by commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms.
THINGS TO BE MINDFUL OF
I have some medical conditions that limit the time I am able to work on art. This includes my hand, back, chronic fatigue and mental health. Commissions can be delayed due to these conditions. I try my best however to deliver art within an acceptable time.
If my conditions are too severe and last a few days, I will contact you and let you know what is happening. I make sure to keep commissioners as up to date as I can.
ARTIST RIGHTS
~ I may display the commissioned artwork on my online profiles across all platforms.
~ Use the artwork for self promotion or as examples of commissions.
~ Artwork will not be sold to another person unless discussed in terms of Convention Prints if this may arise.
~ I can refuse a commission for any reason at any time and only a 50% refund will be issued.
COMMISSIONER RIGHTS
~ You may post to your page, profile or social media (including pages) provided you use proper credits
~ You may print out your artwork for personal use
~ You can not claim the artwork as your own
~ Commercial use of the artwork is not allowed.

~ Prices may vary slightly depending on individual commissioner quotes, characters, circumstances or patreon level

REFUNDS
~ Only a 50% refund will be given upon request with a valid reason
~ If I am unable to finish the commission for any reason I will refund the full amount
