Pulling out of FA.
Posted a year agoToday I should be focusing solely on finishing work I have pending at the university, however, due to today's circumstances, I need to send this journal as soon as possible.
I announce that, as of today, I will stop using Furaffinity.
The changes that were introduced today in the AUP are something I have never seen in an art platform before. Someone smarter would have put an outright ban if they didn't want our content on the platform, but that's not the case, and instead, they made it ambiguous.
Any ABDL and babyfur artist knows that regression and diaper use are the mainstays of our work, and are in high demand in commission work. Banning them from Furaffinity will practically erase a huge presence of our work. I won't commit to making a “sovereign citizen” speech here, but it's pretty obvious that the mass reporter got what they wanted.
My Furffinity account has no content that, to the naked eye, violates the AUP.
However, my trust has been eroded.
I will not purge this account, but I will stop posting my work here.

I'm very sorry to have to do this, but I don't stay where I or my work is not welcome.
