I will write up something more about it when I have more time to think. But Feral was a BLAST this year. Great time spent with good and new friends, and got to ride in a car while Bandit raced all over Canada. I will have pictures up soonish too :).

I'll be flying up to Buffalo NY and then off to Camp Feral Wednesday. Should be a blast. I know now why I'm an otter rather then a dragon. I hate flying *would rather be in the water*

At my work place if you smoke about once an hour they let them go outside for a 'quick' 10 minute smoke break. But if I tried to take a 10 min break every hour they would yell at and then fire me. So why do they get special treatment? I say fuck them they get nothing extra. I wonder if every company does this.

Well I paid for a Patron membership at CampFeral up in canada. US Dollar made a bit of a comeback and I didnt really want to wait. I have my plane ticket, all my stuff, my time off, and the event paid. Now I just need to heal up more and let my shoulder recover. 3 more weeks so plenty of healing up time. I will be bringing a suit with me, but I'll have my coony suit if all goes well because he is easier to see in.

Well I will be at Feral, just waiting for the USD to gain on the CND so I dont get raped on the conversion rate. Currently the US Dollar is 4-6c under the Canadian one. But I will be going, I should be healed up enough and with 30 days more healing I should be even more healed.

Oh the corydoras eggs are in the 29g tank and I have 2 fry (babyfish) in the 55g tank that are well hidden and seem to be doing well.

Tank is up and cycling. Oh and my Emerald cory decided to ley eggs. Luckly my tetra and barbs took care of most of them in the 55 gal, but I moved some over to the 29g just to see if I can raise them or not. I wasnt planning on having thousands of corys and I doubt the eggs will live but we shall see. The 29 gal tank is going to be mostly rock, with maybe a tall fake plant near the water intake.

There are way to many for me to even begin to think of my fave. Usually anytime I get to suit in public where it is acceptable I find very memorable.

No death in my 55 gal tank in a month and everyone is doing well. My Cory go crazy for tubiflex worms.

My shoulder is healing up, I really hope to return to work on the 10th of next month, but we shall see.

I have a new 29 gal ready to be setup in my bedroom. I'm debating on making it a Cichlid tank, or a Gourami tank, or a tiger barb tank. But I dont know. Anyone who has ever had Cichlid's let me know what you think of them. It would only be a few or a pair so as to not outgrow the tank. Thinking if I go Cichlid's of Jewel, or Brichardi, or Convict. Or up to 5 total 1 each of the same 'general type' of Cichlid that gets max 6".

PT is going along nicely. Go to the doc 2x a week for that and work out each day aside. Shoulder is recovering and hopefully will be another month then better. Hopefully will have a lot of fun this weekend, dinner and a movie and maybe swimming. Oh and my wine that I made back in March 2010 is friggen amazing. Cant wait to finish my last bottle on my b-day :).

I had major shoulder surgery on the 13th. They had to remove 1/2" of the tip of my collarbone due to it being arthritic. They then had to fix all the tears in the labrum/labral. Then they had to remove bone spurs from the clavicle and rough up the area to reattach things. Then reattach parts of the tendon / ligament to the bone with sutures. ETA out of work till early August. Luckily I get short term disability through work. So yeah, I can barley move my arm. I have mood swings due to the meds I'm on. Plus I'm drugged to all get out when I'm in pain which is often.

Well so far so good. Shoulder is sore now that the nerve block is wearing off. I have 2 small cuts about 1" wide in two different spots in my shoulder, and both have 2 staples holding them closed. The skin all over is brused here and there but nothing to bad. Lots of pain meds and ice pack to hold down the swelling.

Found a cute pic of an otter holdinging onto a fish as the fish was being taken out of the water by a fisher, but because I didn't take the pic I can not post it. Maybe I'll post it on photobucket later and link it here.

Surgery went well, took them 4hrs to finish it once I was on the table. Got some neat pictures of my tears in my shoulder. They did a 'Nerve Block' of my left arm before the surgery and my whole arm is still numb now and some of my neck. Feels rather odd but it doesnt hurt hehe. They said it tends to last for 12-24hrs. So far so good, get to take a shower later today and see what the holes in my arm look like.

Surgery is monday so getting stuff ready for when I'm a veggie for a few weeks. Fish tank is running well, even have some fry(baby fish) swimming around here and there. Dont know what type or from who yet, and I only saw 1. If it lives, neat, if not it was eaten by someone else.

What my 55 gallon tank has in it atm. 3 Otocinclus catfish, 2 Green Cory Catfish, 2 Julii Catfish, 3 Buenos Ares Tetra, 3 Gold Barb, 2 Hifin Neon Variatus, 1 Redwag Platty, 1 Sunset Fire Wag Platty, 1 Featherfin Catfish(squeaker). None of the fish are 2 inches atm, but that tends to be around the max size for any of them, so I now have 36 gallons of water 'used' for the fish.

Well I have shoulder surgery scheduled for this upcoming monday. Will be out of it and drugged up fairly well. I need it, but I'm still scared to go do it. *hides*

So far so good, new place is up and running. Still a bit of unpacking to do but thats nothing much. All my fish are moved to the 55 gal tank and are fine. 0 loss so far and the water is all where it should be. :)

Well everything is out of the old apt and in the new one, and its very nice. Got a good area rug for the living room to have the couch on. Cats are done freaking out for the most part. Fish are over in the small tank and doing well. The new 55 gal is up and cycling so that it can be put into use in a day or two.

I start the move, cant wait.

I'm moving, and dont really want to keep my Gryphon suit. It was my first, and it doesnt fit so well in the head and body. There are parts that are threadbare, and it is a murry purry suit hehe. So I dont really feel ok with just selling it. The head is the cool part, and the back fur is really neat. But I might just end up chopping it up and throwing it away.

So what do you do with an old retired fursuit?

Well, so far so good. Everything is alive. Getting the 55 gal tank in a few days to next week. Moving next friday to the new place. Debating on what to get to fill the tank. I'm thinking of 4-8 more cory catfish. Other then that, have LOTS more room for more fish. Oh and some live plants.
