Can you help me with explosive anger?
Posted a year agoWelp I am usually a nice person, but I will be honest - I do explode in anger especially if someone is harassing me constantly… anyone have any advice of how to not lash out in anger ??? Will more meditation help ? I try to be transparent with who i am so forgive me if you’re disappointed that I can be rly angee . I have selfish and selfless reasons for wanting to try to quell what i say in anger - ill be honest . im just not a fan of hurting people although if i see with eyes clouded by hate the only relief i can get is to be nasty . But i need a better way .

Posted a year agoHow are all of you- especially with handling the news .:( ? Im ok . Things are bittersweet right now and luckily im very durable , but some hours are harder than others. Going through a lot in my life as a lot of us are and i just hope everything will be ok for everyone and no more furries will die ….:c trying to type that into reality . 🤞💖just really grateful for what I have in life even tho I live in howls moving castle lmao.

Posted a year agoTruly disgusted with our country …. He probably would have lived if he could have afforded medical care that should have been free or inexpensive in the first place … thanks , America….. just another struggling person that needed medical help that couldnt get it for evil reasons ….

Posted a year agoSo my markers are dying as are my inking pens … im very broke . I just took my rabbits to the vet . I really need either donations , commissions , or people to buy / commission crocheted items . Im trying to raise 50 or 60 for the markers . Premade hats are 20$ , custom are 35$ - plus shipping.
