Well, after making that last journal I thought about it and we decided that we're just going to wait till FWA2021 for the suit delivery and debut.
It makes the most sense for both of us and I really don't mind waiting.

We may supplement you with more pictures from the first photoshoot over the year, likely as "Fursuit Friday" uploads once a month or so.

Now I have a question for you guys as well...
Would you guys also like me to upload SFW drawings of Kat as well? Or do you just want to see fursuit images from me here?

As most probably heard by now, with everything going on in the world, FWA has decided to cancel the con for this year.
While I am pretty bummed, especially since this was gonna be the year that we finally get to debut Kat...I know they are doing what's right for the protection of staff and con-goers.

What does that mean for the delivery of Kat and her debut?
Well...we don't know yet. We can't really start making plans till things settle down and get back to normal.
I figure we may meet up for a day so she can deliver the suit, make sure things work okay, hang out for a little bit....

Or just wait till FWA 2021. Which...wouldn't be a terrible option, honestly. ATM I can't attend any other cons due to low funds, so it won't make a huge difference.

We'll see! I'll update when we come up with something.

There were some setbacks, obviously since its been 2 years, with the completion of the suit.
Of course I didn't mind! KitsuneIllusion's well-being is more important to me!

With that...The main build of Katrina is finished!
Some accessories, like the optional wig, still need to be finished, but she is pretty much complete!

We are 100% set to debut her at FWA this year!
I think I will only be able to attend that Saturday where we will be making sure everything fits right and will be debuting her on the floor that day.
This will be my first time ever suiting..so it will be a little overwhelming, likely physically as well as mentally/emotionally. Which is partially why its only 1 day.
Next year I am going to try and plan the whole con and will have a whole year to save up as well as figure out rooming and if I want to do anything in the AA room.

So...FWA2020 is 100% set to happen unless something happens or it gets cancelled due to the virus outbreak. It's still 2 months away, so we'll see! I'll keep you updated!

Also! I just made a twitter the other day that I plan to keep updated as well! Likely a bit more frequently than here..and will keep the big updates and images here and everything plus minor stuff, images there too.

I realized I never made a proper journal here yet.

Hello! I'm Sirfy! I purchased a fursuit from Kitsune Illusions a while back after buying just a tail from her years ago. We've both been rather excited about the prospect of her being a full suit. So here we are!

She's still under construction atm but progress is going to be picking up rapidly over the next month.
Our hope is that she will make her debut during this year's FWA!

Granted I won't be able to stay there very long this year due to finances and it being kind of short notice for me. But hopefully next year I'll be able to attend all weekend!
We will be getting official photos done of her by Kitsune Illusions that day and I will be taking her home.

I'm very excited!
