Currently, Covid is mostly a minor issue, the case has been mild so far and has not really limited me aside from keeping myself quarantined.

Last year I found MCFC to be ok, and MFF to be pretty bad for me. MFF was a big con and kind of gets to a point where you are just lost in a sea, sort of feeling. I had recently taken up photography/videography that year, but no one seemed to care about it, and I suppose that makes sense, everyone has a camera in their pocket, and most people taking photos/videos don't actually do anything with them.

This year, MCFC was very good for me, aside from getting Covid from it. My gameplan was bringing a large format printer and printing out various things (Mainly stickers and group photos) to give away for free. Suddenly this got a *lot* of interest and interactions, leading up to getting invited to the staff party.

I found interacting with people/things to be pretty important to me, as I find most panels to be boring, because all I do is sit and listen, instead of "doing" something.

This is also why I want to get a fursuit (A flammie fursuit for a fullsuit, or possible a "Skarth" fursuit if partial), but I do keep running into the same issues I had previously when looking for one. The overwhelming majority of fursuit makers make canine or feline suits, then a handful who seem to mostly make one or two species, so I can't reliably find a fursuit maker who has previous examples of what I would want to get. I've had money saved up for a fursuit for years already, and I'm expecting it to cost 3-4k, so that is not the issue for me.

At some point, I'll also need to make some social media accounts specifically for IRL furry activites so I can post information and photos to, this might be on FA, but it seems a lot of people use twitter for con-related things.

I'm giving serious consideration to getting a fursuit. I'm trying to decide on whether to get a Flammie fursuit, or one of Skarth (The difference is mainly being more anthro vs. more "feral")

I'm also looking for suggestions who to get a fursuit from. Assuming I do get one, I will not be going for a cheap fursuit, so likely a $1k+ fursuit.

I have never gotten a real character reference sheet for Skarth either, so I will probably get one sometime. This means I need to nail out some features that keep changing, like coloration, horns, wing design, body shape, NSFW Stuff, etc.

It's my birthday, and since I'm 21, getting to comtemplate whether I should finally get drunk or not for once in my life...
