I'm sure people have noticed I've been away for a long time and I need to explain things.

I have been dealing with an eating disorder for a very long time and it got to the point where I became malnourished and underweight without even realising it. I don't want to get into details since I'm not asking for any pity but I had to work on recovery and that didn't give me much time to work on artwork. That included eating as often as every hour and trying to get a job to overcome the food insecurity I have. Both have been a challenge and I'm ashamed to admit I've relapsed several times and I'm between jobs looking for a remote one. Currently I'm dealing with dental issues that have become very painful, but I am going to appointments this week to deal with it.Iam feeling well enough to stream again but due to the tooth pain and oncoming appointments I can't promise to be able to do it everyday. Luckily I have had a lot of time to think about my next moves with my commissions since my mind feels clear now.

Utilizing what I have on hand I can at least figure out who still wants their commission from me and who has decided they want a refund, so I set up a google form to help that process so that while I'm waiting for my health to continue to improve I set up a plan and schedule. I figured I can fill out job applications while streaming.

Here is the google form to request changes to your commissions in queue, you have three options
-Change the idea for the commission
-Update your characters reference incase the design changed or you got better reference for the character
-Request a refund so I know you would like your money back.

Feel free to contact me directly if you want to discuss the option before filling out the form, especially if you want to change the idea on a commission I already started, even though at this point I wouldn't mind scrapping an old idea to start a fresh one.

Also, the discord may get cleaned up a bit, as I really need to reduce the number of rooms and have proper places set up for images, links, commission forms, tracking commission status, and stream schedules. I’ll focus on deleting rooms that are not in frequent use.

Then I have to say I can't take any more commission until my commission queue is cleared. For now I will finish the two instream sequences I took last time I was streaming, but after that I will be focusing on working through my queue. I’ll work on the sequences while I wait on responses on the form linked above.

For the past year or even more it seems Ive been very ill, ive struggled with brain fog and fatigue and Ive had trouble concentrating. My depression and anxiety had gotten very bad to where some days there was nothing I could do but watch TV and read social media. It was bad and I ended up very non productive and got very behind on my commission queue recently my Patreon sketches.

Over the past few months my problems with fatigue and brain fog had gotten worse and a few weeks ago I went to the ER for an abscess and I found out I was underweight. That was a big cause of alot of my issues and once I started eating better and putting on weight i've started feel better.

After replacing a faulty pen im back to streaming regularly. I am still having some difficulties with remembering to eat enough and currently Im stressing out about finances since the head of the house isn't bringing in a lot at the time being. its ok though, im almost out of the woods.

Im doing better, feeling more energized and having an easier time focusing. The sketching ive been doing helps, as ive been picking up speed daily.
I will be back to working on my Queue for Commissions and Patrons as soon as Monday.

I have a plan to do Sketch streams for this weekend today and tomorrow, then I will be doing a sketch stream every saturday.

[Edit 5/5] My mom is needing help with packing stuff and moving furniture and asked me to help her next week. Since this will make my weeks schedule very erratic and hard to keep to i'm going to continue doing sketch streams for the week when I can stream. i'm not where i want with my drawing speed and its important that I finish a sketch daily for patrons and still be able to work on commissions and comic stuff.

So in my last journal I stated I was going on a semi-hiatus. Its still in effect as I just focusing on patreons sketches and artwork I need to finish.

I've severely overwhelmed myself by trying to fit too much work into a limited amount of time. Im going to working on scheduling to fix that.

this means it may take longer to complete your commission than I would like, since I'm only wanting to start new things one at a time as I catch up. Its hopefully going to lead to faster turn-around periods in the long run.

So i felt it was wise to inform yall that I got sick last week which threw me off my schedule so this week im focusing on catch up.

I'll be updating the mothly schedual soon but I will say that I am probably going to moving ALL my ADOPTABLE commissions back into December since Ill be having to catch up on sequences and the like.

On the other hand I will be starting to work on the comic pages from last jounral, probably about an hour a day throughout December. so Adoptables will be my only other things to do as well as instream sketches

for the past few days I had no energy and was having trouble eating. I was able to get a family member to get me some much needed medicine and some soup I could eat.
I was checking my symptoms on various websights and im sure I have a staph infection because my bf got the same thing a couple weeks ago and it didnt get this bad until the cold weather came thorugh (It was 44 F last night last night and its getting colder holy shit)
I was brought antibiotics and things that will keep me warm and fed.
Im on the upside of the healing process but I probably wont feel 100% until after weekend.

Im needing to make appointments at planned parenthood for something that could be serious, I dont know yet as I need to get an exam and a mammogram, and I will probably need surgery. BIG SIGH.

So If I dont stream everyday its probably cause I'm busy with real life or I'm trying to come up with something to help pay for these expenses if need be. Probably adoptables.

I feel like Im finally moving forward a bit at a time. I really do appreciate everyone patience with me during this time. It made everything so much easier to deal with.

Rith now I'm focusing on taking out the brunt of my work load, The Comic Page YCHS, Once those are finished the rest of my queue will be easier to manage and knock out. I'll try to live stream daily either in the morning from 9-12 or 6-9 central.

So good news is disaster assistance went through! *insert kermit-the-frog flailing here*
so we are having a stable pocket to keep us a float for a while. Were saving most of the money so we can suve up for projects and home repairs if need be.
Stuff happened yesterday that had me too anxious to work and outside dealing with animal control and police. (there were two vicious dogs running loose that killed my neighbors cat)
Im waiting for a desk and chair to be delivered monday so I will predict having my digital set up ready by monday evening or thursday morning! That gives me plenty of time to finish this traditional slot and shipt that one off.
Then I finish my backlogged queue from before the hurricane and everything is smooth sailing from here on out!

In today's news I'm working on getting the internet turned on at my place. I'm having to pay for it myself so I can't get that desk I wanted. My dad who was wanting to help but had costly issues with his work truck so I understand.
Not an issue atm I'm a resourceful fox and I managed a setup that is decent enough for the time being.

We are finally getting word from disaster relief but still don't know how much well be getting. its probably going to go towards replacing things.

Since I consider myself to be a fairly flexible artist I want to several options for icons.

I know an avatar, or icon, is the face of a lot years and can be as unique as the individual running the account. I want to be an able to offer a range of styles. I know I want to offer things like animated transformations once I'm confident with animating. Are there other kinds of animation that I should offer?
What about still icons so I can have a wide price range to accommodate every ones budget? I'm sure ill want to offer couple icons and headshots.

As far as getting internet set up here that's just going to be a slight wait for when we get our deposit mailed to us. Ill also get whatever else I need then too. So I should be set up to work and stream.
Once I finish the traditional slot, ill go ahead and start trying to get the queue finished at least with all the sketches I owe. I'm sure I can set my tablet up so I can do some work although it'll be uncomfortable.
I might be looking at another month before all this happened though and its the waiting that kills me cause I just want to get to work all ready. GAH

While my boyfriend is off for the weekend he was able to get my tablet back working. Yay! He amazes me all the time.
But I'm going to need to update the drivers. We don't have internet yet though and I still need a desk and chair. But that leaves me a lot closer to getting back on track than before.
I'm going to keep the traditional art slots up until I finish and make the slot I had already sold, bit I'm thinking about emergency digital art commissions for icons. Slots I can sell for 20$ and do in a couple hours.

Even before Harvey came around and flooded my life with bullshit, I have been wanting to try to challenge myself to finish a sketch (lines and color) once or twice a day. A reasonable thing for me to do, especially since I've noticed I haven't been able to do that when I was feeling ill.

I'm sure I can do this with digital art but not so much traditional at the moment. But my biggest issue would be having something to sketch and that's where you guys would come in. I would offer the slot in a live stream and finish it then.

But that can't really happen right now since tablet is busted and I don't have internet. I'm just stuck and trying to figure out how to move forward without having to wait more months before we could even afford a new tablet for me. I don't want to leave my commissioners waiting that long for artwork they paid for last year.

This whole year has been a series of trails that meant fixing problems with myself that I wasn't aware was affecting me and the career I'm trying to make.
For a moment I thought I was finally getting to a point of forward momentum but I have pushed back yet again.
And all I can't think about is moving to california since my own mother needs to move there now. I'm frustrated and I have no idea what I'm supposed to do now.
I got off track, but what I'm trying to say is that I'm pretty desperate right now. I'm just trying to come to a workable decision. I could use ideas or even just spread the word about the traditional slots.
I was also considering an icon batch or something. X.x

I am really itching to go back to the digital work I owe but my tablet needs to be replaced first. I also need to get the internet turned back on but we can't afford the bill atm. Then I need a desk and monitor. D: then I can stream digital art again. Get what I owe finished then ill feel like I've gotten somewhere.

Origenally I wanted to offer them as patron subscription, which Ill still do but for now I'm going to offer slots to see what price bites, I probably won't lower the price but I'll up the size of the commission.

I'm wanting to produce them in bigger sizes since its easier to get good details the larger I work and I'm getting more comfortable so I'm not as worried about messing up.

But I do love using prismamarker. I need a scanner though so I plan to get one asap.
I should be able to get my tablet, desk, and chair. Then ill be able to finish my digital queue and Ill make a journal when I'm able to get to that. Then I may offer another batch of slots for digital or traditional before closing them for a good while to work on personal projects.

So I was finally able to set up my tablet to test and it's not staying on for more than a minute. Not only is the power port loose but it seems that the internal components got moisture on them or its due to fall damage.

Regardless I can't do digital work until I get that one replaced.
Which means I need to raise money and fast. I still need a desk and a chair as well. I got a set of prisms markers recently and have gotten the hang of them so that I feel comfortable offering traditional commissions with them.
