Posted 3 years agoMy PR agent says that my previous vent post comes off as mean and insensitive, so i took it down. To sum up a big old book.
Be wary of contant vent posting. Ask me for me details if you want my insight.

4 Years?!
Posted 3 years agoIt seems like the only time I look at this website is every 4 years, and each time it serves as a time capsule to who I am as a person lol. This last break has been the most impactful period of life and personal growth I've had. Got priorities straight, and realized my limits lol. Hermiting out on here gunna try to get more art and stuff done and relax 😌 peaceful, moisturized, in my lane, thriving.
Can't be negative for no reason these days. Keeping it together makes me not want to deal with people too much, but if it's all chill brah say hi. Going to the cons.
Still playing all the same games. Looking forward to doing darktide. Going to attempt to get good at it, "For the Emp'ra!" And all that. Anyone who reads this, what are you doing with your life?! Lol hello and I hope you're well. Even if you're a piece of shit. Haven't we all been there? Lol Sally forth! Life and improving it awaits!

Hi
Posted 8 years agoI haven't written a journal in three years and so it is obviously page has gotten a tad dusty. Either way I have updated my page and made everything current.
Since the last time I updated I have graduated University , got an office job, and enjoyed three wonderful years with my kitty boyfriend.
I'm surrounded by so many amazing artists in my life and they're always pushing me to keep practicing, but I don't really have the time and inclination unless I owe it to someone, as a result I had an idea. I'll do my best sketch for a dollar if someone gives me a reference. Don't get me wrong I know my art isn't worth anything, it's just for the time lol. 1$
Anyways take care everyone and start out your new year strong. Happiness, peace, positivity, and balance are what I'm radiating this year. Leggoooo
Phone updating is a pain in the asshole.

Thoughts on Midwest Furfest
Posted 11 years agoEver since I been in the furry fandom since I was in the 7th grade, (4th year of college now) I never been too any furry events. I would complain about how there weren't any close to me. Turns out I live about an hour and ten minutes away from Midwest furfest so I decided, I been involved long enough might as well go. I was only there on Saturday 10-1:30 am or so.
Between the cool people I met and the fun events that I went too, it was hard to find a boring moment and I went to that shit alone. Of course not everyone is like this, but it really did have the feel of one big furry family. Staff were helpful and nice and everyone was friendly and wanted to take/be in pictures. I can definitely see why people travel in packs though since it can be difficult to find a group that's not preoccupied with each other, but not impossible.
One of the things that threw me was while, the presence of the unfortunate stereotypes the furry fandom is victimized by were definately present in strength, there were also a lot of stereotype crushing happenings that I witnessed. For example, about 85% of the fursuiters were legit beautiful people that I saw with their heads off, like mainstream media hot! Many of the people walking around held prestigious jobs or were well off themselves and intelligent without being emotionally immature or all around childish. I won't lie I saw a few 40+ niggas playing with plushies as if they were 6 and being strange, but then I figured, this is the only place that these weirdos can be and not get locked up.
I met people of all different religions too which was refreshing. I'm religious myself and it kills me to see faith dying in handfuls among the population and its really inspirational to me to meet furries that still believe in something. People in general that do.
Alot of my old furry friends have hung theur fur up and left the fandom, but corny as it sounds, going to one of these was very confirming. My whole life isnt centered around it, but its important to my identity and i cant see myself quitting.
It was a sad thing to leave, but I'm getting a group together for next year and its gunna rock.
