Still waiting for my new charger to come in the mail. I'm beginning to think something is wrong. They took our money but never sent out a confirmation email that the item had been shipped with the UPS tracking number. So, our package is impossible to track, if it's even been sent.

It is 'supposed' to get here by tomorrow..or Friday. Depending on how you consider the 4-7 days. Nurgh. But they said they'd ship it out 1-2 days after order, and that deadline has come and past with no confirmation.

Oh well. I guess I'll wait and see. I'm getting all anxious about it. I'd like to do art, but, I really can't. I don't have inking pens to finish anything traditionally (I've got a pile of sketches now. I could show you guys, but I'd rather just finish them up.).

In other news, I've got a humble indie bundle to play through and some Dexter to read/watch. So I think I can distract myself until I get my cord.

The laptop cord for my Toshiba Portage M200 went PLOOEY. No more power, no matter how I fangagle it.

I'm up to Waukesha to visit with family! Hopefully it doesn't snow like people keep insinuating it will or the roads will be worse than they are already.

Tl;dr warning.

-I missed so many people, but I was rather nondescript, minus the blue/purple bangs.

-Looks like I'm going to have to wait till tomorrow or the next day to scan the stuff I got at the con, when we shoved more ram in our computer, got a new video card and reinstalled windows, we apparently didn't reinstall our either of our scanners or the drivers for them. Needless to say, I got something from  maxblackrabbit and  kamicheetah, so keep an eye out.

-A lot of furries are pushers. Sex pushers. Seriously, I think all passes got the exact opposite reaction they wanted. I'm friendly and bubbly, but in no means does that mean I'm flirting with you or I want to show you my tits. I got into some blatantly obvious and awkward situations. Also, the last day everyone thought I was with  tsumezyzco. You know, just because I'm walking around with a dude does not in fact mean that there is anything beyond platonic activity involved. I am dissappoint.

-Speaking of blatantly awkward situations! I somehow ended up in the manorgy room! It smelled like weight room and lube and sadness. I blame being drunk, and following other people around.

-I had my first shots of anything ever since that everclear someone dared me to drink when I was 18 (jello doesn't count). They aren't that hard to handle.

-When we arrived at the hotel, we immediately started drinking skittles vodka and 3 drinks later I decided to go to the artist alley. I -gushed- in a hyper drunk way at  ebonyleopard,  gnaw and  maxblackrabbit. Kindof embarrassed in retrospect, but I didn't get any better the rest of the con since I was on the verge of PANIC! at all moments and the booze was the only thing keeping my heart from exploding out of my chest like a alien spawn.

- I drunkenly drew a reference for  kamicheetah.

-If I'm on an elevator with you, visibly gagging up the NOTHING I've eaten all day, you need a shower. I don't understand how when there's a shower in every room, they didn't get used. Did you guys have rabies? Don't give me the crashed on the floor, wasn't supposed to be here excuse. If there's even the slightest chance that I'm going to be staying somewhere, I always pack at least extra underwear and a shirt. People are more than kind enough to share toiletries, not to mention the HOTEL will give you some as well.

-Someone fed me a questionable cookie and although it was delicious, it made me retarded sick.

-Oooold furries like cars and trains.

-I did a badge for someone and it was the MOST PRESSURE ever. It was her first badge ever and I was hyperventilating that she wouldn't like it and....well I'm glad its over.

-I met A LOT of awesome people, and honestly, I'd like to keep talking to them, but if I'm being annoying on here, just sortof give me a pat on the head and show me something shiny. I'll leave you alone for awhile.

-The bulldog puppies were adorable, but my friend's kitten was cuter. Tiny animals make me want them... or babies. D:

- donryu gave me a quicky adorable sketch. I'm not sure if I should pay him or give him art back or what, but I freaked out and ran away instead. I'm smooth.

-Considering I made quite a chunk of money without a proper display for the 2 and a half hours I was in the Artist Alley, I think I should probably plan ahead more next time around..maybe make some prints or some awesome and stuff. I dunno. Lol.

-I loved loved loved talking to  ebonyleopard but I didn't want to loom and impose and be a creeper, so I restrained myself from it. XD

There's probably more stuff, but it's morning and my kids are all 'blah blah blah blah blah' and it was all raining for some crazy reason.. so.. fuck it.

Oh, and the one thing I hated about MFF... I didn't have Mumford and Sons to inject straight into my veins. That man makes me swoon and love and...nuuuuuuuuuuuurgh. I was on withdrawl.

Regency O'hare, bitches. No room parties. I will come to yours, and it will be glorious and I will steal all your booze (or an appropriate amount, to which I will consume).

Who will you be with?
I will be rooming with  vulnerability and her lovely man, but that doesn't mean that I won't be stolen by someone else. Oh! And I think I convinced my friend Ashlee to show up at random, maybe... but she might not.

Do you do free art?
Um, no, because when I do, requests flood in and explode my brain and make me feel used. Sorry.

Do you do trades?
Trades! Yes! I will trade for ART (yours? or here's a short list of wants from the AA- Maxblackrabbit, Scappo, Faorenightclaw, Frisket), THINGS (dinner, booze, adorable knickknacks that I squee over).

Do you do commissions?
I don't think I will be doing commissions at the con this year. It is apparently VERY NO NO to do unless you are in the Artist Alley, and so I will only be in there to chatter/look at pretties. If you DO want art from me, read the above, I will trade STUFF and THINGS for it. :3

Do you have prints/CDs?
Oh, no. I am never sure how to gauge this. If I created an Art Cd for later consumption (not the coughing blood type), would anyone be interested? Should I devote a chunk of time to it?

Do you do badges?
Maybe, but I'm pretty terrible at them. I'm going to be working on a badge for myself this year, but otherwise, probably not.

Fuck no, that requires far more planning then I actually have in my tiny little brain.

I'm currently open for cheaper then usual commissions (think- half off my normal prices) in order to raise some funds to see if I can't actually buy myself some art there. My running tally of buying ONE commission EVER needs to change. If you people loved me, you'd help! And I'm giving you fluffy artwork in return!

I will be staying at the hotel, so I'll be there Friday-Sunday. I'm not sure if I'm going to be in the Artist Alley (it was amazingly stressful/hurt my back), but if you want artwork, I will gladly draw for you (I'll make sure to bring a pencil, but my inking pens are dead and carrying around markers is not that practical.)

It was amazing. There were epic jokes about murder, a guy who I'd love to troll at some point just because he doesn't have a sense of humor, and a lot of other hilarity.

I took the most terrifying horse ride ever. They gave me a horse with my personality and it was all twitchy and doing shit for the hell of it. Not to mention that when they said 'mountain trail' they meant 'Let's put this horse into all wheel drive and go offroading.' Going up wasn't so bad, it was the going down and the horse's love of doing little skips. I seriously have a blister from gripping onto the reins and pommel for dear life. At least it made me feel alive! Nothing like being at the mercy of a precipice and a large animal!

Party yesterday ended up being to amuse the girl who I promised it for. My cousin bailed out on me at the last minute because hers got sick. Whatever. I could go on about how it was terrible all day.

My plans for the next month or so-

Big thing in MO that I don't want to name because google will pick it up and then people will come snooping over here but it involves Harry Potter. I don't actually have a pass yet, but I have a room? I'm not exactly sure what's going on there. But it will be a few days in the woods with a bunch of really cool people and a bunch of booze.

Also, plans are up in the air for both MFF and going to New York for another HP thing. I've weighed the pros and cons of each (NY will be go go go leave immediately no stopping gogozoom). So, I'm probably going to MFF if  vulnerability gets the ducks in a row and tells me what's up. Either way, I'm going to the premier of HP7 at Navy Pier the night before. So, yeah, leaning heavily towards MFF. XD

Oh, and then it'll be Thanksgiving in the wonderful land of Waukesha.

I never know what to say in these journals. I don't actually do much- watch movies, play games, doodle, read books. I'm not overly exciting. I like stuff and things. Life is one big monotony. I don't get enough sleep. I'm so stressed out by my family and household that I have a small tic in the side of my face that just won't go away.

When I draw, it can only keep my attention so long. I can't just sit still and finish something anymore. I feel like i need to move, twitch, something. Panic attacks are regular visitors.

Though, none of this really matters. There are bright parts to my day along with the bad. I have learned to enjoy the very simple things that life has to offer, or be forced to enjoy nothing.
