So I've been in the mood to draw comicy things lately (should really put that effort toward Eternal Dream >.=.<;;; ), but I was wanting to experiment with a more down-to-earth type-ish comic, so how would I go about doing that? Like any tips or anything?

I thought I'd just put this up because I was bored, incase anyone wanted to ask anything. XD It can be about Eternal Dream or anything else, it doesn't matter

I just put up some pages for a comic idea I started in Novermber since I really haven't had the motivation to keep drawing it. So, I put the pages up so that maybe if there was any interest, I'd keep going with it. Please let me know that it has created interest (just faving or something doesn't really tell me much), and I'd really appreciate it. If there's any interest, I'll go ahead and keep working on it, and if not, I won't worry about it too much.

Sorry if this is a long journal, it's kinda been a really long year... ^^;

Since it's still 01-01-15 here for a couple more hours I thought I should put something up for the new year. I'm not really planning to draw anything for it, I really need to get back into drawing. And I have no resolutions about anything, I never make them because I know I'd never keep them (that and I've seen them kinda peter off after the first couple of weeks... ). I'll probably try to do one of those art progress meme things if I ever feel like it, I just kinda dig around for doodles to put in it. Video games are too distracting (especially Kingdom Hearts 2.5 o.=.o ).

So there's some good, like graduating high school and starting college and stuff. I got a job and make some money now, that I don't really spend (still at home and don't really splurge at all). I did good in my classes so far and have the next ones to get signed up for.

The other side of that is there are bad things as always. Just really things like some of the remaining self-confidence/self-importance I had was broken (just from noticing things) and just sometimes it's really hard to keep a happy mood (can fake it good enough for work except for one day o.=.o; ). so physically fine, emotionally meh

aside from that I hope everyone had a good year and that 2015 is a good year for you, and try to keep your resolutions (if you have any o.=.o )

I'm still here and can talk and stuff, just haven't drawn much because not really in the mood to draw or I doodle things to not be uploaded. I can talk and stuff, and i'll try to upload anything if I draw anything, but I'm still around

To show I'm not dead (just haven't drawn much to be uploaded), I'll answer some questions, if anyone asks any

Realized it's been almost three months since I put up a journal, so stuff.

I have started a college class, and will get more in a couple weeks. It's going okay, the only thing I'm frustrated in is it's been a battle for my financial aid, and the first 8-week term is almost done and the financial aid keeps finding more problems in being finished, so that makes me frustrated a bit. I got a job too, so I'm getting used to balancing that, until I get more classes that are harder than the one I have, then I have to readjust again ^^; also trying to think of things to draw, so eventually I'll get something other than doodles. As one of the doodles shows, I haven't been the happiest lately, but it's nothing I need to talk about.

I also don't know if I'll do anymore requests, and I've been thinking about this for a while. I may still do some for close friends and draw gifts, but I don't know if I'll just open it again, because I've seen most people pay attention to me only when I do requests, and few people during that time actually stop to talk and get to know each other as friends instead of just being someone to get free art from. So yeah, if I ever feel better about that I may open then up once again, but I'd rather be known as a person than a paper and pencil...

I hope everyone else has been doing okay lately.

We have graduation tonight. It hasn't hit me yet that I'm graduating. XD

Our finals are all done, so no school until January! :D I guess I should try to get as much drawing done as possible huh? XD

I will try to draw more, but I've got some music to work on because I made it into the honor band here. :meow: The only issue I have is hitting and holding a high Ab that I can't reach for anything (I can barely reach the G below that... ^^; ) and some speed issues, but I have a month and a half to try to work on that. Fun ^^;

If anyone can give my any tips for hitting any of those high notes, I'd really appreciate them. I don't really have any clues for getting to that G, let alone higher... ^^;

I know this is kinda late, and this has been the first time I haven't drawn a thanksgiving picture of some type in a while, Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I hope it was/is great! :3

I was busy today completing the conductor's score for this song I'm writing. 9 pages later it's done, all I need to write in are dynamics! It makes me so happy to have done! :3

I will (hopefully) finish a picture for tomorrow, and then I'll get straight to work on a late Thanksgiving picture! :3

It's true! Mostly due to business and not having anything to say... And laziness, that too. XD
I've been busy with marching band since we've had competitions on every Saturday for the past 3 weeks, and so we also get extra practices and stuffs. We only have one competition left tomorrow, so maybe I'll be doing more stuffs, maybe. :3

And I have art block, so that's why I haven't drawn anything for a few days, and while waiting I've started a project of mine that will probably be hard for me until I get the hang of it, which is writing music for a band, for real instruments. :3 So yeah... XD

I've also noticed that I've been on FA for a year now, so yay ^^ Thanks to everyone for watching me and I hope I can continue to draw stuffs you like to see ^^

I've been procrastinating on requests really badly, and I will start them as soon as i can when i get back. Sorry for that... ^^;

So a few days ago I was on dA for 3 years, and I happened to get bored and looked through all of my art from even before then. I've drawn for what feels like forever. XD

I laid awake last night and tried to think back to when I had started drawing, which I can say for the most part happened 6th/7th grade for me. But I thought for a little bit, and realized that I had been drawing since before then, even remembering doing drawings of my own before then. One picture in particular (which I don't have any more) was from 3rd/4th grade that I realized, when I had finally reached the end of Sonic Heroes. Even at one point I had draw a series of pictures for a Pacman game I had borrowed from someone and played for PS2 a long time ago (which again, I no longer have XD ). I remember drawing or tracing different things here and there, but it never really picked up until I got a bunch of drawing stuff from my mom one Christmas. XD

I dunno what it is, but going through those 1000+ pictures since 6th grade wasn't something bad. It doesn't change how I feel about my drawings now, but everything has to start somewhere, right? I guess I've made myself draw, probably because sometimes I felt that was all i could do, since I was usually by myself.

I guess I just wanted to say something since I've had that on my mind since last night. Hopefully I'll be able to keep drawing, even if I talk bad about myself all the time. XD

I've had an idea for a story where the readers can choose what happens. If you'd like to choose the outcome, I'd appreciate any participation! :3
