Old USB wireless adapter stopped working last night, because it hates me.

Bought a new Internal adapter today for $47, but I can't get it to work because it hates me and Win7 64-bit.

Don't expect to see me online for a while, because apparently everything internet-related hates me.

1. Last Friday I had my wisdom teeth taken out. It wasn't too bad aside from the fact that I'm now fearful or solid foods because of the four holes left behind in my mouth. If anyone knows how long they usually take to close up, please let me know.

2. Is it just me or are a lot of people here getting mates left and right? I tend to see it happen more with artists that I'm watching. It's not that it's a bad thing or that I have a problem with it, it's just that I can't help but feel that little sting of depression and, admittedly, envy, since I still tend to see relationships as a status symbol, as I explained in this journal

3. I'm about halfway done with rebuilding my old desktop. Still need some more stuff for it before I can get it up and running. Specs given upon request.

Anyone that knows me on MSN and Yahoo should know that my connection gets very bitchy and unstable at times, mainly in the mornings. However, lately Yahoo keeps crashing out of nowhere whenever I lose my connection, and then Windows tells me that Yahoo is missing a component, something about flash.ocx or something, all I know is that it has something to do with Flash, the latest version of which I already have. Does anyone know anything about this problem and how to solve it?

Hooray for me! And stuff...

Long story short, my ac adapter from ebay came today and so far it's working perfectly. No more going on standby just to charge this damn thing. :D

Well I just figured out earlier that in order for my AC adapter to keep my laptop charged my battery has to already be fully charged, otherwise my adapter will not keep my laptop charged. However, my touchpad still will not work right with my adapter plugged in; no matter how much I rub my finger on the touchpad the cursor will either not move at all or jerk wildly across the screen before stopping again. My USB mouse just makes everything worse. It will click on whatever I pass my cursor over by itself., selecting and opening things at complete random. I couldn't even type this journal out at first because even if I don't touch the USB mouse AT ALL it'll still keep clicking by itself. The only I know how to stop this is to unplug the AC adapter, but I need it plugged in right after turning my laptop on after it's finished charging, otherwise it won't keep my battery charged while the laptop's on.

What the hell is going on with this thing?! Help plz? x_x

I don't know what's going on but today my AC adapter isn't working right. For one the power supply itself makes a buzzing noise whenever it's plugged in, and second it will not charge my battery at all while my laptop's on. My laptop recognizes that it's plugged it but it's telling me that it's not charging. In fact I have to turn my laptop completely off in order for it to actually charge. Also when my AC adapter's plugged in, my touchpad starts acting funny. The cursor will either not move at all or it'll act really jittery and jerky, and when I unplug the AC adapter the touchpad starts working fine.

I can't believe I'm asking for help here but I can't think of anywhere else to go. -_-
