It's been a long time coming
General | Posted 5 years agoAfter a lot of thought over this past year and being very unhappy with my prices, I've updated my commission prices and sheet. I want to still offer commissions but I want to have an emphasis on ychs. My ychs will always be cheaper than my coms. I've increased my prices based on the amount of business I've gotten this past year and the amount of growth I've had as an artist and I think these prices are fair for the amount of time that I put into my work. I've had too many people for my liking tell me my prices before were too cheap, so here we are. I'm much more comfortable now, and I thank everyone who has helped me over this year to get better and develop my style more. Well this is a bit rambly now so I'll cut off, anyway, thanks to you all for your support again and have a good night!

Another loss

General | Posted 5 years agoI do not consent to my art being uploaded anywhere without linking credit back to me and I do not consent to anyone uploading my art that didn't commission the art in the first place. I NEVER consent to my art being uploaded on imgur or instagram. The only places I upload my art are here and twitter. If you see someone posing as me reuploading my art anywhere else they are not me.
Another loss
General | Posted 5 years agoIt seems like just yesterday I learned of the unexpected passing of one of my pets, now today I was called to let me know that my 26 year old cat has been put down. He was in good health until about a week ago, so I was told.
So I think understandably, I'm going to take a few days off to collect myself. I'll appreciate your patience in this time.
Mikey was older than me. From my oldest memories he was there. It's always hard to lose a pet, especially lifelong ones.
Please, if you have pets, give them love for me.

General | Posted 5 years agoGonna take a few days off. One of my childhood pets passed and I just found out. After I post the few things I've got finished up today, I'll not be online for a few days, I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

So please make sure the ref given is accurate to your character, not shaded, and shows everything I need so colors, anatomy, and such are accurate. It is not my fault if I get markings and colors wrong if given a shaded ref or a ref that does not show markings and/or colors accurately. It is not my job to look through your gallery to find a better pic.
- I do not work off photo references of real animals/pets.
- I reserve the right to deny commissions purely of copywritten characters if I do not feel comfortable taking them.
- Unless a ych or sale specifically says no wips, I will only send wips when asked and it must be before payment. Otherwise I will assume you don't want them. If I'm sending wips throughout the commission process they will be only at sketch, line, and finished.
- I do not consent to any wips of my work being uploaded, ever.
- Account must be at least a month old and have things on it. This rule can be circumvented if an artist can vouch for you from a previous commission.
- I WILL NOT draw or include any symbol or phrase that relates back to a government or hate group. I am okay with including current-day nation flags but no flags from the past.
In a rush?
Unless otherwise stated in the description I do not give guaranteed turnaround times. But if you are wanting your commission done first or by an upcoming date I can do that for you for an additional base price of $25. This price may increase based on the complexity of your commission.

Unless otherwise stated in the description there will be an additional fee for:
- Not having a proper ref. A proper reference sheet is defined, in my book, as having at the very minimum- an unshaded full body and a palette. This is on a case-by-case basis so please note me if you are unsure if I will charge a fee or how much it may be. This fee includes, but is not limited to....

During the process...
Regarding WIPs - One or two small edits during this process are fine, especially if I have missed something. Changing the whole character after I've already sketched and edited it is unacceptable) will not only make me blacklist you from future commissions, but I will also charge you for the additional work and time.
- If I have not posted anything regarding commissions, or messaged you personally regarding your commission, and you would like an update, feel free to note me AFTER 90 days has passed. This does NOT guarantee your commission will be completed in that time. I do not offer estimations on when your commission will be finished.
- You can view your position on the queue on my Trello.
- You may only ask for a refund after 3 months have passed.
EXCEPTION: Large commissions (like comics) that will take longer than 3 months will have no refunds unless 6 months have passed and the commission has not been finished.
Once Finished...
- No cropping/Taking out my watermark/signature. This will result in an immediate beware.
- Only the commissioner/owner of the character may use and/or re-upload with credit to me.
- Credit means having a LINK back to my profile and/or the sales post.
- Credit must be given to ALL postings of the commission on ANY site.
- My work is not to be uploaded to https://rule34.xxx/
- You cannot trace, or use for profit in any way (this includes use as an NFT).
- Under no circumstances can anything I draw, commissioned or otherwise, be used for commercial purposes or to make physical goods such as, but not limited to: prints, body pillows, stickers, and clothing. This includes character designs as well. This also includes any sort of NFT.
- You cannot claim the art is yours.
- I have the rights to the art, which by accepting TOS you also are agreeing for me using it for advertising purposes and portfolio pieces as well as possible prints in the future. You have the rights to your character, but I own the art that I make.
- You're not allowed to edit the finished product at all.
- If I missed something on the ref given you have 24 hours to contact me for a small edit.
- If you are wanting additional changes I am happy to work with you following the guidelines below.
Post Fees...

Before you buy...
- Rarely will I do holds, but feel free to ask, it's very likely I will do holds over a certain amount of time as long as there is 100% guarantee of payment (aka no backing out when the day comes for you to pay) If this happens more than once you will be blocked and a beware made.
- Trades are to be talked about before a claim is made and I must have clear communication on the process.
Payment:
- Payment is USD only and must pay within 24 hours of claiming. - DO NOT SEND PAYMENT BEFORE I ACCEPT YOUR CLAIM
- Any hold or payment plan will require an invoice to be pre-sent out as proof of the promise to pay.
- No refunds will be given once paid and/or TOS is broken.
- Payment plans may be available, just note me to talk about it beforehand.
Extras/Fees...
- Ad-Ons like outfits, nsfw versions, hair versions, etc, can be discussed for an additional price
- Edits of the character can be discussed at an additional price
After Purchase:
- Once paid the adoptable is yours, the above rules still apply.
- If a character was gotten for FREE for, it CANNOT be sold, only traded or gifted. It does not matter how much extra art there is. This is a permanent rule and persists throughout every transfer of the character.
- If a character was TRADED for, it CANNOT be sold, only traded or gifted. It does not matter how much extra art there is. This is a permanent rule and persists throughout every transfer of the character.
- Trades CANNOT be traded back unless talked about beforehand.
- The adoptable cannot be sold for more than bought for unless it comes with extra art. This also includes turning around and making the adopt into a suit to be sold. (personal suits are fine, but buying it with the intent to make a suit to sell is breaking my TOS)
- You are NOT permitted to turn an adopt I make into a closed/personal species.
- Adoptable can be changed to any gender or species unless stated otherwise in the description.
- Adoptable can have small minor changes to future art (YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CHANGE THE CURRENT ART ON YOUR OWN - PLEASE REFER TO THE EXTRAS/FEES SECTION ABOVE). If the changes become so major they look like 2 very different characters I will note you about breaking TOS and I will re-upload my original design and you will no longer have rights to it or get a refund.
- You may use the adoptable in free stories, artwork, crafts, etc. however you see fit.
- You may NOT use the adoptable for commercial use - aka a game/book/etc that is SOLD, and this includes any use as an NFT
- Notify me if the adoptable has a new owner, so I can make sure it wasn't stolen if I see it re-posted.
- ALWAYS credit me for the design and LINK back to my FurAffinity. If uploaded to toyhouse, credit my toyhouse Smuppetfan69
- ALWAYS give credit to anyone else - ie the base maker, original artist, etc
If any chargebacks are made I will immediately put the character back up for sale and post a beware. You will be blocked and lose all rights to the character and the art.

Adopts / Character Sales:Before you buy...
- Rarely will I do holds, but feel free to ask, it's very likely I will do holds over a certain amount of time as long as there is 100% guarantee of payment (aka no backing out when the day comes for you to pay) If this happens more than once you will be blocked and a beware made.
- Trades are to be talked about before a claim is made and I must have clear communication on the process.
Payment:
- Payment is USD only and must pay within 24 hours of claiming. - DO NOT SEND PAYMENT BEFORE I ACCEPT YOUR CLAIM
- Any hold or payment plan will require an invoice to be pre-sent out as proof of the promise to pay.
- No refunds will be given once paid and/or TOS is broken.
- Payment plans may be available, just note me to talk about it beforehand.
Extras/Fees...
- Ad-Ons like outfits, nsfw versions, hair versions, etc, can be discussed for an additional price
- Edits of the character can be discussed at an additional price
After Purchase:
- Once paid the adoptable is yours, the above rules still apply.
- If a character was gotten for FREE for, it CANNOT be sold, only traded or gifted. It does not matter how much extra art there is. This is a permanent rule and persists throughout every transfer of the character.

- Trades CANNOT be traded back unless talked about beforehand.
- The adoptable cannot be sold for more than bought for unless it comes with extra art. This also includes turning around and making the adopt into a suit to be sold. (personal suits are fine, but buying it with the intent to make a suit to sell is breaking my TOS)
- You are NOT permitted to turn an adopt I make into a closed/personal species.
- Adoptable can be changed to any gender or species unless stated otherwise in the description.
- Adoptable can have small minor changes to future art (YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CHANGE THE CURRENT ART ON YOUR OWN - PLEASE REFER TO THE EXTRAS/FEES SECTION ABOVE). If the changes become so major they look like 2 very different characters I will note you about breaking TOS and I will re-upload my original design and you will no longer have rights to it or get a refund.
- You may use the adoptable in free stories, artwork, crafts, etc. however you see fit.
- You may NOT use the adoptable for commercial use - aka a game/book/etc that is SOLD, and this includes any use as an NFT
- Notify me if the adoptable has a new owner, so I can make sure it wasn't stolen if I see it re-posted.
- ALWAYS credit me for the design and LINK back to my FurAffinity. If uploaded to toyhouse, credit my toyhouse Smuppetfan69
- ALWAYS give credit to anyone else - ie the base maker, original artist, etc
If any chargebacks are made I will immediately put the character back up for sale and post a beware. You will be blocked and lose all rights to the character and the art.
Additional Info:- I do my best to screen everyone for previous bewares or other harmful activities (using slurs, being racist/homophobic/sexist/etc) but I am only human and may miss something. Therefore I do not condone or am responsible for any actions or words my commissioners make in the past, present, or future.
