I pre-ordered my own copy way back in July 2015 when the idea was first trying to get funded. (Inkshares is kind of like Kickstarter for books.) The project was funded ages ago, but it's still taking pre-orders for both an eBook version and a hardcover version! It should be out and hit bookstores on April 19th this year!!

I figured some of you fuzzbutts might be interested so I wanted to pass the word along. Once I receive my copy, I will post some more about it!

hi all, sorry for the hiatus! I had some major surgery back in April, and I was living with my mom while I recovered. I'm back in action now though so I will try to keep up with this account going forward.

Thanks for all your support during the contest, it was fun, maybe in a year or two we can try again!

Our 2015 sloth art contest has begun!!

The theme is "Friendship." Any art that fits the theme and contains a sloth character will be accepted! If you cannot enter this year, please at least let your sloth-loving friends know about this contest so that we can get more entries!

If you would like to be a judge for the sloth art contest, POST HERE SOMETIME THIS WEEK!!

I will try to allow everyone who wants to be a judge, but there needs to be an odd number for breaking ties! (I guess if an even number signs up, I will be a judge, but if an odd number signs up, I will abstain).

Deadline for signing up to be a judge is Sunday, January 18th. :3

If you are a judge in the sloth art contest, you can still enter art into the contest! You cannot vote for your own art, however--meaning your chances of winning are reduced. If you're really intent on winning the contest, it's probably best *not* to be a judge.

Voting will take place in runoff fashion, where you pick your top three in order, and if your top choice is eliminated your vote switches to your second choice, and again to the third choice, until a winner is decided.

I'm thinking that the judges should also be responsible for picking the contest theme :3

Please only sign up to be a judge if you will log into FA at least once a week for the foreseeable future!

People know me very well and I got it twice for Christmas XD

I was thinking about using it as a contest prize! I would need two other judges for the contest and I would need to gauge how much interest there might be in this activity. You can submit a new piece or a piece that you've already created. Every contest entry would be uploaded to this account, with a big fat link back to you, and the contest winner would receive the sloth calendar, which I would ship to them personally.

Who am I missing??

Hello all you lovely sloths and sloth-lovers!

You may have noticed that this group has been very inactive lately. This is because our wonderful founder,  SeizurE-BerserK, has needed to step down from administrating this group due to lack of time.

Therefore I,  Tica, have stepped in to help!

Since I spend a lot of my free time looking for sloth artists and sloth art on FA anyway, I might as well do it on behalf of this group, right?

Keep spreading the word and eventually we'll take over FA, just you wait and see :3

If you would like to submit a piece of sloth-related art for this group to upload, or if you would like for us to collect your ref here in case we ever decide to commission a group photo of our slothy members, note me here and I will take care of you!

Welcome to all the new followers/members!
Slowly but surely we are spreading word of this group. (as is typical sloth style~)

We have been tossing around the idea of asking everyone to send us a link of their slothy reference sheets and we can post them here on the group.
That way we can have all the members refs up on here for others to draw if they so desire. Or if we ever get big enough to have a group picture drawn we can have all the refs here.
