Moderator Hiring

If any of you have taken a gander at my FA profile, you may be aware that I am a college student.
Well, I do have a lot of projects and homework on my plate as it turns out, so I'm going to be accepting help for this group. READ EVERYTHING BELOW BEFORE APPLYING!
I need prospective moderators to be open minded, respectful, able to keep their cool, and able to log in and give out thank you messages, moderate incoming ones, and I would also like for moderators to be able to help with the incoming stream of suggested favorites, watches, and possibly submissions that will start soon.
You will probably have to keep in personal contact with Lacus via instant messaging. So prospective candidates should give these details to me if they are interested!

Introductions!

I posted the introductions journal when we didn't have a lot of members. On that note, thank you for all the views, watches, and support, seriously, you guys rock and make this happen.
So seeing as we just got a huge BURST of interest in this group, I think I should resubmit this to allow you all the chance. :3
What interested you in this group? Tell us a little about yourself. Let's all get to know each other.
About Lacus:
I'm 21, female, and I started this group with Catwolf because we were having a discussion about smaller than average penises. Somehow, it got to the point we actually wanted to make a group because there wasn't one when we checked.
I have 2 fursonas each with two variants. My main fursona though is an otter named Lacus. :3
Being completely honest though, I didn't expect to administrate a group like this! Lol.
