I want to like Fenoxo's "Trials in Tainted Space". I REALLY want to like it. But I don't like it. I get annoyed every time I see it on my hard drive, I feel my blood pressure spike every time I go over to his website, I want to scream every time I see that the game gets an update, public or not. I feel a vain throbbing in my head whenever I open my 'Google Docs' and see the things I have that I've been writing to submit to the game.
But I WANT to like it. I want to enjoy the mindless, meaningless sex that Captain Steele has with the NPCs.
But I also want to play a game where the sex is just one aspect of a much greater whole, where the sex scenes can't be strung together and made into a decent porno on their own.

I want Adult Entertainment, not Smut.

I've come to realize that, and now, I need to find someone interested in making Adult Entertainment, not expect a Smut producer to start making Adult Entertainment.

I just really needed to say that. I enjoy a good sex scene, but I need substance, and I don't want to see a character devolve over the coarse of my character's interactions with the other one.

I'm gonna go see if Ebonny is willing to help me turn out Chapter 2 (3 here due to a numbering error).

So, I have couple of fan-fictions in the pipe line. One is a Poke-fic, and is something I actually have fun writing because while I'm working with character templates in some spots (the individual pokemon), I get to fill in most of the details, and have some "up to interpretation" room to work with.

The other is a Trials in Tainted Space fan fiction, and while I want to write it, it is hell for me to work with other people's characters, especially when I feel like I don't have enough information. It doesn't help that I don't like Trials' the way I like some other games. It just disappoints in so many ways and places. And I know I couldn't do better with my skill set, but I just... I guess I expect better.

Well, that was it, just wanted to say what I was doing and complain a bit.
