Terms of Service

01 - As the artist I may deny your Commission for any reason, I am not obligated to draw anything.
02 - I will only start work on your Commission once I receive the full payment. The only exception here are Comics which can be payed per panel.
03 - Obstructed Characters may end up costing up to 40% less depending on how much of their body is covered, how much tho is something I decide.
04 - More complicated characters may end up increasing the final price.
05 - Paypal only.
06 - I only accept Euro or Dollar as Payment.
07 - Any changes to the Commission can only be made during the sketch phase once this phase is done no more Changes can be made.
08 - I have the right to post your commission unless a Privacy Fee has been payed
09 - You can post your Commission to your gallery and or Website.
10 - You may not remove the signature and or watermark as well as reselling art from me. The only exception here are Adoptables, with these you are allowed to resell them.
11 - Refunds will be given depending on how much work has already been done.
12 - If you act Rude or even Abusive towards me during a commission phase a refund will be made and I will no longer work on your commission, a temporary or even permanent ban from commissioning me again might follow.
13If during a Commission I become ghosted by you and not recive an answer within the next 6 months, your commission will be canceld and may be used in other projects.
14If you commission any kind of art from me any and all owners of characters used within this piece have to give consent to be used in the piece.
