Well, he's more of an acquaintance really. It actually came up during an interesting conversation.

My friends and I were playing D&D (4th edition), and we got on the subject of bestiality (again). Well, a little while into the conversation, I say, "Well then, technically if my character fucked anything, it would be bestiality," (I play a dragonborn {go figure}). Then my friend chimes in, "Actually, that would be 'yiff'."

At this point, I'm acting like I have never heard the word, while he starts explaining it, and how one of the guys we know is 'in to that'. Then things start to get awkward, and there is a bit of an awkward silence for about 30 seconds or so.

I might confront my acquaintance later on about it, maybe not. However, based on how my other friends feel about him, I don't think I'll tell them I'm a fur (well, scalie). Not that I'm afraid we won't be friends anymore, but odds are, there will be awkwardness.

Which brings me to my next point. I think I'm gonna make a separate account for my vore/macro/micro art, and delete it from this one. Mostly because I'm fairly anonymous online, and therefor a bit more open to what my...er...kinks... are. However, the idea that some of my friends might find out doesn't really feel right to me. I mean, everyone should have their secrets.

So, to recap, an acquaintance is a fur, might confront him but not others, gonna make an account for vore/macro/micro. When I make it, I'm gonna delete art of the subject from this account. You'll be able to find it again if you search for it, but I'm not gonna link it.

...Because it's the least I can do.

The Island of Doctor Monroe is an awesome movie that I have not seen in over 10 years.

So, this pretty much applies only to those that have me on their messenger lists.

Well, you guys know I'm always invisible on YIM. This is mostly because I'm busy most of the time, and I figure if it's really important, you will try and contact me with a simple, 'hello?'.
And for the most part, that's how it plays out.

However, I'm also a lazy bastard, and when I'm not busy, I won't change it. Even so, I'm usually more than willing to chat, even if I'm not busy. I think the fact that I'm always invisible turns all but a few people away from chatting with me.

For this reason, sometime today, I'm going to come out of hiding (so to speak) and just keep my status as 'busy'. This way, I at least let everyone know I'm busy, but most importantly, you know I'm on.

Now, I know what you're all thinking, "No you didn't, that doesn't come out until the 1st of may."

Now, this is true, it doesn't. HOWEVER, thanks to my friend, he downloaded a leaked version of the film, and thanks to his boss, we watched it on a projector screen.

Trust me, I'm still going to pay to see it in movie theaters, mostly for the following reason.

Because it was the leaked version, there were many things that were not finished. A TON of the sequences were not 100% rendered, were in 2D, and there were several scenes where you could see wires. It made it so that a lot of the would be epic scenes were a little less epic. Most notably, the reactor scene.

But, that aside, it was still an awesome movie. It explains almost his entire past, up to the point where he loses his memory, and the seconds thereafter.

I'll end this with, Ku-ku-kachoo got screwed. When you see the movie, you'll understand what I mean.

Bumping my last journal, because, well, yeah...

*Ahem* Anyway, I do this thing called 'Belegarth'. If you've watched the movie 'Role Models' then you've seen something -like- it. However, let me make this clear, it is NOT LAIR. The only similarities between the two, is that we fight with the same kinds of weapons, and we wear the same kinds of clothes.

Other than that, the rules are pretty different. We are only interested in the fighting. If you went around 'casting spells' at a practice or an event, you would get laughed at, and then flogged. We also hit a -lot- harder. Like, enough to leave good sized bruises. Which brings me to my next point. I got hit in the eye today at practice, a pretty good hit too. It's slightly swelled, and very red. It feels like I swam in a pool with too much chlorine. However, I just put my headband over it, and continued fighting. I even took a solid hit to the genitalia, and I was back up after about 5 minutes, BECAUSE I AM NOT A PANSY >=[ (came close to puking though..)

One of the reasons we are also known as 'Stick Jocks', because we play through the pain.

My depth perception sucked though. Well, on the subject of what we wear, typically medieval type clothes. Anyway, I asked our group leader if it would be alright to by, and then modify a bath robe, and he said most definitely. Because I had the great idea to buy a robe from, say, GoodWill, and then make the same outfit that Slate wears.

On a side note, it is very good exercise.

Okay, that's it. I know, I'm a bit of a nerd for doin' this, but it is fun and addicting as hell! Seriously, I like it for the same reason I like airsoft and paintball. I get to beat up my friends and vice-versa =P

It didn't occur to me until after I clocked out that (unless my mom told me the wrong date) today was the last day to have my state taxes in on time... Now, obviously, it is partially my fault for not getting it in on time, however, my mom was helping me with it (the papers that I needed and whatnot).

What pisses me off is that I told her 3 or 4 times every week for the past couple months that I need those papers. Granted, I only owe $8 state, it's still gonna be late, and I'm probably gonna be fined for it... Damnit....

Also, I'm glad to see that so many people were interested in trading with me, glad to know my art is worth it!!

Seriously though, don't think I'm trying to guilt trip anyone into trading with me. I'm sure you all have your reasons =P

So, after I got home from hanging out with my friends today, I started reading an online comic called, "Looking For Group", first -kinda- pointed out to me by  Sled_Storm.

I have to say, it is an awesome series, full of fantasy, adventure, comedy, spontaneous song and combustion... Killing of innocents or saying things at inappropriate times.

Honestly, I'm sure it is good on it's own, but if you're like me and play D&D (lol rhyme), then I'm sure you'll find it about as awesome and hilarious as I do!

Working on page 5 of my comic, I just need to add the speech bubbles and whatnot. I'm actually surprised I did it the way I did, I mean, just by adding to lines and I would have to put a mature label on it :O

Bought another drawing book, this time on Fantasy. I already learned a good spitballing technique for getting through artist's block.

In other, completely unrelated news, last week, a friend of mine said something to me.

"If you think of it, 'Beauty and the Beast' promotes bestiality." To which I replied, "Nah, I think it just promotes the furry fandom." Which got me thinking, I'm surprised I haven't seen any Belle and Beast porn floating around. Granted, I wasn't looking for it, but then I realized if someone did make it, they would risk serious lawsuits by Disney, as they seem to get up in arms about everything that's theirs and used without permission.

Oh, I almost forgot. I'm not gonna be online until saturday night. My best friend is in town for spring break, so I'm going over to his house until then. As always when I go over there, I'll bring my tablet so that I can get some work done on my comic (which I just finished pg. 4 last night). However, this means you won't be able to contact me on either of the Chats that I use, or here... Speaking of which, I have to pack!

I wish there more months in the year, that way I could fit everyone that replied in it...

However, I had an idea.

There will only be one character per month, and December will still be a group picture, with this change...

I still have yet to decide who will be in each month though... Ah well, I just under 9 months to decide :D

I know this is waaaay early to think of this, but to kick off 2010, I'm gonna make a calender! And, it will feature someone for almost every month :D

Well, I'm finished with the first two pages of the comic I'm working on. A friend is keeping me on track, so that I don't deviate from working on it. However, since all my focus is going towards that, don't expect to see any art from me for a couple weeks, as I'm not sure how long this is going to take me.

Once this comic is done and posted, I'm going to start gifting people =D
I'll be gifting both friends and people who's character I think is either cool or unique. This might mean a combination of the two!

However, if you think you have to ask for a piece of gift art from me, odds are you aren't one of the people I plan on gifting, sorry.

Now, let me tell you a little bit about the comic, that way you know what to expect.

It has a fantasy theme, mixed with a touch of sci-fi. If you pay attention to it, you'll learn a bit about Asteran culture. It will take place in, or rather under, the Asteran capital city. While most of it will be fairly calm, you can bet there will be some fight scenes!

The Ceremony of the Flightless...

First off, I donated to a charity today. It's to help the fight against cancer ^,=,^ Sure, it was only a dollar, but that was only part one. In June, I'm gonna be doing a run/walk thing known as Relay for Life. That is the major thing against cancer that I'll be doing.

So, that's the good thing I did/will be doing.

As far as the rest of today... I got electrocuted... Sort of. For those of you that don't know, I work at a grocery store. Well, I was going to fill ice during my shift today. I opened the freezer door, and pushed the pallet jack in. Next thing I know, there is a sharp pain in my arm, and sparks flying out of the side of the door. Thank goodness the pallet jack had momentum, and therefore didn't stay in contact with the wires. I looked down at where the jack made contact with the door, and sure enough, there was exposed wiring. So, told my boss, and lucky for us, there was like, 7 electricians at the store already working on installing new equipment in our bakery.

So, that's all the important news for today.

OH!! I'm working on another comic. However, due to my track record, you might assume I'm not gonna finish it. Well, I think I'm gonna finish it before posting a single page. Hopefully that strategy will work better =P

The pictures for my 'art dump' are coming along slowly. I did one picture out of the blue today, as a form of 'break' from doing what I normally do. I posted it somewhere else, uncolored, but the more I think of it, the more I want to color it, and post it here. Anyway, most of the stalling has to do with the recent release of the game and purchase of Halo Wars, and my recent purchase of The Orange Box.

Anyway, it will probably be a while before I make that art dump. Though I might submit that one picture soon.

Next order of business. There are a few pictures I want to gift to people, but knowing that one of my friends is the only one that commissioned me wouldn't feel right to me to have him pay, while others get art for free...

About an hour or so ago, I beat the new game Halo Wars. Good thing I had the day off, because it took me about 10 hours to do... Anyway, I must say, it was a pretty fun game. For a console based RTS (real time strategy) game, the controls were very smooth, and easy to get used to. The cinematics in between each mission were simply amazing!

Other stuff. Well, I'm still working on the prize pictures, though I'm taking a slight break from them to work on some scenery stuff. This means it will most likely be a week or so before you see any art from me, but I'll be making a bit of an art dump of both furry and non furry related pics ^,=,^

I'm still gonna be around, commenting here and there, working on said art, and playing Halo Wars every now and then, so... Yeah. I think that's about it.

So, my sickness never got too bad, but it hasn't really gone away. It's been kind of a roller coaster.

But enough of that. I bought a 250GB external hard drive today for only $71.99 (on sale plus employee discount is the wootness!). However, I'm not sure what I should configure it for...

I'm planning on getting a Window's OS here soon, most likely XP, so I'm tempted to wait, so I can configure the external hard drive for Windows. This way, anything I save on the Windows side of my Mac, won't take up any room on my actual computer. Which is why I'm wanting your opinions on this!

In other news. After I got off work, I started watching one of my favorite artists Ustream. And I must say, she does some epic stuff!

Okay, I should probably get some drawing done. I have three pics in mind (well, a bunch technically).


One I have actually started on, but I might scrap it, and start all over at a later time, just because I'm unhappy with most of it.

The second is  Dragonfireny's prize. I'm gonna be getting to this first.

The third (or technically more) is going to be some scenery practice actually. For the sake of creativity, they are going to be from area's of Vmufan Nayms. A cookie to those who remember what that is, as I mentioned it in one of my more recent pics =P

Okay, that's it, I must draw... And finish eating my chicken pot pie!
