set up PayPal on my business website that i do not have.
SO... does anyone out there have a paypal business acc that might be able to help this frustrated artist out??
cause i honestly dont know what to do at this point and i dont want to get in trouble with paypal...
(can i just ignore the website set-up part if i dont even have one??)

if i close a file and try to reopen it, it will give me this error message with an additional error in the corner that reads in red "#2 ERROR -Windows function call failed."
im trying to look this up at the same time and someone mentions that it could be a virus or trogan but ive run a quick scan and nothing pops up so far
It usually can resolve itself if i restart my computer but i dont want this to get worse...

Posted 6 years agoI'd like to apologize for not being as active as i'd like to be on here.
But for the past couple of months, I've been really struggling to pay my bills due to the fact that my normal job isn't supplying me with adequate hours. I recently considered just quitting because of it but when I approached my leaders for guidance, I was urged to give it about a month or so for the hours to come flooding back. Even though I have passed my probation period, I'm still very new to the job which is why im not getting as much work. My hours are also determined by the season, as my job mostly relies on tourists.
If things don't turn around soon, I'm probably going to look for either a second job or a replacement.
I love my job and that's why ive been trying to stick with it and make up for lost wages by taking on more commissions and making quick ychs.
That being said, i'll be posting more ychs and small commission offers as this month progresses.

So I would like to get suggestions from you wonderful people on what you think I should put up for offers!
My go to is usually just waist-up sketch commissions cause they're fast and you guys seem to enjoy them but I figured we could also try doing holiday-themed sketches? So every character would be required to be dressed up in some way and of course, sexy lingerie is always loved and accepted here!

I'm very excited to be out of there and onto bigger and better things~! This new place pays a bit more and has waaay more job advancement opportunities so i'm eager to get started!
I also planned it so that i have a weeks break until my new job starts so during that time i'll be working on commissions and spending some much needed personal time with my bf~

Posted 7 years agoI've always planned to leave my part-time job to try and find something better but the need to leave has come up way faster then I had planned.
I tend to get a lot of hours during the holidays which is why i was gonna stick around for a little longer but things at my workplace have become a bit... hostile.
I won't go into much detail about it just because there's been some history made this past couple of months but at this point, I don't think I can mentally handle working there anymore. Nearly everything I do there, as hard as I try, I get in trouble for it. I'm coached nearly every day and as many times as people like to tell me that it would be a good thing to leave that place for good, I don't want to be fired. I've worked there for over 5 years now and I'd prefer to leave on a good note, even if I don't plan on going back.
That being said, and as the title says, I'm currently on a major hunt for a new job.
Because of all this, commissions are taking a bit longer than planned. This doesn't mean that im gonna stop drawing or even stop taking commissions, just means im gonna be a bit slower than usual. (im already pretty slow I know im sorry)
and Although I don't really plan on making any special Halloween commissions or ychs this month, I'm really eager for the next two months because I do have some ideas~!

Its been about 2 years since i last saw her so i'm pretty hyped and am looking forward to spending as much time with her as possible!

I get a lot of people asking for commissions and i am beyond grateful that there is so much interest in my work! However, because art is not my main source of income, it does take a back seat to my main job. This is why i only open a few slots at a time. (also i really enjoy making YCHs so expect more of those lol)
So like i said, it will only be a couple slots for this month! 2 to be exact!
