I'm making a new fursuit(?) of my Sonic FC that's been set aside for 2 years as I'm attending a local convention and I'll be going as Samantha the Hedgehog. BUT, she'll be cosplaying as Balrog from Street Fighter, I'm making the Balrog outfit too as well as her regular outfit! Looking forward to showing off my work. :D

In the meantime, I'm making more con badges for my characters so I can have more examples on what I can do.

Just for starting out, I'm only doing sprite-based images as I'm very confident with that. I can replicate sprites from 8-bit or 16-bit games so I can make your favourite character from your favourite SNES or Mega Drive game into a lovely cross stitch image. If you're interested in commissioning me or ask for a quote, message me here and I'll reply as soon as possible.
If you would like a sprite of an original character or one that's not from a game, you will have to supply your own image.
Original/Fan/copyrighted characters are accepted as well as pre-existing patterns.
Regular updates will be posted on my Instagram story (bluestrabie.arts) so you can stay updated with the comfort of knowing how far along your project is going.

Prices start at:
1-6 colour image: £27-49
7-14 colour image: £50-£80
15+ colour image: £80+
(These prices are a rough estimate as complexity of the image can be a factor in pricing as well as how long it would take to produce it)

I've put a deposit on the workspace shed and dad helped to make the space it'll sit on suitable as the back of the garden was unsuitable for it. I just have to pay the rest of the shed then it'll be made, rectify it and then fill it up with sewing equipment and supplies. I can't wait to get all of the fur and fleece out of my room.

I just noticed I haven't uploaded anything since May...goodness me.

I was going to rent an office space for my sewing business (so I can make fursuits for a living) but a friend suggested to make an outhouse in the back garden and we ran with the idea. I'll be having my own space in the back garden for my sewing and fursuiting. :D

It's going to be a bit pricey but it'll be much cheaper than renting. And we need to pour cement over the ground to have a foundation and clear out some junk and weeds.

Once I get a couple of fursuits done, I can officially start my business. :D

So I found an old video I thought I lost. I made it back in February 2009, before I had my YouTube channel (March 2009). What makes it cringey is that the choice of words are horrible and chav-like. I made a slideshow of a series of SSBB pictures I got off the internet and made a story out of it...it's really hard to understand without context and hard to follow. I would upload it but I already uploaded this month's video so it'll be in late June.

Funny enough, it was featured in a self-tribute video I made despite it not being uploaded to my channel. Also, it's got copyrighted music in it so I would get in some trouble if I upload it. I can just use the YouTube music swap so I don't get fired.

I'm going to UK Ponycon today! I'm gonna take some pictures and videos so I'll share them with you guys. I hope to buy some lovely stuff. Especially cuddlies! I wanna cuddle a pony. X3

Well, that's my summer holiday in a nutshell.

I've been having troubles with my Wii U and it makes Smash Bros unplayable (to a certain extent) and my console freezing when on the menu. GRRR!! This is most troublesome because I really want to download Ryu and play as him. >_<

I've called in to the Nintendo Customer Services but it didn't help. :(

I have to send in my console for inspection and hopefully, come back like it's brand new.

I should send in my old DS to repair the screens because it detached when I dropped it. I had it since 2005/6 so it has lasted a really long time. :)
I'll do that when I have money to burn.

After watching FlyingFlygon13's shiny hunting videos, it reminds me of times I've encountered shiny Pokémon from time to time. Not all encounters has resulted in captures but it's still a great feeling. ^ ^

I'm not going to rely on tricks to get shinies, I'm going to do REs (Random Encounters) to find them. I'm going to make YouTube videos of my findings. I've been hunting recently but to no avail. :(

I was thinking of possible fursonas and I feel like a cat relates me the most. Lazy, sits in the sunshine and getting serious when someone messes with me.

Yes, like me but with the cat traits exaggerate.

She's got a distinctive, yellow star on both flanks and she's still in touch with her human side.

Not much as I'm focusing on other characters.

Absolutely NOT!! She's a part of me!
