TLDR: My dog has to get a fatty tumor surgically removed from under his tail

Long version: For a while now, our dog Dutch has had a fatty tumor building up under his tail near his butt and my aunt, who is a vet assistant, today said he should get it removed asap since its gotten too big for her liking. My mum swears she said it would only cost $300, which actually isn't too bad for us, but my aunt said she never said that. If its closer to a thousand or more, then we're gonna have a problem. Because of this, I'm going to try and convince my mum to accept donations, for at least part of the vet bill if its too much (he's too young to be put down over something as simple as a fat tumor and my dad wouldn't allow it (he'd find his own way to pay for it I'm sure))

For those who have looked at my color work a lot, id like an honest opinion about it from you guys

Basically i wanna know if my coloring seems too basic. I feel like it is. Its just basic cel coloring, which actually isnt THAT much effort to do, slapping on colors, but what do you think?

If you believe this to be true, what do you think i should do to snazz it up more? What should i try differently? If you have any tips, suggestions, or know any coloring tutorials i should try, please share!

It would be kind of a strange art idea to sell, but would anyone buy paw commissions, front or back? I Know a few furs who love paws, so maybe there's some hype for them?

They'd be priced at $5, fully rendered (lined, colored, and shaded) and I can try more than just basic flat on the ground standing poses. I'll go ahead and whip up some examples if anyone's interested

Well this is one item i can cross off my unintentional bucket list: getting bit by a big dog

As of now im fine. so far no infection or hot burning sensation and besides some stinging earlier im pain free. my mum and i will keep a close eye on it tonight and hopefully it wont get any worse than it is (its really not that bad; dont believe it puntured much)

I’m gonna need some help from any and all of my lovely creative followers, if you are willing

My mum and I have considered doing collaborated freelance in art, but first we need to see if my mum still has her artistic skills she had growing up. She has done traditional pieces many times over the years and is a great graphic designer (she used to use a program called Quark on her mac) She knows very little about digital art (she uses Publisher usually) but she knows I’m pretty decent at it, so she believes we can work together to make lovely masterpieces. She has drawn people and animals, so she’s decent with anatomy. She has those skills, I do not, but I’m best with digital while she isn’t, so we feel we’d make a great team!

So where does that leave you guys? What sort of help can you give us? Well for starters, we need ideas to draw. We don’t quite know where to start to make our examples (we need to test if we are indeed compatible also) so I figured asking all of you lovely artistic and imaginative people for drawing ideas would be a great help

So here’s what we’d like ideas for:
–Animals (extinct, mythical, fantasy, etc)
–People (real people, fictional characters (please avoid fandom characters. If you have fictional characters, send some refs if youve got em) and people of myth/religion)
–Plants (any kind you can think of; flowers, trees, etc)
–Landscapes (rocks, waters, city/town/deserted/abandoned locations, etc)

So if you could send us various ideas (single or multiple if you got them) that would do us a great service! Please private message me if interested. I will give you my e-mail so that I can forward your idea(s) to my mother
