This year has been one hell of a year. Our family has been in and out of the hospital, my grandmother with pneumonia, my husband's mom with her heart surgery and diabetic complications.

I hadn't properly had a chance to relax after my mom visited in August because our old cunt of a landlord tried pulling illegal shit on us and raised our rent to nearly 2k. So we moved in less then a month.

We wouldn't have been able to do it if it wasn't for our amazing friends and besties QAQ

I feel like the last few years have been suffocating. I learned a lot about myself and that I might have long covid after I got really sick from what I thought was food poisoning, but even now I have all the symptoms so I have a Dr's appointment on the 9th to hopefully get some blood work done and get back on anxiety meds after my last ones failed me.

They gave me horrible panic attacks and my sleepwalking got really bad LOL
All I did for the first few weeks of being on these meds was sleep, I got so behind on coms, then Jackie (our cat) passed and that threw us into more of a spiral.

Either way I'm happy to possibly be trying new meds cause waking up every day feeling suffocated sucks. I just don't want to do a pill rodeo but my brain has not been nice to me these past few weeks and I've had some pretty dark thoughts. I'm okay, I'll be okay, don't worry, I have an amazing support system. I've just been trying to grasp whatever dopamine I can get right now.

But some good things happened too! We got out of that horrible apartment into an even better one (so far, despite the upstairs neighbors stomp walking.)

I got to see my mom after 5 years of not seeing her, and I made a huge dent in my commission queue.

Anyway I'm rambling now.

This year was somethin else and I'm ready for the next one. Shits gunna change for the best. (I hope).

I'm just I'm so fucking tired of living.

We've had nothing but bad luck these past few years and I don't know what to do. I wish we had a roommate to live in a nicer place but no. We're stuck in buttfuck Edmonton where the whole place is full of crime.

The theives stole something from ours and idk what it was. Probably birthday stuff and money for my husband.

I still have to finish raising rent and the landlady wants us to talk to the police.

And I'm just... is all of this worth it?... I'm trying so hard but every step I take I get knocked on my ass.

There's just so much negativity and I don't feel safe anymore, I'm a fart away from a mental breakdown but I'm trying to keep the boy calm.

So, our twatface landlady decided to drop a bomb on us. A week or so ago we ended up with a lease on the door and her urgently trying to call us, she was trying to force us to sign said lease which would have locked us in till next september.

She flipped out on us cause we were supposed to sign a new lease in Feburary, and I don't yell, I seriously don't, but I snapped at her telling her that it isn't OUR job to make sure this shit is done and it's not our job to chase her down for said lease. She was not happy.

She wanted to up our rent to 1650 too.

So we decided to make that bitch wait until the next day when we called the rental board to ask if they're allowed to do that to which they're not.

We then called her and told her what we learned and that she has to give us 3 months notice before she ups the rent etc, she was NOT happy, she tried arguing with us etc.

So the next day, another notice shows up, an official notice saying that until January we are month to month, and if we wanna renew our lease in January, rent will be 1850. SHE UPPED RENT THAT MUCH BECAUSE WE CALLED HER OUT ON HER ILLEGAL BITCH ACTIVITY.

So we're gunna be moving asap as soon as we can find a place, then I'm going be dragging this woman through the mud, her and this building. I'm so pissed off right now. Three fucking years we've been here, no complaints and this is how she treats us.

So anyone in Alberta need a pair of roommates? LOL We're quiet non partiers who toke every so often but we're not loud xD

So I'm chugging along with coms! I've been so fucking exhausted and almost miserable lately.
I quit my medication in May...? I can't remember, because it was making me awful anxious.

Well, I think I had gotten a few issues from it that I need to see a doc about, but finding one and the time is hard.

My husbands gran is now in the hospital again after a small heart attack, and my gran was in the hospital earlier this month, it's just been a lot of stress for us.

Not to mention it's been fucking hot as fuck AND HUMID. I hate the heat, bleh. I can't wait till fall.

I have a bunch of coms in the works so I'm excited to get them out for y'all, and now we gotta start working on rent because next month my mom is coming to visit and I haven't seen her since 2019. I'm worried though because we can't take that long off. We need to make funds. I can't wait for summer to be over. Hhhh.

My birthday was on the 11th! We had a few things planned but almost nothing worked out but we still managed to have cake and play some game uwu. We played so much pokemon and Mario kart hehehe

I had gotten super depressed cause a few people who are supposed to be good friends didn't even wish me a happy birthday even 2 days later. My own mother didn't even message me till late even though she was actively online.

I'm tired of trying to be a suppotive friend only to feel like I'm talking to a brick wall. I'm tired of being forgotten.

Like half the time it seems people only talk to me when the fun people go to bed and they need entertainment. I just...thought I'd have these people as friends for awhile and it's just a little heartbreaking.

So my husband Alruic has been away from home since March 24th and won't be home for a few more days and we've NEVER been apart this long, so what I thought would be a perfect opportunity to get a bunch of stuff done....well....didn't happen.

Turns out my anxiety doesn't like that he's been away so I've either been sleeping or just watching movies while on VC with him LOL
