Upset and Disappointed
General | Posted 4 years agoI may be just one person, But I know I'm not alone when I say that this is by far one of the most disappointing news I've witnessed. I thought the world was past this type of mindset, yet I'm sadly mistaken.
I'm not going to go on about the recent news as many are most likely up-to-date, so I'll give a TL:DR.
I'm against this idea of war, it's even more ridiculous to know who started it.
This is a selfish act as a whole, and they should be ashamed.
"Grow up" isn't a term that can be used anymore, but should be stated.
Be role models, not villains.
My best wishes go out to those Afflicted by current World Events.

Hope everyone is doing alright so far! The fight against ze bad bugs of Covid Continues! Great news though! Vaccines are currently rolling out as we speak as was stated in the news, Which is awesome~! During this turnaround I may have been quite inactive lately due to work and stuff, but I have been hanging in there myself. Kicking the butt of this global pandemic in the butt the only way I know how, by being safe! xP
Anyways! Updates and stuff...
The Comics "Playful Distractions" and "Meeting the Band" are still in the works, so please don't fret! We're all making an effort to make every new page as satisfying as the last, striving to squeeze out the most potential out of every page. We hope that our efforts aren't in vain as we do wish to do our very best to keep the readers intrigued and interested in seeing more. Each respective artist posts updates on the comic in their Patreons, so if you're hungry for a sneak preview, I encourage you to chip in your support to see the latest updates. ^.^

Addressing a leaking problem

First and foremost, I hope everyone here is staying safe and healthy from the Co-Covid Jambo! Remember to practice social distancing and this will hopefully blow over relatively soon!
Now for the main issue at hand... It has come to Pak and I's attention that our comic is being leaked onto various websites. Now I don't think this is necessarily a bad thing as it shows how excited our fanbase has become in wait of future page releases and content we provide. We cannot express how much we appreciate your love and support! Thank you! But alas, as much as I appreciate the love for our comic, it also shows off unpolished / un-revised pages, leading others to believe that we do not care about our dedication to the quality of our page's content. Pak and I have decided to delay page releases for this very reason, to make sure every spelling error as well as little details aren't overlooked and remedied as soon as possible. Please do not think that we don't care as we're doing our very best to make sure our comic's content is at it's very peak! :(
We have tried to contain the leaks by applying a 'Non-Intrusive' watermark, so that it doesn't distract the Patreon Supporters from enjoying a lovely preview of the page's content. However it has not prevented any more leaks from being shown to the public, so we may have to go back to the drawing board for this one.
If anyone reads this, please please please refrain from posting our unfinished pages to the public as we're constantly revising it often. I tend to second guess the texts and spot out parts of the page where details could possibly be added. We truly do appreciate your love and support though! We can't thank you enough~! The comic will still be free for everyone to view, however, it will remain two pages behind the Patreon releases for editorial reasons. Thank you for understanding.
One more thing! CALLING ALL TRANSLATORS! If anyone is willing to translate the comic's text so that it may be readable for audiences around the world, please do! I have seen a complete Spanish translation of the comic and I couldn't fathom how awesome it was! Whoever did that, Thank you! It's super cool! <3

"Playful Distractions" was an idea I've brought up to Pak009 as a fun commission idea to help him with his downtime as he wasn't a very well known artist at the time. It started out as a little "Test" to see how we can synergize my vision with his artistic talent, but as the pages begun to roll out, you lovely watchers started coming in and started showing your support right away! We were so blown away at our growing fanbase we were sort of left speechless in our casual chats. ( Again, I cannot express how grateful we are in words alone~! ) [ 2100+ Watchers 490+ Currently] Which is really amazing and made me cry at some point or another in happiness. THANK YOU!
During this little project we have met so many amazing people artists and furries alike~! Its awesome to see how this community can come together and share their interests as well as their support, It has definitely made a positive change in myself as a person and how I viewed the furry community. I can happily say the comic was a smashing success and it was a definite privilege to have worked alongside not only Pak009, but to many other artists as well~! They have become amazing friends and I wouldn't want anything more than to see them succeed and become successful artists! THANK YOU~!
We will definitely be looking into experimenting with new things to produce some unique and amazing stuff so keep an eye out~!

First I would love to thank you all for your kind words and massive support you all have been giving me the whole time I have been here on FurAffinity. It is amazing and I deeply appreciate each and every single one of you~! I hope to continue impressing you all with the content I help create even though I am not an artist myself.
250+ Watchers and still rising! I will have to come up with a lovely milestone gift for you all to enjoy! I will come up with something neat + Unique for you all to partake in later on soooo keep an eye out for it~!
