Can I repost some of your art on my Tumblr/Facebook/Misc social media?
- Tumblr, is great though I do suggest you follow my blog over there & just reblog from me! Link Facebook, twitter, whatever else? Kinda wary about, however as long as you
credit me as the artist I suppose its just more exposure. As long as your not going around claiming my art as yours, we cool.
Do you do trades/free art?
- Trades I might accept, but I won't start on my half until your half is finished, OR I feel like your art is comparable to mine. We can discuss this further in notes if your interested.
Free art? pfft. The only way to get free art is to win it in a raffle, OR if you are SUPER SWEET and send like 10-20 new watchers/commissioners my way and they come and
are like, "yea, so and so sent me & I wanna buy some art".
Can you save me a slot?
- No, I can't save you a slot. I can however remind you of when I open.

How long have you been drawing? What made you start?
- I've been drawing all my life, my mom would put crayons in my hand and it would be time to doodle. I starting doing digital things... 2009 I believe.
Before I did digital I was strictly watercolor & traditional media, and unsurprisingly I mostly drew anime.
I was looking at your art queue and someone that commissioned after me got finished first. What gives?
- I work on a case by case basis. I sit down everyday and I look at my list and I ask, "What do I want to work on today?"
Sometimes another commission will catch my eye and it will get finished first, YCH's may also be finished first.
I will do my best however to make sure that everyone gets their piece in a timely manner. Please be patient.
Taxes
- Taxes have now been calculated into the default art price and are no longer added by paypal to the invoice.[/sub]
Can I give you creative freedom or do you want super details?
- PLEASE give me creative freedom. I can not stress this enough to commissioners.
I can generally come up with something more like what your looking for the first time around if you give me creative freedom.
I have spent A LOT of money going to college and taking super awesome art classes in order to be good at what I do.
Super details just restrict my creative flow and they drive me nuts. Also I've noticed that my pieces just don't turn out as well.
Do you have any discounts?
- The only discount I'm offering currently is for pictures with my own OC's or my BF ReyTiger 's OC. A list of my OC's can be found here.
I'm offering a 10% discount on commissions with one OC; 20% if you include 2 of the above OC's - Max 2 OC's to a picture
All ideas & such must be approved by us before the commission will be taken; We are rather particular about what scenes we will allow our characters to be in.
Any questions or ideas you'd like approved just send me a note & we can chat about it. :D

Disclaimer
- You must be 18+ to order.

Art Services

Payments & Payment Types

- Invoice will be sent upfront.
- I require payment upfront before I begin to draw.
- Invoices are required to have at least one payment on them within the first 3 days of it being sent.
IF the time frame passes and no payments have been made, I reserve the right to cancel your commission with no notification.

Communication & Manners

Time Frame
- 2-6 Weeks (For smaller projects)
- 1-3 Months (For larger projects)
References & Editing
- Image references for characters will be accepted. Text references are negotiable, commission dependent.
- You as the commissioner are responsible for the quality of your references. Please make sure your descriptions, requests, and references are clear, detailed, and concise, or you might not receive an accurate depiction of your character.
- If I, the artist, have not started your request you can amend the request by submitting the provided form again with all required information. - You as the commissioner are responsible in providing all of the information to your request in one form. (To the best of your ability)
- Completed commissions CANNOT be edited or colored by another artist including the commissioner.
- I, the artist, will not be held accountable to correct or adjust commissions due to unclear or un-defined information provided by the commissioner in the order form. I, the artist, will be accountable to correct or adjust commissions where I have failed to follow provided reference material.
- If artwork needs additional edits and the fault lies in the provided reference material by the commissioner edits may be requested. An additional fee for edits may be discussed. It is the commissioners right to refuse this fee. If fee is refused it is the artist right to refuse to make the edits.
Rework & Revisions Policy
Each commissioner is allowed three revisions to their commission. These revisions must be reasonable.
Extra charges will apply if there are more than three revisions needed.
- I reserve the right to reject suggestions and critique, if I feel said critique reduces the quality of the piece.
- I reserve the right to charge an extra $10 per sketch if I am required to completely scrap my original idea and start over.
- I reserve the right to recycle sketches and preparatory works that were rejected.
For completed works, I am more than willing to fix any small errors that are within reason of traditional/ digital media.
Refund Policy
- If I have not started on the artwork after the time-frame (refer to time frame section) has been passed, you may request a full refund.
- A refund will be granted within 1-2 weeks.
- If I have started on the artwork, and you request a refund, I will provide a partial refund (determined by percentage of how far the artwork has been completed).
Sharing & Usage Policy
- I reserve all artistic rights to my artwork; including commissioned pieces.
- In the event that I use the commissioned works (in galleries online or RL) I will name the commissioner accordingly.
- You, the commissioner, have the right to use the artwork wherever you see fit, so long as it is linked back to my gallery in some form.
- You, the commissioner, may not use my artwork for commercial use, or for profit.
